EL PIXEL INCLUYE ELECTRODOS SITUADOS EN AL MENOS TRES CAPAS SEPARADAS, NOMINALMENTE UN PRIMER ELECTRODO (28) QUE INCLUYE UNA PRIMERA Y UNA SEGUNDA PARTES DE ELECTRODO SEPARADAS EN UNA PRIMERA CAPA Y UN SEGUNDO ELECTRODO (30) SEPARADO Y MIRANDO AL PRIMER ELECTRODO EN UNA RELACION SUBSTANCIALMENTE PARALELA CON RESPECTO A UNA SEGUNDA CAPA.
