Definitions
- the invention relates to a floor structure, in particular for a rail vehicle, and a rail vehicle with at least one floor structure.
- structure-borne sound is transmitted from a vehicle structure to a vehicle floor. This leads to vibrations and noise emissions.
- Structure-borne sound insulation can reduce structure-borne sound transmission and reduce structure-borne sound on floor slabs.
- airborne sound is emitted from the vehicle structure, so that airborne sound insulation is required on the floor panels. Airborne sound insulation deteriorates due to the transmission of structure-borne sound. In the case of point support, different load cases result in different noise and vibration behavior on the floor panels. It is known that structure-borne noise insulation or structure-borne noise reduction can be achieved by using relatively heavy and thick floor panels, which, however, give rise to weight problems.
- connecting elements can be arranged between the vehicle structure and the vehicle floor, which have a different rigidity on floor panels in a door area than on floor panels in other areas of a rail vehicle car.
- Such a sound insulation can only react to different vibration scenarios in different areas of the rail vehicle. Different vibration scenarios are based, for example, on the driving characteristics of the rail vehicle and the weight load on the floor panels.
- the CN 202608780 U describes mushroom-shaped connecting elements which are each inserted into a carrier under a floor panel by means of a positioning pin.
- the heads of the mushroom-shaped connecting elements are each made of a rubber material and support the floor panel.
- the disadvantage here is that each connection element is designed for the same predetermined load range, ie the noise and vibration behavior is different for different loads. This affects passenger comfort.
- the EP 1193 165 A2 discloses a mounting part for the elastic fastening of vehicle floor panels to a vehicle frame of a rail vehicle.
- the mounting part consists of a combination of metal elements and elastic elements.
- each assembly part is designed for the same predetermined load range.
- the assembly part has a complex structure and is expensive to manufacture.
- PUR polyurethane
- the strips made of polyurethane are here also all designed for the same predetermined load range.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of creating a floor structure and a rail vehicle with a floor structure that is simply constructed and can be insulated and / or dampened in different load ranges.
- An advantage of the invention is that an insulation and / or a damping of the vibrations in the floor slab is not only designed for a single predefined load area, but for at least two predefined load areas, i.e. a base load area and at least one overload area.
- the floor panels can be made light and thin and thus enable a reduction in weight.
- vibration isolation or vibration reduction or structure-borne sound insulation or structure-borne sound reduction as well as a reduction of the radiated airborne sound by increasing the airborne sound insulation on the floor slab are made possible. This protects the floor slab from damage. The service life of the floor panel is thus increased.
- the airborne sound insulation or sound insulation is also improved because the structure-borne sound coupling between the mounting element and the floor panel is reduced. This increases passenger comfort.
- insulation is understood to be a spring effect without reducing vibration energy.
- damping is understood to mean a conversion of vibration energy into thermal energy. With damping, viscous damping or dry friction takes place, which is silent for a person.
- a structure-borne sound insulating effectiveness of the floor structure can therefore be improved in terms of vibration by adjusting the spring properties or a stiffness, ie a material and / or a geometry, the first insulation elements, the further insulation elements, the floor plate and / or the mounting element.
- the floor panel can therefore be flexible or bend-free or rigid.
- the floor slab can hold a maximum weight of an estimated number of people per square meter. This can increase the service life of the floor structure.
- a flexible, mass-afflicted floor panel is advantageous, which is matched to low frequencies by the first insulation element and the further insulation elements.
- the damping ie the material properties of the first insulation elements and the further insulation elements, can be set.
- the material properties can be adjusted, for example, with an admixture of damping material.
- An elastic material can, for example, have spring properties and damping properties.
- the floor slab has at least one predefined deflection in the case of the predefined overload, with at least one bent area being supported by the further insulation elements.
- the additional insulation elements in the bent area enable structure-borne sound insulation as a load limit with a deflection limiter even when the floor slab is subjected to an increased weight load.
- the first insulation elements can each have a first length and the further insulation elements can each have a further length which is less than the first length.
- the first insulation elements and the further insulation elements are matched to a deflection of the floor panel.
- the further insulation elements each have a spacing from the floor panel.
- the airborne sound insulation is retained through load-independent structure-borne sound insulation or vibration insulation.
- the distances between the other insulation elements and the floor panel are matched to the deflection of the floor panel. This ensures that the further insulation elements are activated in the event of an increased weight load on the base plate. The distances can result from different lengths of the first insulation elements and the further insulation elements.
- the distance between the further insulation elements can be adjustable, in particular by means of washer elements, threaded elements and / or combinations of perforations and pins. Standardized insulation elements with the same lengths can then be used.
- the first insulation elements each have a first stiffness and the further insulation elements each have a further stiffness that is smaller, equal to or greater than the first stiffness, the further stiffness in particular being dependent on the distance between the further insulation elements is matched to the floor slab.
- the stiffness characterizes the spring character of the insulation elements and thus determines the insulation and / or damping and the mass of the floor slab.
- the storage frequency of the floor panel is matched to the rigidity of the first insulation element and the further insulation elements and to the distance between the further insulation elements and the floor panel. The lower the storage frequency of the floor slab, the better the airborne sound insulation.
- the first insulation elements and the further insulation elements are preferably connected in parallel.
- the further rigidity of the further insulation elements can also be smaller than the first rigidity of the first insulation elements. For example, the further insulation elements then adjoin the floor panel or the further insulation elements are pressed against the floor panel.
- the first insulation elements and / or the further insulation elements preferably form point bearings and are in particular constructed in the shape of a mushroom. This results in a small contact area. A full use of the first insulation elements and the further insulation elements for the resilience character is possible, which is determined by a free, unloaded area of the spring, which has a form factor.
- first insulation elements and / or the further insulation elements can form strip mountings, which in particular have a linear structure.
- the strip bearings or line bearings can have interruptions so that specific partial strips can be used.
- the strip bearings are easy to manufacture. Prefabrication or pre-installation are possible.
- first insulation elements and / or the further insulation elements can form prism bearings, which in particular are constructed in the shape of a cuboid.
- the prism bearings are also easy to manufacture. Prefabrication or pre-installation is also possible here.
- first insulation elements and / or the further insulation elements can be spaced from one another and / or adjoining one another. This is a variable arrangement the first insulation elements and the further insulation elements possible and the insulation and / or damping of the floor panel can be influenced well.
- first insulation elements and / or the further insulation elements can be detachably and / or non-detachably attached to the floor panel and / or the mounting element.
- first insulation elements and / or the further insulation elements can be detachably and / or non-detachably attached to the floor panel and / or the mounting element.
- the storage element is expediently at least a part of a longitudinal beam, a cross beam, a plate and / or an underbody panel, in particular the underbody panel being at least partially corrugated.
- the underbody panel can be corrugated. This also enables a variable area of application of the first insulation elements and the further insulation elements independently of the geometry of the bearing element.
- At least one insulating layer can be arranged between the first insulating elements and / or the further insulating elements, which layer fills at least one space between the floor panel and the mounting element.
- the insulating layer enables additional sound insulation, e.g. for sound absorption, and / or thermal insulation.
- first insulation elements and / or the further insulation elements can have an elastic material and / or an inelastic material.
- plastics can also be used.
- the first insulating elements and the further insulating elements can thus have materials with different elasticity.
- the object is also achieved in a rail vehicle with at least one floor structure.
- the Figures 1a to 2b each represent an exemplary embodiment for a floor structure 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4 and 10.5 with a floor plate 11, mushroom-shaped first insulation elements 20 and also mushroom-shaped further insulation elements 30.

- the first head 20.1 and the further head 30.1 are each designed in the exemplary embodiments in the form of a spherical segment. However, it is also conceivable that the first head 20.1 and / or the further head 30.1 are each designed to be conical. Description

Fig. 3 .
Fig. 3 und 4 .
- In
- In
- In
Fig. 3 und 4 dar. -
Fig. 5 ).
