EL METODO COMPRENDE LOS PASOS DE PREPARAR UNA PROTEINA DE FUSION MOSTRADA EN LA SIGUIENTE FORMULA: X - GLU - GLUCAGON (I) EN DONDE X ES UNA SECUENCIA LIDER DE 70-170 AMINOACIDOS, GLU ES UN RESIDUO DE ACIDO GLUTAMICO, Y GLUCAGON REPRESENTA LA SECUENCIA DE AMINOACIDOS DEL GLUCAGON, Y TRATAR LA PROTEINA DE FUSION CON UNA ENZIMA QUE HIDROLIZA ESPECIFICAMENTE LOS ENLACES PEPTIDOS Y EL EXTREMO CARBOXILO DE LOS RESIDUOS DE ACIDO GLUTARMICO, DANDO LUGAR A LA DIVISION DE LA PROTEINA DE FUSION.
