Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif permettant de transformer les enceintes ou cuves destinées à recevoir un corps fluide, susceptible de se dissocier par exemple par décantation en un liquide évacuable par écoulement ou soutirage et en un résidu constitué de particules solides agglomérées qui doivent être évacuées par des moyens mécaniques en cuves autovidantes. Le dispositif selon l'invention se caractérise essentiellement en ce qu'il comprend un organe d'évacuation axial rotatif dans une goulotte au fond de la cuve et au moins une paroi articulée à ladite goulotte et mobile par des moyens appropriés pour occuper un volume variable au fond de la cuve. Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement applicable aux cuves de vinification.
