SE PRESENTA UN COMPONENTE SOLIDO DE UN CATALIZADOR ALTAMENTE ACTIVO DE LA (CO)POLIMERIZACION DEL ETILENO QUE CONTIENE TITANIO, MAGNESIO, ALUMINIO, CLORO Y GRUPOS ALCOXIDOS, Y QUE SE OBTIENE POR MEDIO DE UN PROCEDIMIENTO EN EL QUE: I) UN SOPORTE SOLIDO GRANULAR DE CLORURO DE MAGNESIO, OBTENIDO MEDIANTE LA DISPERSION EN SECO DE UNA SOLUCION DE ALCOHOL DE CLORURO DE MANGANESO, SE SUSPENDE EN UN SOLVENTE DE HIDROCARBONO LIQUIDO Y UN ALCOHOL ALIFATICO Y SE AÑADE TETRALCOXIDO DE TITANIO A LA SUSPENSION ASI OBTENIDA, II) LA SUSPENSION DEL PASO I) SE CALIENTA HASTA QUE SE OBTENGA UNA SOLUCION HOMOGENEA Y LA SOLUCION SE REFRIGERA PARA PRECIPITAR UN SOLIDO GRANULAR, III) EL SOLIDO GRANULAR OBTENIDO EN EL PASO II), EN LA SUSPENSION RELATIVA, SE PONE EN CONTACTO Y SE HACE REALIZAR CON ALURO DE ALQUIL DE ALUMINIO, Y IV) EL CATALIZADOR DE COMPONENTE SOLIDO SE RECUPERA DE LOS PRODUCTOS DE LA REACCION DEL PASO III).
