Definitions

  • the invention relates to a swing gate which comprises a frame and a leaf which are connected to one another by at least one hinge so as to be pivotable about a hinge axis and which offers protection against pinching.
  • Enclosure and/or building closures such as gates, doors and windows, often include one or more leaves pivotally attached to a frame by one or more hinges. Wings and frames form enclosure and/or building closure elements.
  • Such fences and/or building closures are, in particular, also swing gates, which are used, for example, as garage doors, hall doors or other building gates, or also as gates to properties and other fences. They must open and close safely and reliably, provide security against unauthorized access or theft, and in many cases are actuated by a drive.
  • the pamphlet DE 10 2013 113 670 A1 describes a door with finger protection, which is arranged in the area of the hinge-side edge of the door leaf and extends essentially over the entire height of the door leaf.
