Description
5〜50重量%、好ましくは10〜40重量%の、少なくとも1つのシラン基、特に2〜4つのシラン基を有する、1つ以上のポリオキシアルキレンポリマーおよび/またはポリ(メタ)アクリレートポリマー、
0.1〜20重量%、特に0.5〜10重量%の、シラン基と架橋可能な基を含有しない、室温において固体の少なくとも1つの添加剤、
5〜65重量%、好ましくは20〜60重量%の顔料および充填剤、ならびに0.01〜25重量%の補助物質および添加剤、特に、触媒、カップリング剤;安定化剤および/または可塑剤
を含有してよい。
全ての構成成分は、合計して100重量%となる。
接着剤を硬質基材(層厚み約2mm)に適用する。次いで、これをわずかな圧力下で、第二の基材に直ちに結合させる。結合させた領域は、100×15mmである。5分待機後、組立部品を1つの基材部品で垂直に吊るす。錘を他の基材パーツに固定し、滑りまでの時間を測定する。
液状/粘性の比較接着剤の場合、第二の基材は滑り落ちる。
可塑剤:Mesamoll
光安定化剤:Tinuvin
乾燥剤:Silane VTMO
カップリング剤:Silane AMMO
固体接着剤1: Arkon P125
固体接着剤2: Dynacoll 7490
プレポリマー1: MSポリマーS303
プレポリマー2: Geniosil STP-E10
本明細書の当初の開示は、少なくとも下記の態様を包含する。
〔1〕a)少なくとも1つの加水分解性シラン基を有する、少なくとも1つの流動性ポリオキシアルキレンまたはポリアクリレートプレポリマー、
b)40〜150℃の軟化点を有する、炭化水素樹脂、ポリエステルまたはポリアミドから選択される、室温で固体の少なくとも1つの不活性な添加剤、ならびに
c)補助物質および添加剤
を含有する、一成分系湿分硬化型固体接着剤。
〔2〕接着剤が50〜100℃において5〜200Pa・sの粘度を示す、前記〔1〕に記載の接着剤。
〔3〕接着剤が23℃において安定であって、300Pa・sよりも大きな粘度を示す、前記〔1〕または〔2〕に記載の接着剤。
〔4〕プレポリマーが少なくとも2つ、特に2〜4つの加水分解性シラン基を含む、前記〔1〕〜〔3〕のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
〔5〕特にC 1 〜C 4 アルカノールの、トリアルコキシシラン基またはアルキルジアルコキシシラン基が加水分解性シラン基として存在する、前記〔1〕〜〔4〕のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
〔6〕固体添加剤が0.1〜20重量%の量で存在する、前記〔1〕〜〔5〕のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
〔7〕固体添加剤が+/−15℃の軟化範囲、特に+/−8℃の軟化範囲を示す、前記〔1〕〜〔6〕のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
〔8〕固体添加剤が微粉砕された形態で存在する、前記〔1〕〜〔7〕のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
〔9〕固体添加剤がシラン基と反応する基を含有しない、特にシラン基を含有しない、前記〔1〕〜〔8〕のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
〔10〕触媒、カップリング剤、顔料、安定化剤および/または可塑剤が補助物質および添加剤として存在する、前記〔1〕〜〔9〕のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
〔11〕可塑剤が存在しないか、またはエステル、アミド、OHまたは(C 2 H 4 O) n 基のような極性基を含む少なくとも1つの可塑剤が存在するかのいずれである、前記〔10〕に記載の接着剤。
〔12〕− 5〜50重量%、好ましくは10〜40重量%の、少なくとも1つのシラン基、特に2〜4つのシラン基を有する1つ以上のプレポリマー、
− 0.1〜20重量%、特に0.5〜10重量%の、室温で固体の少なくとも1つの添加剤、
− 5〜65重量%、好ましくは20〜60重量%の顔料および充填剤、ならびに
− 0.01〜25重量%の補助物質および添加剤、特に触媒、カップリング剤および/または可塑剤
が存在し、合計が100%となることが意図される、前記〔1〕〜〔11〕のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
〔13〕ガラス、金属、セラミック、木および/またはプラスチックの基材を接着結合するための、前記〔1〕〜〔12〕のいずれかに記載の接着剤の使用。
〔14〕硬質基材または軟質基材を接着結合するための接着剤およびシーラントとしての前記〔13〕に記載の使用。
Claims (12)
- a)少なくとも1つの加水分解性シラン基を有する、少なくとも1つの流動性ポリオキシアルキレンプレポリマー、
b)40〜150℃の軟化点を有する、炭化水素樹脂、ポリエステルまたはポリアミドから選択される、室温で固体の少なくとも1つの不活性な添加剤、ならびに
c)補助物質および添加剤
を含有する、一成分系湿分硬化型固体接着剤であって、
該接着剤は50〜100℃において5〜200Pa・sの粘度を示し、23℃において安定であって、300Pa・sよりも大きな粘度を示す、一成分系湿分硬化型固体接着剤。 - プレポリマーが少なくとも2つの加水分解性シラン基を含む、請求項1に記載の接着剤。
- トリアルコキシシラン基またはアルキルジアルコキシシラン基が加水分解性シラン基として存在する、請求項1または2に記載の接着剤。
- 固体添加剤が0.1〜20重量%の量で存在する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
- 固体添加剤が軟化点−15℃の温度より高い温度〜軟化点+15℃の温度より低い温度の範囲で軟化範囲を示す、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
- 固体添加剤が微粉砕された形態で存在する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
- 固体添加剤がシラン基と反応する基を含有しない、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
- 触媒、カップリング剤、顔料、安定化剤および/または可塑剤が補助物質および添加剤として存在する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の接着剤。
- 可塑剤が存在しないか、またはエステル、アミド、OHまたは(C2H4O)n基のような極性基を含む少なくとも1つの可塑剤が存在するかのいずれかである、請求項8に記載の接着剤。
- − 5〜50重量%の、少なくとも1つのシラン基を有する1つ以上のプレポリマー、
− 0.1〜20重量%の、室温で固体の少なくとも1つの添加剤、
− 5〜65重量%の顔料および充填剤、ならびに
− 0.01〜25重量%の補助物質および添加剤
が存在し、合計が100%となることが意図される、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の接着剤。 - ガラス、金属、セラミック、木および/またはプラスチックの基材を接着結合するための、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の接着剤の使用。
- 硬質基材または軟質基材を接着結合するための接着剤およびシーラントとしての請求項11に記載の使用。
