Claims (11)
- Métier à filer (1) à anneaux pour une ligne de filature, approprié pour traiter des bobinots de mèche (S) pour la production de bobines de fil, ayant une extension principalement le long d'un axe longitudinal (X), entre une tête (20) et une queue (22), comprenant :- une première pluralité de broches (12Aij) alignées le long d'un premier cantre (10A) du métier à filer et une seconde pluralité de broches (12Bij) alignées le long d'un second cantre (10B) du métier à filer, à l'opposé du premier, dans lequel lesdites broches (12Aij, 12Bij) sont assemblées dans des groupes de broches ((12A, 12B)j) contenant des broches (12Aij) du premier cantre (20) et des broches (12Bij) du second cantre (22) ;- une pluralité de courroies (30j), dans lequel chaque courroie (30j) met en prise toutes les broches d'un groupe de broches ((12A, 12B)j) prédéfini, lesdites courroies (30j) étant indépendantes mécaniquement les unes des autres ;- une pluralité de dispositifs d'entraînement, chaque dispositif d'entraînement étant responsable de l'entraînement de la courroie (30j) d'un groupe de broches ((12A, 12B)j) prédéfini ;- caractérisé en ce que chaque dispositif d'entraînement comprend une pluralité de moteurs (40qj) électriques, reliés fonctionnellement à la courroie (30j) respective pour l'entraîner ;- et en ce que pour chaque groupe de broches ((12A, 12B)j), ladite pluralité de moteurs (40qj) comprend uniquement un moteur maître avec un retour et des moteurs esclaves reliés fonctionnellement en parallèle au moteur maître.
- Métier à filer selon la revendication 1, comprenant un groupe de commande (60) comprenant une seule unité logique (62) pour commander le métier à filer (1) entier.
- Métier à filer selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le groupe de commande (60) comprend un panneau de commande qui est utilisable par un employé pour commander le fonctionnement du métier à filer entier.
- Métier à filer selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant- une pluralité d'entraînements (50j) électriques, chaque entraînement (50j) étant configuré pour le fonctionnement électrique de la pluralité de moteurs (40qj) d'un groupe de broches ((12A, 12B)j) prédéfini.
- Métier à filer selon la revendication 4, dans lequel lesdits entraînements (50j) sont indépendants électriquement les uns des autres.
- Métier à filer selon la revendication 4 ou 5, comprenant des moyens de commande de broches, reliés fonctionnellement aux entraînements (50j), pour la commande logique de la pluralité de moteurs (40qj) de chaque groupe de broches ((12A, 12B)j).
- Métier à filer selon la revendication 6, lorsqu'elle dépend de la revendication 2, dans lequel les moyens de commande de broches sont reliés fonctionnellement à l'unité logique (62).
- Métier à filer selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un dispositif d'étirage (4) pour chaque cantre (10A, 10B) et des moyens de commande d'étirage, reliés fonctionnellement aux dispositifs d'étirage, pour la commande logique des dispositifs d'étirage.
- Métier à filer selon la revendication 8, lorsqu'elle dépend de la revendication 2, dans lequel les moyens de commande d'étirage sont reliés fonctionnellement à l'unité logique (62).
- Métier à filer selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une plate-bande (14) pour chaque cantre (10A, 10B) et des moyens de commande de plates-bandes pour la commande logique des plates-bandes (14) pour le métier à filer (1) entier.
- Métier à filer selon la revendication 10, lorsqu'elle dépend de la revendication 2, dans lequel les moyens de commande de plates-bandes sont reliés fonctionnellement à l'unité logique (62).
