Claims (10)
- Lagerung für einen Gleisabschnitt umfassend eine Unterlageplatte (10) wie Schienenbefestigungs- oder Rippenplatte mit zumindest bodenseitig verlaufender Zwischenlage (12) mit von dieser ausgehenden Vorsprüngen (16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26), über deren Bodenflächen (28, 30, 32, 34) die Unterlageplatte auf eine Abstützung wie Schwelle abstützbar ist, wobei zwischen der Unterlageplatte und der Abstützung ein Zwischenelement (44) derart verläuft, dass das Zwischenelement bei üblicher Krafteinleitung in die Unterlageplatte mit seiner abstützungsseitigen Fläche zu der Abstützung beabstandet verläuft und bei unzulässig hoher Krafteinleitung in die Unterlageplatte die Steifigkeit der Zwischenlage durch das Zwischenelement durch Abstützen dieses auf der Abstützung vorgegeben ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flächige Zwischenelement (44) eigensteif ist und aus Metall oder Kunststoff besteht und dass das Zwischenelement mit seiner Längsachse in Längsrichtung der Unterlageplatte und innerhalb oder im Wesentlichen innerhalb in Richtung der Abstützung verlaufender vertikaler Projektion des Schienenabschnittes verläuft. - Lagerung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Zwischenelement (44) und der Unterlageplatte (10) ein Abschnitt der Zwischenlage verläuft und dass vorzugsweise die die Vorsprünge (16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26) aufweisende Zwischenlage an der Unterlageplatte anvulkanisiert und das Zwischenelement (44) in die Zwischenlage einvulkanisiert ist. - Lagerung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenelement (44) eine Metalleinlage wie Blechplatte oder Kunststoffeinlage ist und vorzugsweise abstützungsseitig zumindest bereichsweise von dem Zwischenlagenschichtmaterial unbedeckt ist. - Lagerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenlage (12) einen umlaufenden vorstehenden der Umfangsgeometrie der Unterlageplatte (10) folgenden Rand (14) aufweist und dass in Längsrichtung der Unterlageplatte und von senkrechter Projektion von Längsrändern von auf der Unterlageplatte angeordnetem Schienenabschnitt geschnitten die von der Zwischenlage (12) ausgehenden Vorsprünge (16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26) verlaufen, wobei insbesondere im Bereich der senkrechten Projektion vom jeweiligen Längsrand des Schienenabschnitts jeweils drei Vorsprünge (16, 18, 20; 22, 24, 26) verlaufen. - Lagerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenelement (44) ein Plattenelement ist, das mit seiner Längsachse in Längsrichtung der Unterlageplatte (10) und unterhalb einer parallel von der Unterlageplatte aufgespannten Ebene verläuft. - Lagerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Längsrichtung der Unterlageplatte (10) betrachtet die Vorsprünge (16, 18, 20; 22, 24, 26) vor bzw. hinter dem Zwischenelement (44) angeordnet sind, wobei insbesondere das Zwischenelement eine Breite von in etwa 20 bis 40 mm, eine Länge von in etwa 200 bis 300 mm und eine Dicke von in etwa 5 bis 15 mm aufweist. - Lagerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenelement integraler Bestandteil der Unterlageplatte (10) ist und vorzugsweise als eine in dessen Längsrichtung verlaufende Rippe ausgebildet ist. - Lagerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei unbelasteter Unterlageplatte (10) der umlaufende Rand (14) der Zwischenlage (12) abstützungsseitig in einer Ebene verläuft, in der die Bodenflächen (28, 30, 32, 34) der Vorsprünge (16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26) verlaufen, wobei vorzugsweise die Vorsprünge abstützungsseitig eine Einlage (40, 42) aufweisen. - Lagerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei unbelasteter Unterlageplatte (10) das Zwischenelement (44) mit seiner freien Bodenfläche (46) zur von den Bodenflächen (28, 30, 32, 34) der Vorsprünge (16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26) aufgespannten Ebene einen Abstand zwischen 3 bis 10 mm, vorzugsweise in etwa 5 mm aufweist. - Lagerung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit zumindest zwei die Unterlageplatte sowie die Zwischenlage durchsetzenden Hülsen, die ihrerseits von jeweils einem Befestigungselement wie Bolzen zum Lagefixieren der Unterlageplatte auf der Abstützung durchsetzbar sind, wobei die Hülse (48, 50) abstützungsseitig ein lösbar mit dieser verbundenes ringförmiges Flanschelement (52, 54) aufweist, zu dem die Zwischenlage (12) beabstandet verläuft, wobei insbesondere die Hülse abstützungsseitig Vorsprünge (56, 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 68, 70) aufweist, die in Aufnahmen des Flanschelementes zum Fixieren dieses verlaufen.
