Abstract

Elemento deslizante compuesto por un elemento de base, y una capa de recubrimiento hecha de un lubricante de recubrimiento seco y formada sobre al menos una parte de una superficie del elemento de base que va a transformarse en una superficie deslizante; caracterizado porque: la parte de la superficie de elemento de base está dotada de un estriado de modo que la rugosidad superficial de la misma en una altura de diez puntos de perfil de rugosidad según la norma industrial japonesa JIS B0601 (2001), es de 8 a 18 μmRz; el lubricante de recubrimiento seco tiene una resina de poliamidaimida, al menos un tipo de agente mejorador de capa seleccionado de un epoxisilano y una resina epoxídica, y al menos un tipo de partículas duras seleccionadas de un nitruro de silicio y una alúmina.
