Abstract
Un método de producir una pieza colada perfilada que tiene, cuando se ha endurecido por envejecimiento, un coeficiente de dilatación térmica entre 20 y 300ºC menor de 5X10-6/ºC y un límite convencional de resistencia al 0,2% a 20ºC mayor de 350N/nm2, que incluye las operaciones de hacer, al aire, en una atmósfera inerte o bajo vacío, una masa fundida que contiene, en peso de 27 a 47% de níquel, de 5 a 16% de cobalto, de 1 a 4 % de titanio sin combinar, de 0 a 1,5% de niobio, de 0 a 0,1% de carbono, de 0 a 0,3% de silicio de 0 a 0,4% de manganeso, de 0 a 0,2 % de aluminio y de 0 a 0,1% de magnesio, siendo hierro el resto, a excepción de las impurezas, mantener en la masa fundida los contenidos de níquel, cobalto, titanio sin combinar, y niobio tales que % Ni + 0,7(%Co)-1,25[>%Ti+0,35(%Nb)]- 2(%Ti)/(%Ti+%Nb)=37 a 39 para asegurar las propiedades deseadas de dilatación térmica y de límite convencional de resistencia al 2% y colar la masa fundida al aire, en una atmósfera inerte o bajo vacío para dar una pieza colada perfilada.
