Claims (15)
- Ferrure (14) conçue pour être implantée sur un vantail (12) d'une fenêtre (10) ou d'une porte, ledit vantail (12) étant muni d'une première rainure profilée (54) pouvant être emprisonnée par-derrière par la ferrure (14), et ladite ferrure (14) comportant :a) un premier bras (20) présentant un axe longitudinal qui peut s'étendre parallèlement à un longeron vertical ou horizontal ;b) une pièce d'encliquetage (24) située sur ledit premier bras (20) et dotée d'un premier crochet élastique encliquetable (38) ;c) un corps de translation (50), la pièce d'encliquetage (24) pouvant être mue d'une position relâchée à une position de montage sous l'effet d'un mouvement relatif entre ledit corps de translation (50) et ladite pièce d'encliquetage (24), le premier crochet encliquetable (38) étant mobile dans la position relâchée et n'étant pas mobile dans la position de montage, afin d'emprisonner par-derrière de manière sûre, dans ladite position de montage, une première âme (52) de la première rainure profilée (54), sachant que ledit corps de translation (50) et/ou ladite pièce d'encliquetage (24) comporte(nt) un biseau (56) par l'intermédiaire duquel ledit premier crochet encliquetable (38) peut être transféré de la position relâchée à la position de montage, au cours du mouvement relatif ;caractérisée par le fait que
le mouvement relatif peut s'opérer dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal du premier bras (20). - Ferrure selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le premier crochet encliquetable (38) est précontraint, de manière à pouvoir être inséré aisément dans la première rainure profilée (54) lors de la mise en place de ladite ferrure (14) sur le vantail (12).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, ladite ferrure (14) comprenant :d) un second crochet élastique encliquetable (60) situé en vis-à-vis du premier crochet encliquetable (38), sur la pièce d'encliquetage (24), lequel second crochet encliquetable (60) est mobile dans la position relâchée et n'est pas mobile dans la position de montage, afin d'emprisonner par-derrière, de manière sûre, une seconde âme (58) de la première rainure profilée (54).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle le second crochet encliquetable (60) est précontraint, de manière à pouvoir être inséré aisément dans la première rainure profilée (54) lors de la mise en place de ladite ferrure (14) sur le vantail (12).
- Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la pièce d'encliquetage (24) est pourvue d'une agrafe (36) de section transversale configurée en U, le premier crochet encliquetable (38) étant ménagé sur une première branche de ladite agrafe (36).
- Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, ladite ferrure (14) étant équipée d'un dispositif d'arrêt (72) par l'intermédiaire duquel, dans la position de montage, la pièce d'encliquetage (24) peut être arrêtée de manière plus difficilement déplaçable, voire non déplaçable dans la direction longitudinale du premier bras (20).
- Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, laquelle ferrure (14) est munie d'un moyen (30) de rattachement de crémone, affecté à la liaison avec une tige de manoeuvre (16) de ladite ferrure (14), ledit moyen (30) de rattachement de crémone étant arrêté par la pièce d'encliquetage (24) dans la position relâchée, et n'étant pas arrêté dans la position de montage.
- Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, ladite ferrure (14) étant conçue sous la forme d'un renvoi d'angle, et étant dotée d'un second bras (22) dont l'axe longitudinal s'étend perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal du premier bras (20).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle le second bras (22) est nanti d'une pièce d'encliquetage (26) qui comprend un premier crochet élastique encliquetable et un corps de translation, laquelle pièce d'encliquetage peut être mue d'une position relâchée à une position de montage sous l'effet d'un mouvement relatif entre ledit corps de translation et ladite pièce d'encliquetage, le premier crochet encliquetable étant mobile dans la position relâchée et n'étant pas mobile dans la position de montage, afin d'emprisonner par-derrière de manière sûre, dans ladite position de montage, une première âme d'une seconde rainure profilée, sachant que ledit corps de translation et/ou ladite pièce d'encliquetage comporte(nt) un biseau par l'intermédiaire duquel ledit premier crochet encliquetable peut être transféré de la position relâchée à la position de montage, au cours du mouvement relatif, lequel mouvement relatif peut s'opérer dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal dudit second bras (22).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle le premier bras (20) et le second bras (22) sont de réalisations structurellement identiques.
- Ferrure selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans laquelle la pièce d'encliquetage (24) du premier bras (20), et/ou la pièce d'encliquetage (26) du second bras (22), peu(ven)t être transférée(s) à la position de montage en direction du coin de ladite ferrure (14).
- Fenêtre (10) ou porte munie d'un vantail (12), d'un dormant et d'une ferrure (14) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes, montée sur ledit vantail (12).
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle la première rainure profilée (54) fusionne dans la seconde rainure profilée, de manière exempte d'ouverture.
- Procédé de montage d'une fenêtre (10) ou d'une porte conforme à l'une des revendications 12 ou 13, incluant les étapes opératoires consistant à :A) mettre en place un premier bras (20) de la ferrure (14) sur une première rainure profilée (54) du vantail (12), un premier crochet encliquetable (38), situé sur une pièce d'encliquetage (24) dudit premier bras (20), franchissant alors une première âme (52) de ladite première rainure profilée (54) ;B) déplacer la pièce d'encliquetage (24) par rapport à un corps de translation (50) du premier bras (20), dans la direction longitudinale dudit premier bras (20), de manière à transférer ladite pièce d'encliquetage (24) d'une position relâchée à une position de montage sous l'action d'un biseau (56) situé sur ledit corps de translation (50) et/ou sur ladite pièce d'encliquetage (24), ledit premier crochet encliquetable (38) étant mobile dans la position relâchée et n'étant pas mobile dans la position de montage, afin d'emprisonner ladite première âme (52) par-derrière, de manière sûre, dans ladite position de montage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, incluant les étapes opératoires supplémentaires consistant à :C) mettre en place un second bras (22) de la ferrure (14) sur une seconde rainure profilée du vantail (12), l'axe longitudinal dudit second bras (22) s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal du premier bras (20), un premier crochet encliquetable (38), situé sur une pièce d'encliquetage (26) dudit second bras (22), franchissant alors une première âme de ladite seconde rainure profilée ;D) déplacer la pièce d'encliquetage (26) par rapport à un corps de translation du second bras (22), dans la direction longitudinale dudit second bras (22), de manière à transférer ladite pièce d'encliquetage (26) d'une position relâchée à une position de montage sous l'action d'un biseau situé sur ledit corps de translation et/ou sur ladite pièce d'encliquetage (26), ledit premier crochet encliquetable étant mobile dans la position relâchée et n'étant pas mobile dans la position de montage, afin d'emprisonner ladite première âme par-derrière, de manière sûre, dans ladite position de montage.
