Definitions
- the present invention relates to a spraying device for spraying a liquid, in particular in the low-pressure region, which spraying device is designed to be hand-held and manually operable, comprising a spray head and a gripping element, a fluid line with an inlet for supplying the liquid and an outlet for spraying the liquid, an actuating element for acting on a valve member via which the flow of fluid through the fluid conduit is selectively releasable or lockable.
- Such a spraying device which is operated in particular at a pressure range of the liquid to be sprayed of approximately 0.5 bar to a maximum of 25 bar (in the present case regarded as a low-pressure region, typically approximately 1 bar to 8 bar), can be used in particular Home and garden area are used, wherein the liquid is water.
- the spray device is particularly hand-held and manually operated and is designed for example as a spray gun. A user can grasp the spray device on the handle element and control the liquid dispensing from the spray head by means of the actuating element.
- the spraying device can be used, for example, for cleaning purposes, where in particular loose, not too persistent impurities are flushed away with the liquid jet. Also conceivable is the use of the spray device for irrigation purposes.
- the hand nozzle for ejecting liquid is described, which is used for example in the low pressure range.
- the hand nozzle includes a rotor nozzle unit which is intended to rotate on a conical surface when exposed to liquid.
- the hand nozzle proves to be less reliable when used in the low pressure range, since the fluid pressure is too low to start or maintain the movement of the rotor.
- an assurance Permeable cleaning effect with rotor nozzles is only possible in the high pressure range, from approx. 20 bar upwards.
- WO 2007/131533 A1 describes a flexible, oscillating nozzle for ejecting a fluid.
- the nozzle On the output side, the nozzle has a flexible hose line fixed at one end, whereas the other end can move freely. When exposed to liquid, the free end moves in a random manner. This makes it considerably more difficult to achieve a uniform work result.
- a deflector is arranged, depending on the position of the liquid jet is discharged in different directions.
- the deflection element strikes against a working housing, whereby the position of the deflection element and thus the direction of the discharged liquid jet are changed.
- a spray device in which incoming liquid can flow through a rotor with a curved channel.
- the channel opens into a nozzle mounted on a bearing shell and movable along a conical jacket.
- the spray device is pressure actuatable, whereby the movement of the nozzle is initiated in dependence on the shape of the channel.
- the sprayer also proves to be of limited use, because the movement of the nozzle, similar to the

This goes hand in hand with a more user-friendly handling. Without the user needing to move the spray device, the direction and / or the position of the discharged liquid jet can be changed by means of the drive device. Therefore, the spray device also proves to be user-friendly.

- the fluid line 26 does not rotate itself, as a result of the fixed inlet 34. Only the hose line 38 is deformed.
- the construction of the spray device 220 proves to be advantageous because the energy required to deform the hose line 38 is lower.
- the intermediate element 242 is arranged between the drive wheel 70 and the cover element 240.
- the intermediate element 242 is configured as a ring 258, which is positioned coaxially to the drive wheel 70 and to the cover element 240 with respect to the axis of rotation 76.

Upon further pulling to actuate the switching element 238, the user receives another haptic feedback when the haptic element 274 slides out of the receptacle 278. For the user, it can be detected haptically when the valve element 28 opens and when the drive motor 54 is set in motion.
