Description

Fitting with a latching hook that can be locked by a longitudinal slide
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fitting according to the preamble of the preferred embodiment. The invention further relates to a window or door having such a fitting and to a method for mounting the fitting on the window or door.
Background
It is known to fit a fitting, particularly in the form of a corner gear, onto a profiled channel of a fan. Different mounting methods are known for this purpose:
DE 1 961 348 A1 discloses a guide channel with a flange arranged on one side. The guide channel can be swung into a profiled groove of the fan and can then be locked by means of a bolt.
DE 10 2017 201 250 A1 discloses a corner gear with an intermediate fastening device.
DE 198 34 042 C2 discloses a corner gear which is fixed to a fan by means of a clip. The clip here has a snap-in hook for engaging behind a profiled groove of the fan.
DE 24 56 009 C2 discloses fixing the housing of the corner gear of the drive rod fitting by means of Z-shaped spring elements.
DE 29 717 C1 discloses the fastening of the housing of a corner gear by means of a U-shaped clip which can be pushed into a profiled groove of the fan.
DE 31 27 929 A1 discloses a housing for a corner gear of a drive rod fitting, which housing has a plurality of pins. The pin can be introduced into an undercut of the guide channel of the fan in order to fix the housing on the fan.
DE 35 45 860 A1 discloses a corner gear having a housing. The side edges of the housing have snap tabs for positioning the housing on the fan.
DE 41 38 741 C2 discloses a corner gear which can be pushed into a groove of a fan and can be latched to the fan by means of a fastening element.
EP 1 264 954 A1 discloses a corner gear having a resiliently deflectable transmission rod which has a bevel on the end side in order to facilitate the connection of the transmission rod to a further transmission rod.
EP 2 762 664 B1 discloses a corner gear which can be fixed in a guide groove of a fan with undercut. The fixing is achieved by a clip that can snap lock onto the fan.
FR 2 521 629 A1 discloses that the corner gear is inserted into a groove in the fan. The corner gear has snap-in hooks which can be elastically opened for this purpose.
DE 71 44 753U discloses a corner gear having a bending element that can be fixed by means of a clamping element. The clamping part can be moved obliquely along the bending part and is designed to press the bending part onto the groove bottom of the profiled groove of the fan in the moved state.
DE 2 015 a 723 A1 of this type discloses different possibilities for fastening the guide channel to the fan. In particular, a spring tab with a latching hook can be provided on the guide channel, which spring tab can engage behind a profiled groove of the leaf. The spring tabs may be biased by a pin, bolt, or wedge.
A disadvantage of the known fitting is that it is usually of a complex design, cannot be reversibly releasably fitted and/or is not directly assembled.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a fitting which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a fitting according to the preferred embodiment, a window or door according to the preferred embodiment and a method according to the preferred embodiment.
The object is achieved according to the invention by a fitting for a window or door, wherein the fitting can be fitted on a first profiled groove of a leaf of the window or door. The fitting has a first arm that can be fitted parallel to the extension of the fan beam. The fitting has a latching means (spring web with hook) with a first latching hook on the first arm. Furthermore, the fitting has a press body on the first arm. The locking element and the pressure body can be moved relative to one another in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the first arm from a release position into an assembly position. In the released position, the press body does not engage behind the first latching hook, so that the first latching hook can be moved in particular radially, preferably inwardly. In the assembled position, the press body engages behind the first latching hook, so that the first latching hook cannot move, in particular radially, preferably inwardly, and reliably engages behind the first web of the first profile groove. An inclined surface is formed between the locking element and the pressure body, by means of which the locking element is transferred from the release position into the assembly position.
The fitting can thus be securely fastened to the fan, but can nevertheless be easily fitted, in particular without tools.
Preferably, the fitting can be releasably fitted to and removed from the fan without damage. The fitting is configured to be tool-free to be assembled and disassembled.
Preferably, the locking element is held captive on the pressure body. It is particularly preferred that all parts of the fitting are held captive on one another, so that a very quick assembly of the fitting on the fan can be achieved.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the fitting, the first latching hook is preloaded, in particular radially inward. The first latching hook can thus be easily introduced into the first profiled groove when the fitting is placed on the first profiled groove.
It is further preferred that the fitting has a second latching hook, which is opposite the first latching hook. The second latching hook can be moved in particular radially, preferably inwardly, in the release position and cannot be moved in particular radially, preferably inwardly, in the assembly position, so that it can be reliably snapped back into engagement with a second web (opposite the first web) of the first profile groove.
Instead of or in addition to preloading the first latching hook, the second latching hook can be preloaded, in particular radially inward, in order to facilitate the partial introduction of the fitting into the first molding groove.
The latching means can have a clip which is U-shaped in cross section, wherein the first latching hook is formed on the first leg of the clip. Preferably, the second latching hook is formed on the second leg of the clip. The latching means can be designed in the form of a clip which is U-shaped in cross section. The catch is preferably integrally (one-piece) formed. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the locking element is designed in the form of a sliding seat. The catch can be configured in the form of a lid.
The fitting can have a locking device by means of which the locking element can be locked in the assembled position in a manner that is difficult to move or cannot be moved. This prevents the locking element from being unintentionally released and moving into the released position. The locking device can preferably be released, in particular tool-free, in order to move the latching means for releasing the fitting. The locking device can be released by a strong movement in the longitudinal direction of the first arm by means of the ramp. In particular, the locking device preferably fixes the latching means both in the released position and in the assembled position.
The locking device may be integrally formed on the housing or housing part of the fitting. The fitting preferably has a two-piece housing. The two parts of the housing can be constructed in the form of identical parts.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the fitting has a transmission lever connection which can be connected to a transmission lever of the fitting in a movable manner, wherein the transmission lever connection is locked in a non-movable manner in the release position by a locking element and is movable in the assembly position. This makes it possible to achieve an intermediate fastening of the transmission rod connection, which does not have to be released when the transmission rod is first actuated. Since large forces must usually be expended during such a loosening process in the prior art, there is always a risk in the prior art that the transmission or further fitting components are damaged. Said risk is not present in the inventive variants described herein.
Preferably, the transmission rod connection is held in the release position in a form-fitting manner with the latching means. The drive rod connection can have at least one stop against which the locking element rests in the released position. Preferably, the transmission rod connection has two stops, between which the latching means is arranged in the released position, so that the transmission rod connection is held in a non-movable manner.
The fitting can be configured in the form of a lock, a transmission, a scissor guide, or a tilt lock assembly.
Preferably, the fitting is configured in the form of a corner gear. The fitting has a second arm, the longitudinal axis of which extends perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the first arm.
The second arm can likewise have a latching means with a first latching hook and a pressure body, wherein the latching means can be transferred from a release position into a mounting position by means of a displacement of the latching means in the longitudinal direction of the second arm by means of an inclined surface between the latching means and the pressure body, wherein the first latching hook can be moved in the release position, in particular radially, preferably inwardly, and cannot be moved in the mounting position, in particular radially, preferably inwardly, in order to reliably snap back into engagement with the first web of the second profiled groove in the mounting position.
To simplify the fitting in terms of construction, the second arm can be constructed identically to the first arm.
The intermediate fastening can be realized by two stops, wherein a first stop for the latching means of the first arm is arranged on the first arm and a second stop for the latching means of the second arm is arranged on the second arm.
Preferably, the latching means of the first arm and/or the latching means of the second arm can be transferred into the assembled position towards a corner of the fitting. Thereby a covered and protected corner is achieved in the assembled position. In addition, a control function is realized in such a way that it can be easily recognized visually whether or not the fitting is accurately mounted on the fan.
The object is further achieved according to the invention by a window or door having a leaf and an attachment part described herein, which is fitted to the leaf.
The fan is preferably constructed in the form of a swivel-tilt-fan.
Particularly preferably, the first profiled groove merges into the second profiled groove without an opening. The attachment is thereby secured to the fan without having to damage the fan. In particular, the opening of the corners of the fan by grinding, short and the like can be dispensed with, as a result of which a quick and completely reversible assembly can be achieved.
The object according to the invention is also achieved by a method for assembling a fitting, in particular a fitting described herein, having the following method steps:
a) Placing the first arm of the fitting on the first profiled groove of the fan, wherein the first latching hook of the fitting is moved by its displacement, in particular radially, preferably inwardly, past the first tab of the first profiled groove;
b) The press body of the fitting is moved relative to the locking element with the first locking hook in the longitudinal direction of the first limb, wherein the locking element is transferred by means of an inclined plane between the locking element and the press body from a release position into an assembly position in which the first locking hook engages behind the first web in a secure manner by engaging behind the press body with the first locking hook.
The method can furthermore have the following method steps:
c) Placing the second arm of the fitting on the second profiled groove of the fan, wherein the first latching hook of the latching means of the second arm is moved by its deflection, in particular radially, preferably inwardly, past the first web of the second profiled groove;
d) The press body of the second arm is moved relative to the latching means of the second arm in the longitudinal direction of the second arm, wherein the latching means is transferred by means of an inclined plane between the latching means and the press body from a release position into an assembly position in which the first latching hook engages behind the second web in a secure manner by engaging behind the press body with the first latching hook.
In method step a) a first transmission lever of the fan can be connected to the first arm, and in method step C) a second transmission lever of the fan can be connected to the second arm.
Further advantages of the invention result from the description and the drawings. The features mentioned above and still further embodiments can also be used in accordance with the invention individually or in any combination of a plurality. The embodiments shown and described are not to be understood as a final enumeration but rather have exemplary character for the description of the invention.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1a shows a window 10 with a fan 12. The fitting 14 is disposed on the fan 12. The fitting 14 is constructed in the form of a corner gear. The fitting 14 is used to divert the movement and/or force of the first transmission lever 16 to the second transmission lever 18.
The fitting 14 has a first arm 20 and a second arm 22. Arms 20, 22 have latches 24, 26, respectively. Latches 24, 26 are movable in the direction of the longitudinal axis of arms 20, 22, respectively. In fig. 1a, latches 24, 26 are in a released position in which fitting 14 can be easily placed onto fan 12 and removed from fan 12.
Fig. 1b shows window 10 with fitting 14, with latches 24, 26 in the assembled position. In the assembled position, the fitting 14 is fixedly locked to the fan 12.
Fig. 2 shows a window 10, in which, to assemble the fitting 14, first one arm, here the second arm 22, is placed on the fan 12. This first assembly step is illustrated in fig. 2 by arrow 28.
It can also be seen from fig. 2 that the fitting has a drive rod connection 30, which here has a pin 32. The drive rod connection 30 is designed for coupling to a drive rod 16, which has a recess 34.
Latch 24 has a U-shaped clip 36 with a first latch hook 38. The transmission lever connection 30 has stops 40, 42 (better seen in fig. 7), between which the first latching hook 38 is arranged in the released position of the latching means 24. The transmission lever connection 30 is thereby fixed in the neutral position.
Fig. 3 shows the window 10, wherein in a second assembly step a further arm, here the first arm 20, is placed on the fan 12. This is shown by arrow 44. Since the transmission rod coupling 30 is fixed in the neutral position, the pin 32 can be easily introduced into the recess 34 of the transmission rod 16.
Fig. 4 shows a window 10 with a fitting 14 fitted to a fan 12. To secure the fitting 14 to the fan 12, the latches 24, 26 are moved in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the arms 20, 22. This is illustrated in fig. 4 by arrows 46, 48. The locking elements 24, 26 can be moved in any desired sequence or simultaneously.
The drive rod arrangement 30 is no longer locked in the movement of the locking element 24 into the installation position, but can move. Thereby preventing "breaking" of the intermediate fixing in such a way that the window 10 is loaded.
Fig. 5a shows window 10 with fitting 14, with locking element 24 in the released position.
Fig. 5b shows the window 10 according to fig. 5a, however the latching means 24 of the fitting 14 is in the assembled position. The movement is according to arrow 48. From an overview of fig. 5a and 5b, it can be seen that the fitting 14 has a press-on body 50 which, in the assembled position, engages behind the first latching hook 38, so that it cannot be retracted radially inward and engages behind a first web 52 of a first profile groove 54 of the fan 12. The transition from the release position of the locking element shown in fig. 5a to the assembly position of locking element 24 shown in fig. 5b is effected by a bevel 56.
Fig. 6a shows window 10 with catch 24 in the released position.
Fig. 6b shows window 10 with catch 24 in the assembled position. It can be seen that the shaped groove 54 has a first tab 52 and a second tab 58. First tab 52 engages behind first latch hook 38 in the assembled position, and second tab 58 engages behind second latch hook 60 in the assembled position. As can also be seen from fig. 6b, the fitting 14 has a housing 62.
Fig. 7 shows the housing 62. The housing 62 has identically configured housing halves 64, 66. Fig. 7 shows a bevel 56 (see fig. 6 b) for radially expanding first latch hook 38. The stops 40, 42 for the intermediate fixing can be seen in fig. 7. Fig. 7 furthermore shows that the housing 62 has a latching hook 68.
Fig. 8 shows the window 10, wherein, as can be seen from fig. 8, the locking hook 68 together with the first locking recess 70 constitutes a locking device 72. When locking hook 68 (as shown) is mated with first locking recess 70, then latch 24 is secured in the assembled position. When locking hook 68 engages in a corresponding manner with second locking recess 74 of locking device 72, locking means 24 is secured in the released position.
Fig. 9a shows a further embodiment of a window 10 with a fan 12 and a fitting 14 that can be fitted on the fan 12. The fitting 14 has a projection (not shown) on the first arm 20 for snap-in engagement behind a profiled groove (not shown) on one side. The fitting 14 can thus be mounted on the first arm 20 by swinging in.
Fig. 9b shows the window 10 with the second arm 22 on the fan 12 by moving the catch 24. The locking element 24 is made of plastic in the present exemplary embodiment.
Figure 10a shows a cross-sectional view of the window 10 with the fitting 14 in the released position.
Fig. 10b shows a sectional view of the window 10 with the fitting 14 in the assembled position.
Fig. 11a shows window 10, with latching means 24 having latching hooks 38, 60 in the region of the cross section, which latching hooks have not yet or only slightly engaged behind tabs 52, 58.
Fig. 11b shows window 10 in contrast, in which latching hooks 38, 60 engage behind tabs 52, 58 in order to secure fitting 14 to leaf 12.
The present invention relates generally to a fitting 14 that can be fitted to a leaf 12, a window 10 and door having the fitting 14, and a heat generating method for fitting the fitting 14, with an overview of all the views of the drawings. The fitting 14 has at least one first arm 20 with a latch 24 and a press body 50. The pressure body 50 can be moved relative to the latching means 24 in the direction 20 of the longitudinal axis of the first limb in order to engage behind the first latching hook 38 in the assembled position, so that the first latching hook 38 cannot be displaced inwardly in the assembled position. A ramp 56 is provided between locking element 24 and pressure body 50, by means of which locking element 24 can be transferred from the assembled position into the released position. In the released position, the first latching hooks 38 no longer engage behind the pressure body 50, so that they can be deflected inward. The fitting 14 can be easily fitted to and removed from the fan 12 in the manner described.
