The fitting has a first arm which can be mounted parallel to the extension of a wing spar. The fitting has a locking part on the first arm with a first locking hook (spring bar with hook). Furthermore, the fitting has a displacement body on the first arm. The locking part and the displacement body can be displaced relative to one another in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the first arm from a loose position to a mounted position. In the loose position, the displacement body does not back-feed the first locking hook, so that it can be moved, in particular radially, preferably inwards. In the mounted position, the displacement body backs the first locking hook so that it cannot be moved, in particular radially, preferably inwards, and reliably engages behind a first web of the first profile groove. A bevel is formed between the locking part and the displacement body, through which the locking part is transferred from the loose position into the mounted position.

This means that the fitting can be securely attached to the sash and yet is easy to install, particularly without tools.

Preferably, the fitting can be mounted and removed on the sash in a non-destructive manner. The fitting can be designed to be mountable and removable without tools.

The locking part is preferably held captively on the displacement body. Particularly preferably, all parts of the fitting are captively held together, so that the fitting can be installed very quickly on the sash.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the fitting, the first latching hook is prestressed, in particular radially inwards. As a result, the first locking hook can be easily inserted into the first profile groove when the fitting is placed on the first profile groove.

More preferably, the fitting has a second latching hook which is opposite the first latching hook. The second locking hook is movable in the loose position, in particular radially, preferably inwards, and in the mounted position is not movable, in particular radially, preferably inwards, so that it can reliably engage behind a second web of the first profile groove (which is opposite the first web).

Alternatively or in addition to the pretensioning of the first latching hook, the second latching hook can be pretensioned, in particular radially inwards, in order to facilitate the partial insertion of the fitting into the first profile groove.

The latching part can have a clip with a U-shaped cross section, the first latching hook being formed on a first leg of the clip. The second latching hook is preferably formed on a second leg of the clip. The locking part can be designed in the form of a clamp with a U-shaped cross section. The locking part is preferably formed in one piece (in one piece). In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the locking part is designed to be slide-shaped. The locking part can be designed in the form of a cover.

The fitting can have a locking device, by means of which the locking part can be more difficult to be moved or locked immovably in the mounted position. This avoids unintentional loosening and displacement of the locking part into the loose position. The locking device is preferably releasable, in particular releasable without tools, in order to enable the locking part to be moved to release the fitting. The locking device can be released by means of a bevel by pushing forcefully in the longitudinal direction of the first arm. The locking device particularly preferably secures the locking part both in the loose position and in the mounted position.

The locking device can be formed in one piece on a housing or a housing part of the fitting. The fitting preferably has a two-part housing. The two parts of the housing can be designed in the form of identical parts.

Particularly preferably, the fitting has a drive rod connection which can be movably connected to a drive rod of the fitting, the drive rod connection being immovably locked in the loose position by the locking part and movable in the mounted position. In this way, a center fixation of the drive rod connection can be achieved without this center fixation having to be released the first time the drive rod is actuated. Since high forces often have to be used in such solution processes in the prior art, there is always the risk of damage to a gear or other fitting components in the prior art. This risk does not exist with the variant of the invention described here.

Preferably, the drive rod connection is held in a form-fitting manner by the locking part in the loose position. The drive rod connection can have at least one stop against which the locking part rests in the loose position. The drive rod connection preferably has two stops, between which the locking part is arranged in the loose position in order to keep the drive rod connection immovable.

The fitting can be designed in the form of a striker, a gear, a scissor guide or a tilt lock arrangement.

The fitting is preferably designed in the form of a corner deflection. It has a second arm, the longitudinal axis of which runs perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the first arm.

The second arm can also have a latching part with a first latching hook and a displacement body, the latching part being able to be moved from the loose position to the mounted position through an incline between the latching part and the displacement body by means of a displacement of the latching part in the longitudinal direction of the second arm, and the first latching hook being in in the loose position, in particular radially, preferably inwards, and not in the mounted position, in particular can be moved radially, preferably inwards, in order to reliably engage behind a first web of a second profile groove in the mounted position.

To simplify the design of the fitting, the second arm can be designed to be identical to the first arm.

The center fixation can be realized by two stops, with a first stop for the locking part of the first arm being provided on the first arm and a second stop for the locking part of the second arm being provided on the second arm.

Preferably, the locking part of the first arm and/or the second arm can be moved towards the corner of the fitting into the mounted position. This creates a covered and protected corner in the assembled position. Furthermore, a control function is implemented by making it easy to visually determine whether the fitting is correctly installed on the sash.

The object according to the invention is further achieved by a window or a door with a wing and a fitting described here mounted thereon.

The wing is preferably designed in the form of a tilt-and-turn wing.

Particularly preferably, the first profile groove merges into the second profile groove without any openings. The fitting can be attached to the sash without having to damage the sash. In particular, there is no need to open a corner of the sash by milling, filing and the like, which means that assembly can be carried out quickly and completely reversibly.

  1. A) Aufsetzen eines ersten Arms des Beschlags auf eine erste Profilnut eines Flügels, wobei eine erster Rasthaken des Beschlags durch seine Auslenkung, insbesondere radial, vorzugsweise nach innen, einen ersten Steg der ersten Profilnut passiert;
    Das Verfahren kann weiterhin folgende Verfahrensschritte aufweisen:
  3. C) Aufsetzen eines zweiten Arms des Beschlags auf eine zweite Profilnut des Flügels, wobei eine erster Rasthaken eines Rastteil des zweiten Arms durch seine Auslenkung, insbesondere radial, vorzugsweise nach innen, einen ersten Steg der zweiten Profilnut passiert;
The object according to the invention is further achieved by a method for assembling a fitting, in particular a fitting described here, with the method steps:
  1. A) Placing a first arm of the fitting on a first profile groove of a sash, with a first locking hook of the fitting due to its deflection, in particular radially, preferably inwards, passes a first web of the first profile groove;
  2. B) Relative displacement of a displacement body of the fitting to a latching part with the first latching hook in the longitudinal direction of the first arm, the latching part being transferred from a loose position via an incline between the latching part and the displacement body into the mounted position, in which the first latching hook reliably engages behind the first web by the displacement body feeding the first locking hook.
    The process can also have the following process steps:
  3. C) placing a second arm of the fitting on a second profile groove of the sash, with a first locking hook of a locking part of the second arm passing through a first web of the second profile groove due to its deflection, in particular radially, preferably inwards;
  4. D) Relative displacement of a displacement body of the second arm to the latching part of the second arm in the longitudinal direction of the second arm, the latching part being transferred from a loose position via an incline between the latching part and the displacement body into the mounted position, in which the first latching hook reliably engages behind the second web by the displacement body feeding the first locking hook.

In method step A), a first drive rod of the wing can be connected to the first arm and in method step C), a second drive rod of the wing can be connected to the second arm.

Fig. 1a zeigt ein Fenster 10 mit einem Flügel 12. Fig. 1a shows a window 10 with a sash 12. A fitting 14 is arranged on the sash 12. The fitting 14 is designed in the form of a corner deflection. The fitting 14 serves to redirect the movement and/or force of a first drive rod 16 to a second drive rod 18.

The fitting 14 has a first arm 20 and a second arm 22 . The arms 20, 22 each have a locking part 24, 26 . The locking parts 24, 26 are each displaceable in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the arms 20, 22. In Fig. 1a the locking parts 24, 26 are in a loose position in which the fitting 14 can be easily placed on the wing 12 and removed from the wing 12.

Fig. 1b shows the window 10 with the fitting 14, with the locking parts 24, 26 being in a mounted position. In this mounted position, the fitting 14 is firmly locked on the wing 12.

Fig. 2 shows the window 10, with one arm, here the second arm 22, being placed on the sash 12 to assemble the fitting 14. This first assembly step is in Fig. 2 indicated by an arrow 28 .

Out of Fig. 2 It can also be seen that the fitting has a drive rod connection 30, here with a pin 32 . The drive rod connection 30 is designed for coupling the drive rod 16, here with a recess 34 .

The latching part 24 has a U-shaped bracket 36 with a first latching hook 38 . The drive rod connection 30 has stops 40, 42 (better visible in Fig. 7 ), between which the first locking hook 38 is in the loose position of the locking part 24 is arranged. The drive rod connection 30 is thereby fixed in a central position.

Fig. 3 shows the window 10, with the other arm, here the first arm 20, being placed on the sash 12 in a second assembly step. This is indicated by an arrow 44 . Thanks to the fixation of the drive rod connection 30 in the middle position, the pin 32 can be easily inserted into the recess 34 of the drive rod 16.

Fig. 4 shows the window 10 with the fitting 14 mounted on the sash 12. To fix the fitting 14 on the sash 12, the locking parts 24, 26 were moved in the direction of the longitudinal axes of the arms 20, 22. This is in Fig. 4 shown by arrows 46, 48 . The locking parts 24, 26 can be moved in any order or simultaneously.

After the locking part 24 has been moved into the mounted position, the drive rod arrangement 30 is no longer blocked but can be moved. This can prevent a center fixation from “breaking loose” which puts a strain on the window 10.

Fig. 5a shows the window 10 with the fitting 14, with the locking part 24 being in the loose position.

Fig. 5b shows the window 10 according to Fig. 5a , however, the locking part 24 of the fitting 14 is in the mounted position. The shift took place according to arrow 48. From a synopsis of the Figs. 5a and 5b It can be seen that the fitting 14 has a displacement body 50 , which backs the first locking hook 38 in the mounted position, so that it cannot retreat radially inwards and engages behind a first web 52 of a first profile groove 54 of the wing 12. The transition from the in Fig. 5a loose position shown in the in Fig. 5b The mounted position of the locking part 24 shown takes place via an incline 56.

Fig. 6a shows the window 10 with the locking part 24 in the loose position.

Fig. 6b shows the window 10 with the locking part 24 in the mounted position. It can be seen that the profile groove 54 has the first web 52 and a second web 58. The first web 52 is gripped behind by the first latching hook 38 in the mounted position and the second web 58 is gripped behind by a second latching hook 60 in the mounted position. Out of Fig. 6b It can also be seen that the fitting 14 has a housing 62 .

Fig. 7 zeigt das Gehäuse 62. Fig. 7 shows the housing 62. The housing 62 has identically designed housing halves 64, 66 . Out of Fig. 7 is the slope 56 for the radial expansion of the first locking hook 38 (see Fig. 6b ) visible. In Fig. 7 The stops 40, 42 for center fixation can be seen. Continues to show Fig. 7 that the housing 62 has a locking hook 68 .

Fig. 8 shows window 10, where off Fig. 8 It can be seen that the locking hook 68 together with a first locking recess 70 forms a locking device 72 . When the locking hook 68 (as shown) engages the first locking recess 70, the locking part 24 is secured in the mounted position. If, on the other hand, the locking hook 68 engages in a second locking recess 74 of the locking device 72, the locking part 24 is secured in the loose position.

Fig. 9a shows a further embodiment of a window 10 with a sash 12 and a fitting 14 that can be mounted on the sash 12. The fitting 14 has a projection (not shown) on a first arm 20 for one-sided engagement behind a profile groove (not shown). This allows the fitting 14 to be mounted on the first arm 20 by pivoting.

Fig. 9b shows the window 10, with a second arm 22 on the wing 12 by moving a locking part 24. The locking part 24 is made of plastic in the present exemplary embodiment.

Fig. 10a shows a sectional view of the window 10 with the fitting 14 in the loose position.

Fig. 10b shows a sectional view of the window 10 with the fitting 14 in the assembled position.

Fig. 11a shows the window 10, with the locking part 24 in the area of this sectional view having locking hooks 38, 60, which do not yet or only slightly engage behind the webs 52, 58.

Fig. 11b In contrast, shows the window 10, with the locking hooks 38, 60 engaging behind the webs 52, 58 in order to secure the fitting 14 on the sash 12.

Taking a synopsis of all the figures in the drawing, the invention relates to a fitting 14 that can be mounted on a wing 12, a window 10 and a door with such a fitting 14, and a method for mounting a fitting 14. The fitting 14 has at least a first arm 20 with a locking part 24 and a displacement body 50. The displacement body 50 is displaceable relative to the locking part 24 in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the first arm 20 in order to support a first locking hook 38 in a mounted position, so that the first locking hook 38 cannot move inwards in the mounted position. A bevel 56 is provided between the locking part 24 and the displacement body 50, via which the locking part 24 can be moved from the mounted position into a loose position. In the loose position, the first locking hook 38 is no longer supported by the displacement body 50, so that it can move inwards. The fitting 14 can be easily mounted and dismantled on the wing 12 in this way.
