Abstract

Adhesivo de un solo componente que endurece con humedad, que presenta a 23 ºC en estado no reticulado una viscosidad mayor de 300 Pas, determinada según Physika, cabezal de medición placa/placa, D >= 10 s-1, que contiene a) al menos un prepolímero de polioxialquileno o poliacrilato que puede fluir con al menos un grupo silano que puede hidrolizarse, b) al menos un agente de adición inerte sólido a temperatura ambiente con un punto de reblandecimiento de 40 ºC a 150 ºC, medido según la norma DIN ISO 4625, seleccionado de resinas de hidrocarburo, poliésteres o poliamidas, así como c) coadyuvantes y aditivos.

Éste establece a este respecto su dureza, su adhesión y la elasticidad. Los adhesivos de acuerdo con la invención pueden usarse para la adhesión de distintos sustratos. Por ejemplo
5 pueden adherirse entre sí sustratos rígidos, tales como vidrio, aluminio, metal, cerámica, plástico o sustrato de madera, eventualmente también superficies lacadas u otras superficies revestidas. Además pueden adherirse también sustratos flexibles tales como láminas de plástico o láminas de metal entre sí o con sustratos sólidos. Pueden establecerse adhesiones por toda la superficie, siendo igualmente posible que se aplique en el borde de sustratos sólidos una tira del adhesivo de acuerdo con la invención, que se adhiere así en un campo limitado con
10 otro sustrato. A este respecto puede usarse el adhesivo también en capa más gruesa de hasta 15 mm.
Los sustratos adheridos de acuerdo con la invención presentan una alta estabilidad frente a la temperatura, a la luz y a la intemperie. Tampoco puede observarse ninguna degradación de los polímeros del adhesivo con la radiación UV permanente, por ejemplo con instalaciones fotovoltaicas o sus partes constituyentes. Igualmente es estable su
15 adherencia al subsuelo. Otra ventaja es la alta flexibilidad del adhesivo. El adhesivo sigue siendo elástico también a elevadas temperatura durante la exposición exterior de los sustratos adheridos. Las posibles dilataciones térmicas de los sustratos uno por debajo de otro no conducen a un quebrantamiento de la adhesión.
Mediante la elección de acuerdo con la invención de las materias primas se obtienen adhesivos que pueden
20 reticularse por medio de grupos silano, que presentan una temperatura de procesamiento baja, que desarrollan al mismo tiempo una alta resistencia y permiten así un proceso de procesamiento más rápido. Mediante el sistema de reticulación elegido se obtienen, en comparación con sistemas de curado con NCO conocidos, adhesivos menos preocupantes en higiene del trabajo, que presentan un buen perfil de propiedades.
25 Las partes adheridas de acuerdo con la invención pueden usarse en distintos sectores. Por ejemplo, éstas pueden usarse en el sector de la construcción, como adhesivo de construcción para partes de instalaciones o para la adhesión de láminas flexibles con sustratos sólidos.
