Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Duschablage mit einer Profilschiene und einer Leuchtmitteleinheit, wobei die Profilschiene an der für den Wohnbereich geeigneten und zur Installation an zwei einen Winkel von zumindest 90° einschließenden Gebäudewänden dienenden Duschablage installiert ist, wobei die Duschablage zur Aufnahme von Gegenständen auf ihrer Grundfläche dient, wobei die Profilschiene einen oberen, senkrecht verlaufenden Fixierabschnitt zur Befestigung der Profilschiene auf der Duschablage und einen parallel zur und unterhalb der Grundfläche der Duschablage verlaufenden Auflagerabschnitt aufweist, wobei die Profilschiene in Verlängerung des oberen Fixierabschnittes einen unteren senkrechten Abschnitt umfasst, welcher unterhalb des Auflageabschnitts endet und wobei in einem verbleibenden Freiraum zwischen dem Auflagerabschnitt und der Grundfläche der Duschablage zur Aufnahme der Leuchtmitteleinheit ohne weitere Fixiermittel dient.
  • Derartige Ablagen eignen sich besonders gut zur dauerhaften Installation im Wohnbereich von Häusern und Wohnungen, dort besonders in Badezimmern, vor allem in Duschkabinen oder oberhalb von Badewannen in Reichweite des jeweiligen Nutzers. zum Beispiel aus der EP 2 979 597 oder der GB 2 300 351 A bekannten Duschablagen dienen zur Aufnahme von typischen Gegenständen und Mitteln, wie sie beim Duschen oder Baden benötigt werden, zum Beispiel Flaschen oder Tuben mit Duschgel oder Shampoo, Seifen, Rasierer, Bürsten, etc. Weil diese Duschablagen üblicherweise eine drei- oder viereckige Form aufweisen und sich damit speziell in Ecken zwischen Wänden gut installieren lassen, nehmen sie relativ wenig Platz in Anspruch und beeinträchtigen die Platzverhältnisse kaum. Nun liegt es in der Natur der Gegebenheiten gerade in einer Nasszelle, dass die Beleuchtung häufig vergleichsweise schwach ist, was unter anderem an grundsätzlichen Problemen in einem Badezimmer liegt, wo Strom und Wasser in Kombination eine erhebliche Gefahrenquelle bedeuten. Gleichzeitig ist eine gute Ausleuchtung der Duschkabinen im Rahmen der Körperpflege besonders wünschenswert. Aus der EP 2 754 775 ist ein solch beleuchtetes Profilsystem zur Verwendung bei Plattenverklebungen bekannt. Das Profilsystem umfasst ein längliches Profil und soll zumindest ein in dem Profil befestigtes, zunächst nicht näher festgelegtes Leuchtmittel und eine Streuscheibenabdeckung aufweisen, die innerhalb des Profils lösbar befestigt ist. Das Leuchtmittel wiederum soll über einen Klebestreifen an der Innenseite des Seitenschenkels des Profils aufgenommen werden. Dabei hat es sich herausgestellt, dass die Installation von Leuchtmitteln über Klebemittel zu einer nicht zufrieden stellenden, dauerhaften Lösung führt, weil die Leuchtmittel dort nicht ausreichend gesichert sind.
  • Damit stellt sich der vorliegenden Erfindung die Aufgabe, eine für den Wohnbereich geeignete Ablage zur Aufnahme von Gegenständen auf ihrer Grundfläche zu schaffen, welche insbesondere geeignet ist, eine Leuchtmitteleinheit aufzunehmen, die sich leicht, sicher und dauerhaft installieren und nachrüsten lässt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Profilschiene mit den technischen Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Ablage zur Aufnahme von üblicherweise in einem Badezimmer verwendeten Gegenständen wird mit mindestens zwei Ihrer Außenseiten befestigt, zum Beispiel in einer zwischen Wandfliesen verlaufenden Querfuge oder Nut. Die erfindungsgemäße universelle Profilschiene umfasst dabei mindestens zwei Abschnitte. Ein oberer Abschnitt dient zur Fixierung der Profilschiene auf der Ablage und zwar insbesondere auf der Hypotenuse einer dreieckförmigen Duschablage. Auch andere geometrische Formen sind denkbar, neben anderen Polygonen, auch halbrunde oder ellipsenartige Geometrien. Mit dem senkrechten Fixierabschnitt wird die Profilschiene auf die installierte Ablage gesetzt, geschoben etc. und nimmt dabei eine feste Position gegenüber der Ablage ein. Ferner verfügt die Profilschiene über einen parallel zur und unterhalb der Grundfläche der Ablage verlaufenden Auflagerabschnitt. Der Auflagerabschnitt verläuft parallel zur Grundfläche der Ablage, also waagerecht, und positioniert sich in einem Abstand zur Grundfläche, sodass ein nach innen in Richtung Dusche ausgerichteter Freiraum zwischen der Grundfläche und dem waagerechten Auflagerabschnitt verbleibt. In diesen verbleibenden Freiraum nun kann eine aus einem oder mehreren Leuchtmitteln bestehende Leuchtmitteleinheit eingesetzt werden, ohne dass es einer zusätzlichen Fixierung bedarf, sodass es zu einer optimalen, gleichzeitig angenehm indirekten Ausleuchtung der Duschkabine oder ähnlichen Einrichtung kommt.
  • Es wurde bereits angesprochen, dass der Fixierabschnitt und damit die Profilschiene auf die bereits installierte Ablage gesetzt wird, zweckmäßigerweise auf die Hypotenuse einer dreieckförmigen Ablage, wozu es sich empfiehlt, wenn der obere Fixierabschnitt im Wesentlichen senkrecht verläuft.
  • Dass der obere Fixierabschnitt zwei parallele, an ihrem oberen Ende miteinander verbundene Stege aufweist, führt dann zu einem optimalen Sitz der erfindungsgemäßen Profilschiene auf der Hypotenuse der Duschablage. Letztere ist dabei von den beiden Stegen des oberen, senkrechten Profilabschnitts eingefasst.
  • Die senkrechten, parallel zueinander verlaufenden und verbundenen Stege sind zur besseren Anpassung der Profilschiene auf die installierte Duschablage beabstandet zueinander positioniert, in dem der obere Fixierabschnitt zwischen den beiden senkrechten Stegen einen Quersteg aufweist.
  • Angesprochen wurde ja bereits, dass die erfindungsgemäße Profilschiene einen senkrechten Fixier- und einen waagerechten Auflagerabschnitt umfasst. In der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Profilschiene in Verlängerung des Fixierabschnittes einen unteren senkrechten Abschnitt aufweist, welcher unterhalb des Auflagerabschnitts endet und einerseits in den Fixier- und andererseits in den Auflagerabschnitt übergeht.
  • In diesem Sinne versteht sich auch der Vorschlag, wonach der untere senkrechte Abschnitt durch zwei parallel verlaufende Stege gebildet ist. Während der äußere Steg nach oben in den senkrechten Fixierabschnitt übergeht, geht der äußere Steg an seinem unteren Ende, wo ebenfalls ein Quersteg vorgesehen ist, in einen inneren Steg über. Ergänzend dazu ist vorgesehen, dass der innere Steg des unteren senkrechten Abschnitts in den Auflagerabschnitt übergeht.
  • Dem senkrechten Abschnitt mit dem parallel verlaufenden Steg kommt eine weitere Funktion zu, indem der untere senkrechte Abschnitt an seinem unteren Ende eine Tropfkante ausbildet.
  • Ein maßgeblicher Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Profilschiene liegt in der Anpassbarkeit auch bei der Nachrüstung an installierte Duschablagen. Gegebenenfalls mit leichten Anpassungen kann solch eine Profilschiene auf der Ablage, konkret auf der Hypotenuse einer dreieckförmigen Ablage installiert werden. Auch andere Geometrien sind ausführbar, etwa andere Polygone. Vor allem ist daran gedacht, dass die Profilschiene auf der Ablage durch Aufschieben, Aufsetzen, Verrasten, Aufklippen, Kleben etc. befestigt ist, was sich naturgemäß auch nach der Ausbildung der Hypotenuse einer bereits installierten Duschablage richtet.
  • Eine zweckmäßige Ausführungsform der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Profilschiene einteilig ausgebildet ist. Das Profil umfasst die beiden parallel verlaufenden Stege, die zusammen den oberen Fixierabschnitt ausmachen und deren äußerer Steg in den unteren senkrechten Abschnitt übergeht, welcher wiederum beidseitig eines Querstegs einen Innen- und einen Außensteg aufweist. Letzterer geht dann in den waagerecht verlaufenden Auflagerabschnitt über, auf dem dann die Leuchtmitteleinheit zu positionieren ist.
  • Weiterhin ist vorgesehen, dass die Profilschiene eine Profilstärke von etwa 1 mm umfasst.
  • Als vorteilhaft erweist es sich auch, wenn das Kabel zur Stromversorgung der Leuchtmitteleinheit zumindest abschnittsweise auf der Oberseite der Ablage geführt ist. Konkret wird das Kabel beim Einsetzen der Duschablage in die vertikal verlaufende, noch offene Eckfuge der Wand verlegt und dann von einer Elektro-Fachkraft an den erforderlichen Treiber angeschlossen. Die Verlegung des Kabels auf der Oberseite der Ablage hat den Vorteil, dass das Kabel im späteren Verlauf durch die Verklebung der Fliese geschützt wird und außerhalb des möglichen Sichtbereichs des Kunden fällt. Dank der Verlegung auf der Oberseite kann das Kabel im Eckbereich vertikal nach oben oder unten verlegt werden durch die Eckfuge, welche ausreichend groß und noch offen ist. Durch die Verlegung auf der Oberseite kann das Kabel auch durch die horizontale Fuge verlegt werden und eine Verlegung unterhalb des Wandbelags im frischen Fliesenkleberbett ist ebenfalls denkbar.
  • Die Erfindung zeichnet sich insbesondere dadurch aus, dass eine Profilschiene zur Installation vorzugsweise in einem Nassraum geschaffen ist, welche auf einer bestehenden Ablage zur Aufnahme von Gegenständen auf ihrer Grundfläche (Duschablage) nachgerüstet werden kann. Dazu verfügt die Profilschiene über einen oberen Fixierabschnitt, welche auf die Hypotenuse einer dreieckförmigen Ablage aufgesetzt werden kann. Realistisch sind auch andere geometrische Formen, neben anderen Polygonen auch halbrunde oder ellipsenartige Geometrien Eine Anpassung der Profile an bestehende Ablagen, insbesondere deren Hypotenusen, ist mit geringem Aufwand möglich. Die Profilschiene verfügt über einen waagerecht, das heißt parallel zu und unterhalb der Grundfläche der Ablage verlaufenden Auflageabschnitt, in den das Profil so übergeht, dass sich ein Freiraum zwischen dem Auflagerabschnitt und der Grundfläche der Ablage ausbildet. Hier wird eine aus einem oder mehreren Leuchtmitteln bestehende Leuchtmitteleinheit, vorzugsweise mit LED, eingesetzt, ohne dass es dazu zusätzlicher Befestigungsmittel bedarf. Das vorzugsweise einteilige, etwa 1 mm dicke Profil besteht aus den durch zwei parallel verlaufende und über einen Quersteg verbundenen Stegen , die den oberen, senkrechten Profilabschnitt bilden, der vorzugsweise auf die Hypotenuse einer dreieckförmigen Ablage aufgesetzt wird und damit optimal fixiert ist. Während der innere Steg in etwa auf Hälfte des Profils endet, geht der äußere Steg des oberen, senkrechten Abschnitts in einen unteren senkrechten Abschnitt über, der ebenfalls aus zwei über einen Quersteg verbundenen Stegen besteht, die parallel verlaufen und von denen der innere Steg wiederum auf Höhe der Hälfte des Profils in einen waagerechten Steg übergeht, der den Auflagerabschnitt bildet. In den Freiraum zwischen dem waagerechten Abschnitt und der Ablage kann nun die Leuchtmitteleinheit eingesetzt werden.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile des Erfindungsgegenstandes ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung der zugehörigen Zeichnung, in der ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel mit den dazu notwendigen Einzelheiten und Einzelteilen dargestellt ist. Es zeigen:

  • Figur 1 zeigt eine Profilschiene 1 mit dem oberen senkrechten Fixierabschnitt 2, welcher durch die parallelen Stege 9,10 gebildet ist, die wiederum am oberen Ende 11 des Fixierabschnitts 2 über einen Quersteg 13 miteinander verbunden sind. An den Fixierabschnitt 2 schließt sich ein unterer senkrechter Abschnitt 4 an, der seinerseits aus den beiden Stegen 14 und 15 besteht und der an seinem unteren Ende 16 eine Tropfkante 17 ausbildet. Der innere Steg 14 des unteren senkrechten Abschnitts 4 geht etwa in Höhe der Hälfte der Profilschiene 1 in einen Auflagerabschnitt 3 über, der dann mit der Ablage 5 zur Aufnahme des oder der Leuchtmittel dient.
  • Dies ist dann veranschaulicht in Figur 2, der waagerechte Auflagerabschnitt 3 und die Ablage 5 dienen als Auflager/Gehäuse für das Leuchtmittel 8.
  • Im Einbauzustand stellt Figur 3 das erfindungsgemäße Profil 1 dar. Nach vorheriger Installation einer Ablage 5 mit einer Grundfläche 6 zur Aufnahme von hier nicht dargestellten Flaschen für Duschgel, Shampoo, etc. wird die Profilschiene 1 auf der Ablage 5 positioniert, sodass die Hypotenuse 22 der dreieckförmigen Ablage 5 von den beiden Stegen 9, 10 umfasst ist. An die Hypotenuse 22 schließt sich die eigentliche Ablage 5 an. Dabei positioniert sich die Profilschiene 1 komplett gegenüber der Ablage 5 und zwar so, dass unterhalb der Ablage 5 und oberhalb des waagerechten Profilabschnitts 2 der mit 7 bezeichnete Freiraum verbleibt, der seinen unteren Abschluss wiederum in dem Auflagerabschnitt 3 findet. Dieser Freiraum 7 dient zur Aufnahme des oder der Leuchtmittel, vorzugsweise von LED, ohne dass es weiterer Fixiermittel bedürfte. Gut erkennbar ist in Figur 3, dass die Profilschiene 1 eine große Fläche ausbildet, welche sich vom oberen Ende 11 bis zum unteren Ende 16 erstreckt und die beispielsweise durch Werbeaufdrucke oder anderweitig ausgenutzt werden kann.
  • Figur 4 veranschaulicht eine Alternative zu Figur 3 mit einer wesentlich kompakter ausgebildeten Hypotenuse 22, dem sich das Profil 1 in seiner Geometrie anpasst mit einem entsprechend breiterem Fixierabschnitt 2 in Form der Stege 9, 10, welche über den hier wesentlich längeren Quersteg 13 miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Eine weitere Variante zu einer verzierten Hypotenuse 22 zeigt Figur 5 mit einem Fixierabschnitt 2 und dem an ein C erinnernden Steg 9, der sich der entsprechend verzierten Hypotenuse 22 anpasst.
  • Figur 6 zeigt eine Duschablage 5 in Dreieckform mit der Grundfläche 6 zur Aufnahme von Dusch- und Badeartikeln an der Oberseite 19 der Ablage 5. Letztere umfasst neben der Hypotenuse 22 die beiden kurzen Dreiecksseiten 26, 27. Mit 21 ist das Kabel bezeichnet, das im späteren Verlauf durch die Verklebung der Fliese geschützt wird und außerhalb des möglichen Sichtbereichs fällt.
  • Schließlich zeigt Figur 7 den Blick auf eine dreieckförmige Ablage 5 mit der großen Grundfläche 6, begrenzt an den Dreiecksseiten 26, 27 durch die Auflagerflansche 24, 25, wobei sich eine Art Aussparung 23 ausbildet, um das Kabel von der Unter- zu hier gezeigten Oberseite 19 zu führen.

Claims (11)

  1. Duschablage (5) mit einer Profilschiene (1) und einer Leuchtmitteleinheit (8), wobei die Profilschiene (1) an der für den Wohnbereich geeigneten und zur Installation an zwei einen Winkel von zumindest 90° einschließenden Gebäudewänden dienenden Duschablage (5) installiert ist, wobei die Duschablage (5) zur Aufnahme von Gegenständen auf ihrer Grundfläche (6) dient, wobei die Profilschiene (1) einen oberen, senkrecht verlaufenden Fixierabschnitt (2) zur Befestigung der Profilschiene (1) auf der Duschablage (5) und einen parallel zur und unterhalb der Grundfläche (6) der Duschablage (5) verlaufenden Auflagerabschnitt (3) aufweist, wobei die Profilschiene (1) in Verlängerung des oberen Fixierabschnittes (2) einen unteren senkrechten Abschnitt (4) umfasst, welcher unterhalb des Auflageabschnitts (3) endet und wobei in einem verbleibenden Freiraum (7) zwischen dem Auflagerabschnitt (3) und der Grundfläche (6) der Duschablage (5) zur Aufnahme der Leuchtmitteleinheit (8) ohne weitere Fixiermittel dient.
  2. Profilschiene nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der obere Fixierabschnitt (2) im Wesentlichen senkrecht verläuft.
  3. Profilschiene nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der obere Fixierabschnitt (2) zwei parallele, an ihrem oberen Ende (11) miteinander verbundene Stege (9, 10) aufweist.
  4. Profilschiene nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der obere Fixierabschnitt (2) zwischen den beiden senkrechten Stegen (9, 10) einen Quersteg (13) aufweist.
  5. Profilschiene nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der untere senkrechte Abschnitt (4) durch zwei parallel verlaufende Stege (14, 15) gebildet ist.
  6. Profilschiene nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der innere Steg (14) des unteren senkrechten Abschnitts (4) in den Auflagerabschnitt (3) übergeht.
  7. Profilschiene nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der untere senkrechte Abschnitt (4) an seinem unteren Ende (16) eine Tropfkante (17) ausbildet.
  8. Profilschiene nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Profilschiene (1) auf der Duschablage (5) durch Aufschieben, Aufsetzen, Verrasten, Aufklippen, Kleben etc. befestigt ist.
  9. Profilschiene nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Profilschiene (1) einteilig ausgebildet ist.
  10. Profilschiene nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Profilschiene (1) eine Profilstärke von etwa 1 mm umfasst.
  11. Profilschiene nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Kabel (21) zur Stromversorgung der Leuchtmitteleinheit (8) auf der Oberseite (19) der Duschablage (5) geführt ist.
