Claims (11)

  1. Ringspinnmaschine (1) für eine Spinnstraße, die sich zur Verarbeitung von Spulen von Vorgarnen (S) für die Herstellung von Garnspulen eignet, die eine Erstreckung vorwiegend entlang einer Längsachse (X) haben, zwischen einem Kopf (20) und einem Ende (22), aufweisend:
    - eine erste Vielzahl von Spindeln (12Aij), die entlang einer ersten Bank (10A) der Spinnmaschine ausgerichtet sind, und eine zweite Vielzahl von Spindeln (12Bij), die entlang einer zweiten Bank (10B) der Spinnmaschine ausgerichtet sind, gegenüberliegend der ersten, wobei die Spindeln (12Aij, 12Bij) zu Gruppen von Spindeln ((12A, 12B)j) enthaltend Spindeln (12Aij) der ersten Bank (20) und Spindeln (12Bij) der zweiten Bank (22) zusammengebaut sind;
    - eine Vielzahl von Riemen (30j), wobei jeder Riemen (30j) in Wirkverbindung mit allen Spindeln einer vordefinierten Gruppe von Spindeln ((12A, 12B)j) ist, wobei die Riemen (30j) mechanisch unabhängig voneinander sind;
    - eine Vielzahl von Antriebsvorrichtungen, wobei jede Antriebsvorrichtung zum Antreiben des Riemens (30j) einer vordefinierten Gruppe von Spindeln ((12A, 12B)j) zuständig ist;
    - dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Antriebsvorrichtung eine Vielzahl von Elektromotoren (40qj) aufweist, die betriebswirksam mit dem jeweiligen Riemen (30j) verbunden sind, um ihn anzutreiben,
    - und dass für jede Gruppe von Spindeln ((12A, 12B)j) die Vielzahl von Motoren (40qj) nur einen Hauptmotor mit Rückkopplung und Slave-Motoren aufweist, die betriebswirksam und parallel mit dem Hauptmotor verbunden sind.
  2. Ringspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 1, aufweisend eine Steuergruppe (60) mit einer einzelnen Logikeinheit (62) zum Steuern der gesamten Spinnmaschine (1).
  3. Ringspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Steuergruppe (60) ein Steuerfeld aufweist, das von einem Angestellten benutzbar ist, um den Betrieb der gesamten Spinnmaschine zu steuern.
  4. Ringspinnmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, aufweisend
    - eine Vielzahl von elektrischen Antrieben (50j), wobei jeder Antrieb (50j) für den elektrischen Betrieb der Vielzahl von Motoren (40qj) einer vordefinierten Gruppe von Spindeln ((12A, 12B)j) konfiguriert ist.
  5. Ringspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Antriebe (50j) elektrisch unabhängig voneinander sind.
  6. Ringspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, aufweisend Spindelsteuerungseinrichtungen, die betriebswirksam mit den Antrieben (50j) verbunden sind, für die logische Steuerung der Vielzahl von Motoren (40qj) von jeder Gruppe von Spindeln ((12A, 12B)j).
  7. Ringspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 6, wenn abhängig von Anspruch 2, wobei die Spindelsteuerungseinrichtungen betriebswirksam mit der Logikeinheit (62) verbunden sind.
  8. Ringspinnmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, aufweisend eine Ziehvorrichtung (4) für jede Bank (10A, 10b), und Ziehsteuerungseinrichtungen, die betriebswirksam mit den Ziehvorrichtungen verbunden sind, für die logische Steuerung der Ziehvorrichtungen.
  9. Ringspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 8, wenn abhängig von Anspruch 2, wobei die Ziehsteuerungseinrichtungen betriebswirksam mit der Logikeinheit (62) verbunden sind.
  10. Ringspinnmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, aufweisend eine Ringschiene (14) für jede Bank (10A, 10B), und Schienensteuerungseinrichtungen für die logische Steuerung der Ringschienen (14) für die gesamte Spinnmaschine (1).
  11. Ringspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 10, wenn abhängig von Anspruch 2, wobei die Schienensteuerungseinrichtungen betriebswirksam mit der Logikeinheit (62) verbunden sind.
