Claims (4)

  1. Eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Effektgarns (10), das mindestens ein erstes und ein zweites Garn (1, 3) sowie in die Garne (1, 3) verwickelte dekorative Fasern (5c) umfasst, wobei die Vorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:
    eine erste Spule (11), die sich um eine Achse dreht, um das erste Garn (1) zuzuführen und zu verwirbeln;
    eine Ausstoßdüse (19), die so ausgerichtet ist, dass sie die dekorativen Fasern (5c) seitlich oder in einer zur Achse identischen Richtung in einen Bereich zuführt, in dem das erste Garn (1) verwirbelt wird; und
    eine zweite Spule (13) mit einer Hohlspindel, die so auf die Achse ausgerichtet ist, dass das erste Garn (1) mit den dekorativen Fasern (5c) durch die Hohlspindel hindurchläuft, und die sich um die Achse dreht, um das zweite Garn (3) zuzuführen und zu verwirbeln, so dass das zweite Garn (3) um das erste Garn (1) mit den dekorativen Fasern (5c) gewickelt wird.
  2. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die ferner umfasst:
    eine Führung (17), die zwischen der ersten Spule (11) und der zweiten Spule (13) angeordnet ist und einen Hohlraum (17h) aufweist, um das erste Garn (1) durch den Hohlraum (17h) zur hohlen Spindel zu führen, wobei die Ausstoßdüse (19) so ausgerichtet ist, dass sie die dekorativen Fasern (5c) in den Hohlraum (17h) zuführt.
  3. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Spule (1) einen hohlen Kern aufweist, durch den die dekorativen Fasern (5c) hindurchlaufen, und die Ausstoßdüse (19) so angeordnet ist, dass sie die dekorativen Fasern (5c) durch den hohlen Kern der ersten Spule (1) zuführt.
  4. Die Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Ausstoßdüse (19) einen Schneider (21) zum Schneiden eines dekorativen Garns (5) in dekorative Fasern (5c) umfasst und so konfiguriert ist, dass sie einen Luftstrom (A1) ausstößt, um die dekorativen Fasern (5c) auf den Luftstrom (A1) zu legen.
