Los compuestos de la presente invención también se pueden usar como agentes natimicrobianos, por ejemplo, agentes antibacterianos. Por lo tanto, la invención también proporciona un compuesto para su uso en el tratamiento de una infección bacteriana. Los compuestos de la presente invención se pueden usar como compuestos antiinfecciosos frente a infecciones víricas, bacterianas, fúngicas y parasitarias. Generalmente, dicha afección inflamatoria es una afección inflamatoria de la piel (por ejemplo, psoriasis, acné y eczema), asma, enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica (EPOC), artritis reumatoide (AR), enfermedad intestinal inflamatoria (EII), enfermedad de Crohn o colitis.
Generalmente, dicho cáncer es leucemia linfocítica crónica, cáncer de mama, cáncer de próstata, cáncer de ovario, mesotelioma o linfoma de linfocito T.
Generalmente, dicha enfermedad cardiovascular es hipertensión, infarto de miocardio (IM), enfermedad cardiaca isquémica (ECI) (reperfusión), angina de pecho, arritmia, hipercolestremia, hiperlipidemia, aterosclerosis, apoplejía, miocarditis, insuficiencia cardiaca congestiva, cardiomiopatía primaria y secundaria es decir dilatada (congestiva), cardiomiopatía hipertrófica, cardiomiopatía restrictiva, enfermedad vascular periférica, taquicardia, presión sanguínea alta o trombosis.
Generalmente, dicho trastorno metabólico genéticamente relacionado es fibrosis quística (FC), trastorno biogénesis peroxisoma o adrenoleucodistrofia.
Generalmente, los compuestos de la invención se usan como inmunosupresor después del trasplante de órgano.
Generalmente, dicha infección es una infección vírica, bacteriana, fúngica o parasitaria, en particular, una infección por S. aureus, P. acne, Candida o Aspergillus.
Generalmente, dicho trastorno de SNC es enfermedad de Huntingdon, enfermedad de Alzheimer, esclerosis múltiple
o esclerosis lateral amiotrófica.
En esta realización, los compuestos de la invención se pueden usar para aliviar cáncer, hipertrofia cardiaca, insuficiencia cardiaca crónica, una afección inflamatoria, una enfermedad cardiovascular, una hemoglobinopatía, una talasemia, una enfermedad de célula falciforme, un trastorno de SNC, una enfermedad autoinmune, diabetes u osteoporosis, o se usa como inmunosupresor.

Se añadió NaH (112 mg, 2,92 mmol) a di-piridin-2-il-amina (500 mg, 2,92 mmol) en DMF (10 ml) en TA. Ácido 6-(di-piridin-2-il-amino)-hexanoico (III)
Se añadió LiOH (12 mg, 0,50 mmol) en agua (0,3 ml) a II (33 mg, 0,11 mmol) en THF (0,8 ml) a TA. Después de 2 h, la mezcla de reacción se neutralizó con HCl 2N y, a continuación, se vertió sobre salmuera (5 ml), y se añadió EtOAc (5 ml). Se añadió HONH2 (acuosa al 50 %, 0,3 ml) a II (32 mg, 0,1 mmol) en DMF (0,3 ml) y THF (0,3 ml) a 0 ºC. La mezcla de reacción se agitó a TA durante 17 h. Se añadieron salmuera (3 ml) y EtOAc (3 ml), las fases se separaron, y la fase acuosa se extrajo con EtOAc (2x3 ml). Las fases orgánicas se combinaron, se secaron sobre MgSO4, se filtraron, a continuación, se evaporaron bajo presión reducida. PM: 421,51. LCMS (ES): encontrado 422,2 [MH]+.
Hidroxiamida de ácido 7-{[4-(4-fluoro-fenil)-piridin-2-il]-piridin-2-il-amino}-heptanoico (IV)
Se añadió HONH2 (acuosa al 50 %, 2 ml) a III (34 mg, 0,08 mmol) en DMF (0,5 ml) y MeOH (2 ml) a TA. La mezcla de reacción se agitó durante 23 h, después de lo cual los disolventes se evaporaron bajo presión reducida. Etil éster de ácido 7-[piridin-2-il-(4-trifluorometanosulfoniloxi-piridin-2-il)-amino]-heptanoico (II)
Se añadieron TEA (345 µl, 2,56 mmol) y N-fenil-bis(trifluorometanosulfonimida) (673 mg, 1,88 mmol) a I (588 mg, 1,71 mmol, preparado usando el método anteriormente resumido en el Ejemplo 16) en CH2Cl2 (10 ml) a TA bajo Ar(g). El compuesto II (52 mg, 0,109 mmol), Pd(PPh3)4 (12 mg, 0,011 mmol), 4-(4,4,5,5-tetrametil-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2il)anilina (48 mg, 0,218 mmol) y carbonato de potasio (60 mg, 0,44 mmol) se agitaron en tolueno (3 ml) y agua (1,5 ml) a 120 ºC bajo irradiación de microondas (300 W) durante 30 min. El compuesto I (65 mg, 0,136 mmol, preparado usando el método anteriormente resumido para el ejemplo 21), Pd(PPh3)4 (16 mg, 0,014 mmol), ácido o-tolilborónico (37 mg, 0,273 mmol) y carbonato de potasio (75 mg, 0,54 mmol) se agitaron en tolueno (3 ml) y agua (1,5 ml) a 120 ºC bajo irradiación de microondas (300 W) durante 30 min. Etil éster de ácido 7-{[4-(2-cloro-fenil)-piridin-2-il]-piridin-2-il-amino}-heptanoico (II)
El compuesto I (55 mg, 0,116 mmol, preparado usando el método anteriormente resumido para el Ejemplo 21), Pd(PPh3)4 (14 mg, 0,012 mmol), ácido 2-clorofenilborónico (36 mg, 0,231 mmol) y carbonato de potasio (64 mg, 0,46 mmol) se agitaron en tolueno (3 ml) y agua (1,5 ml) a 120 ºC bajo irradiación de microondas (300 W) durante 30 min. PM: 437,96. LCMS (ES): encontrado 438,2 [MH]+.
