Claims (20)
- Objekt (30), das von einem Benutzer gehalten werden soll, umfassend:- eine äußere Struktur (10), die eingerichtet ist, um von dem Benutzer gehalten zu werden,- eine geschlossene, dünnwandige Kunststoffflasche (20) mit einem Körper, der ein Innenvolumen definiert, und einem Hals (21),
wo- die äußere Struktur eine Schale (10) ist, die mit mindestens einem Teil des Körpers der Flasche (20) in Kontakt steht,- die Schale (10) einen oberen Hals (11) umfasst, der ein offenes U oder C bildet und eingerichtet ist, um elastisch über mindestens einem Teil des Halses (21) der Flasche (20) zu rasten, dadurch gekennzeichnet,- dass der Hals (21) der Flasche (20) einen Vorsprung (27) aufweist, der in die Öffnung des U oder C des oberen Halses (11) der Schale (10) eingreift,- und dass die Flasche (20) einen vorzugsweise zylindrischen Körper mit einer Dicke aufweist, die in einem Bereich liegt, der von 30 µm bis 150 µm liegt. - Objekt (30) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schale (10) eine Seitenwand (15) und eine Schulter (16) umfasst, die zwischen dem oberen Hals (11) und der Seitenwand (15) eingerichtet ist, wobei die Schulter (16) eine Durchgangsöffnung (12) umfasst, die eingerichtet ist, um dem Hals (21) der Flasche (20) einen Durchgang zu verschaffen, und wobei die Durchgangsöffnung (12) in die Öffnung des U oder C des oberen Halses (11) der Schale (10) mündet.
- Objekt (30) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Durchgangsöffnung (12), die eingerichtet ist, um dem Hals (21) der Flasche (20) einen Durchgang zu verschaffen, eine Durchgangsabmessung (D1) aufweist, die größer ist als eine Durchgangsabmessung (D2, D'2) des U oder C des oberen Halses (11) der Schale (10), der eingerichtet ist, um auf mindestens einem Teil des Halses (21) der Flasche (20) elastisch zu rasten.
- Objekt (30) nach Anspruch 3, wobei:- die Durchgangsabmessung (D1) der Durchgangsöffnung (12), die eingerichtet ist, um dem Hals (21) der Flasche (20) einen Durchgang zu verschaffen, der Schale (10) strikt größer ist als eine Abmessung (D3) des Halses (21) der Flasche (20), und/oder- die Durchgangsabmessung (D2, D'2) des U oder C des oberen Halses (11) der Schale (10), der eingerichtet ist, um über mindestens einem Teil des Halses (21) der Flasche (20) elastisch zu rasten, strikt kleiner ist als die Abmessung (D3) des Halses (21) der Flasche (20).
- Objekt (30) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, wobei die Schale (10) eine Einführöffnung (13) aufweist, die in der Seitenwand (15) eingerichtet und eingerichtet ist, um es einem Benutzer zu ermöglichen, die Flasche (20) in die Schale (10) einzuführen.
- Objekt (30) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Hals (21) der Flasche (20) einen Kragen (22) umfasst.
- Objekt (30) nach Anspruch 6, wobei der Vorsprung (27) unter dem Kragen (22) des Halses (21) der Flasche (20) eingerichtet ist.
- Objekt (30) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei:- die Öffnung des U oder des C des oberen Halses (11) der Schale (10) eine erste Winkelabmessung in Bezug auf eine axiale Richtung des Objekts (30) aufweist,- der Vorsprung (27) eine zweite Winkelabmessung in Bezug auf die axiale Richtung des Objekts (30) aufweist, die kleiner als die erste Winkelabmessung ist.
- Objekt (30) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Flasche (20) von außen gesehen einen konkaven, beispielsweise halbkugelförmigen Boden (25) aufweist, und wobei die Schale (10) einen Boden (14) aufweist, der mindestens eine ebene Auflage zum Abstellen des Objekts (30) gemäß einer vertikalen Position definiert.
- Objekt (30) nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Schale (10) einen Außendurchmesser aufweist, und wobei der Boden (14) der Schale (10) mindestens einen flachen Kranz oder entlang eines flachen Kranzes verteilte Auflagen aufweist, wobei der flache Kranz einen Durchmesser aufweist, der größer oder gleich 50% des Außendurchmessers ist.
- Objekt (30) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale (10) mindestens einen Haltegriff umfasst, der beispielsweise einen Henkel bildet.
- Objekt (30) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei die Dicke des Körpers liegt:- in einem Bereich von 30 µm bis 50 µm oder von 50 µm bis 70 µm oder von 70 µm bis 100 µm oder von 100 µm bis 125 µm oder von 125 µm bis 150 um,- und vorzugsweise in einem Bereich von 100 µm bis 125 µm.
- Objekt (30) nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Flasche (20) einen Boden (25) mit einer Dicke aufweist, die gleich ±20% der Dicke des Körpers der Flasche (20) entspricht, mit Ausnahme eines zentralen Abschnitts des Bodens (25), der innerhalb eines Durchmessers liegt von:- kleiner oder gleich 50% des Durchmessers des zylindrischen Teils des Körpers,- vorzugsweise kleiner oder gleich 35% des Durchmessers des zylindrischen Teils des Körpers,- noch bevorzugter kleiner oder gleich 20% des Durchmessers des zylindrischen Teils des Körpers.
- Objekt (30) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, wobei der Hals (21) und/oder der Kragen (22) der Flasche (20) eine Dicke von mehr als 150 um, bevorzugt mehr als 200 µm und noch bevorzugter mehr als 250 µm aufweist.
- Objekt (30) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, wobei die Flasche (20) aus Polyethylenterephthalat (PET) gebildet ist.
- Objekt (30) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, wobei die Flasche (20) ein Innenvolumen aufweist von:- kleiner oder gleich 2 L,- vorzugsweise kleiner oder gleich 1,5 L,- bevorzugter kleiner oder gleich 1 L,- noch bevorzugter kleiner oder gleich 0,8 L.
- Objekt (30) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, wobei der obere Hals (11) der Schale (10) einen oberen Rand aufweist und wobei der obere Rand über mehr als 180° in Bezug auf eine axiale Richtung des Objekts (30) ausgebildet ist.
- Objekt (30) nach Anspruch 17, wobei der obere Rand in einer Ebene liegt.
- Objekt (30) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, wobei die Schale (10) gebildet ist:- aus Polymermaterial und optional ein Füllmaterial wie Mineralfasern oder -partikel umfasst, oder- aus einem Metall wie Aluminium.
- Objekt (30) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, wobei die Schale (10) eine Dicke aufweist von:- mindestens größer als das Doppelte einer Dicke des Körpers der Flasche (20), oder- mindestens größer als 200 µm.
