Abstract
Un proceso hidrolítico de un solo paso y de una sola etapa para la conversión de material lignocelulósico en productos derivados de valor añadido, consistente en: a. cargar el material lignocelulósico en reactor seguido por carga de disolvente y al menos un catalizador ácido heterogéneo sólido; b. opcionalmente lavar el reactor con gas inerte o aire; c. ajustar presión a 1-70 bar y temperatura de 50-250ºC del reactor, en agitación; d. elevar la velocidad de agitación a 10-2000 rpm después de la estabilización de la temperatura requerida y e. mantener reacción durante un periodo de 0,1 a 96 horas. El catalizador es zeolitas, zeolitas con Si/metal, sílice mesoporosa, óxidos y fosfatos, arcillas, resinas de intercambio iónico, heteropoliácidos, diversos sulfatos, fosfatos, selenatos, materiales cristalinos o materiales amorfos. Es reciclable y reutilizable. El gas inerte es nitrógeno, argón, helio o hidrógeno. El disolvente es orgánico o mezclado en agua.
