Abstract
Изобретение касается способа изомеризации олефинов с наружными связями и меньшей степенью замещения в олефины с наружными связями и большей степенью замещения и(или) в олефины с внутренними связями, без содержания диолефинов и в присутствии катализатора на основе палладия на подложке, указанный катализатор перед загрузкой в реактор обрабатывают соединением серы, разбавленным в растворе, затем активируют в нейтральной или восстановительной среде при 20-300°С, давлении 1-50 бар и объемной почасовой скорости 50-600 ч А. Катализатор, содержащий 0,05-10 мас.% серы, вводят в контакт с загрузкой и водородом при 20-200°С, давлении 1-50 бар, объемной почасовой скорости 0,5-10 чАи мольном отношении Н А:олефины =0.01-1.
Claims (1)
- Изобретение касается способа изомеризации олефинов с наружными связями и меньшей степенью замещения в олефины с наружными связями и большей степенью замещения и(или) в олефины с внутренними связями, без содержания диолефинов и в присутствии катализатора на основе палладия на подложке, указанный катализатор перед загрузкой в реактор обрабатывают соединением серы, разбавленным в растворе, затем активируют в нейтральной или восстановительной среде при 20-300°С, давлении 1-50 бар и объемной почасовой скорости 50-600 ч А -1. Катализатор, содержащий 0,05-10 мас.% серы, вводят в контакт с загрузкой и водородом при 20-200°С, давлении 1-50 бар, объемной почасовой скорости 0,5-10 чА-1 и мольном отношении Н А2:олефины =0.01-1.
