Claims (8)
- Produktionsvorrichtung für ein Effektgarn (10), das ein Hauptgarn (1) und ein Ziergarn (5, 5c) umfasst, das intermittierend geschnitten und in das Hauptgarn (1) eingearbeitet ist, wobei die Vorrichtung umfasst:einen Zusammenflussbereich (17), um das Ziergarn (5, 5c) entlang des Hauptgarns (1) zu platzieren;einen Hauptzuführungsspender (11) zum Zuführen des Hauptgarns (1) zum Zusammenflussbereich (17);eine Düse (19) zum Zuführen des Ziergarns (5, 5c) zusammen mit einem Luftstrom zum Zusammenflussbereich (17);eine Schneidevorrichtung (21) zum intermittierenden Schneiden des Ziergarns (5, 5c), wobei die Schneidevorrichtung (21) in der Düse (19) oder zwischen der Düse (19) und dem Zusammenflussbereich (17) angeordnet ist; und eine Verdrillvorrichtung (23) zum Erzeugen einer echten oder einer falschen Verdrillung im Hauptgarn (1) mit dem Ziergarn (5, 5c),dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Produktionsvorrichtung so konfiguriert ist, dass das geschnittene Ziergarn (5, 5c) durch den Luftstrom der Düse (19) in Richtung des Hauptgarns (1) geblasen wird und mit diesem fliegt, um entlang des Hauptgarns (1) zu verlaufen und sich mit diesem zu vermischen, um das geschnittene Ziergarn im Hauptgarn zu verwickeln.
- Die Produktionsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die ferner eine oder mehrere Wände (33) umfasst, die dazu ausgelegt sind, den Luftstrom im Zusammenflussbereich (17) in Richtung des Hauptgarns (1) zu korrigieren.
- Die Produktionsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Verdrillvorrichtung (23) stromabwärts vom Zusammenflussbereich (17) in einer Richtung angeordnet ist, in der das Hauptgarn (1) verläuft.
- Die Produktionsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die außerdem umfasst:einen Hilfszuführungsspender (13) zum Zuführen eines Hilfsgarns (3),wobei die Zwirnvorrichtung (23) stromabwärts von einem Bereich angeordnet ist, in dem das Hilfsgarn (3) zusammen mit dem Hauptgarn (1) und dem Ziergarn (5, 5c) zu fließen beginnt.
- Die Produktionsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
die ferner umfasst: eine Garnführung, um das Hauptgarn (1), das den Zusammenflussbereich (17) passiert hat und zusammen mit dem Ziergarn (5, 5c) fließt, zusammen mit dem Nebengarn (3) fließen zu lassen, wobei die Garnführung stromabwärts vom Zusammenflussbereich (17) und stromaufwärts von der Verdrillvorrichtung (23) in der Richtung angeordnet ist, in der das Hauptgarn (1) verläuft. - Die Produktionsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Verdrillvorrichtung (23) eine oder mehrere Vorrichtungen umfasst, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt sind, die aus einer Wirbel-Düse, einer Hohlspindel und einem echten Verzwirner besteht.
- Die Produktionsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die ferner umfasst: eine Wand (33) zum Begradigen des Luftstroms, um den durch die Düse (19) in den Zusammenflussbereich (17) geleiteten Luftstrom zu stagnieren oder zu verwirbeln.
- Die Produktionsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die ferner umfasst:
einen Ziergarnspender (15) zum Zuführen des Ziergarns (5, 5c) in die Düse; und einen Servomotor zum Versetzen des Ziergarnspenders in eine intermittierende Bewegung.
