Abstract
Freno de vía para vagones de ferrocarril, que funciona por gravedad, del tipo que comprende unos pares de palancas articuladas que llevan dos patines frenadores que constituyen unas mandíbulas dispuestas a una y otra parte de un carril de rodadura previsto móvil verticalmente, caracterizado porque las palancas están provistas de tetones que se articulan en unos alojamientos que realizan la función de apoyos formados por una brida acoplada en dos partes que se fija sobre la suela del carril de rodadura, siendo la forma en gancho de esta brida apta para retener los tetones de cada una de las palancas en el ángulo constituido por el alma del
