Claims (14)
- Couteau, destiné à recevoir une lame (12) interchangeable, pourvu d'un boîtier (1, 2), qui comporte une gorge à lame (3), pour y insérer une lame (12) comportant un évidement d'entraînement (23), pourvu d'un curseur (7) repoussable le long du boîtier (1, 2) à partir de la face extérieure du boîter, le long d'une trajectoire de déplacement, pour déplacer la lame (12) d'une position de rangement insérée dans la gorge à lame (3) dans une position de travail saillant hors d'un orifice de la gorge à lame (3), qui pour accoupler le curseur (7) avec la lame (12) porte un élément de couplage (4) pourvu d'une saillie d'entraînement (5) qui s'engage dans l'évidement d'entraînement (23) et pourvu d'un bouton (16) de changement de lame, placé sur le côté largeur du boîtier (1, 2), qui comporte un segment de blocage (17) saillant dans la trajectoire de déplacement du curseur (7), sur lequel le curseur (7) bute dans la phase finale de son déplacement dans la position de travail, et qui par un actionnement du bouton (16) de changement de lame, est susceptible d'être amené hors de la trajectoire de déplacement du curseur (7), de telle sorte que le curseur (7) puisse amener la lame (12) au-delà de la position de travail jusque dans une position de changement de lame, la saillie d'entraînement (5) étant guidée hors de l'évidement d'entraînement (23), caractérisé en ce que le bouton (16) de changement de lame doit être actionné à l'encontre d'une force de rappel d'un élément à ressort (20), pour permettre le déplacement du curseur (7) dans la position de changement de lame.
- Couteau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de couplage (4) est un corps élastique en flexion, qui lors du déplacement du curseur (7) de la position de travail dans la position de changement de lame se courbe à la transversale de la direction de déplacement et qui est notamment une tôle à résilience élastique.
- Couteau selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de couplage (4) constitue un élément de commande (6) pourvu d'un flanc de commande (6'), qui lors du déplacement du curseur (7) de la position de travail dans la position de changement de lame, interagit avec un épaulement de commande (14) de la gorge à lame.
- Couteau selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le flanc de commande (6') est formé d'un ruban métallique en forme de U, recourbé vers l'arrière.
- Couteau selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un segment d'entrave (24) de l'élément de couplage (4) est inséré dans un compartiment d'insertion (25) qui est constitué de plusieurs nervures (31), qui avec un faible écart saillissent au-dessus d'une surface de base d'un flanc de retenue (21) d'un support (26) d'élément de couplage.
- Couteau selon la revendication 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément à ressort (20) est un ressort de pression d'inversion (20), qui s'appuie sur un support de ressort (19) en forme de U, qui par les branches de son U est fixé sur la face interne du boîtier (1, 2).
- Couteau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6 précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lors du déplacement du curseur (7) de la position de travail dans la position de changement de lame, le flanc de commande (6') interagit avec l'épaulement de commande (14) de la gorge à lame.
- Couteau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le flanc de commande (6') est constitué d'une lame à ressort de l'élément de couplage (4), qui est notamment recourbée vers l'arrière et qui touche l'épaulement de commande (14).
- Couteau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le curseur (7) est emboîté à la manière d'un cavalier sur un côté étroit du boîtier (1, 2) et comporte des branches qui s'étendent sur les deux côtés largeur, dans sa position de blocage, le segment de blocage (17) se situant dans la trajectoire de déplacement de l'une des branches (9, 9').
- Couteau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la saillie d'entraînement (5) et le flanc de commande (6') sont assemblés en une seule matière avec l'élément de couplage (4) conçu sous la forme d'un corps plat élastique, étant notamment prévu que le flanc de commande (6') soit un segment coudé du corps plat.
- Couteau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un porte-lame (10) assemblé avec un segment d'actionnement (9") du curseur (7) saillit à travers une fente du boîtier dans la gorge à lame (3) et constitue un flanc de contact (15), sur lequel peut s'appuyer un côté largeur de la lame (12).
- Couteau selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que sur le porte-lame (10) s'accroche une première extrémité d'un élément à ressort (18) dont la deuxième extrémité s'accroche sur le boîtier (1, 2), lequel élément à ressort (18) est notamment un ressort de traction ou un ressort de pression.
- Couteau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce qu'au porte-lame-(10) est associé dans l'espace un flanc de retenue (21) placé au vis-à-vis du flanc d'appui (15), sur lequel est fixé l'élément de couplage (4).
- Couteau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un segment d'entrave (24) de l'élément de couplage (4) éloigné de la saillie d'entraînement (5) est inséré dans un compartiment d'insertion (25) notamment d'un support (26) d'élément de couplage.
