Definitions

  • the invention relates to a guide rail device for laterally guiding a roller shutter or roller grille armor of a roller shutter or roller grille.
  • Roller doors have a roller door curtain or roller door curtain as the door leaf, which is connected from several slats connected to one another in an articulated manner, which can be wound onto a winding shaft to open the roller door and unwound from the winding shaft to close the roller door.
  • Such roller doors open vertically and require little space. Due to their design principles, they offer maximum space in and in front of the building that can be closed with the roller door.
  • Areas of application, structure and installation information regarding roller shutters and rolling grilles and their designs can be found in the company brochure, for example: “Rolling shutters and rolling grilles"; Version 10.2018 / Print 10.2018 / HF 84555 DE /PDF from Hörmann KGmaschinesgesellschaft.
  • German utility model DE 296 08 639 U1 a guide rail device according to the preamble of claim 1 is known.
  • the object of the invention is to reduce the noise generated when opening or closing roller shutters and roller grilles and the wear and tear on components of roller shutters and roller grilles, and to extend their service life.
  • the invention provides a
  • Guide rail device for laterally guiding a roller shutter or roller grille armor of a roller shutter or roller grille according to claim 1.
  • the invention provides a guide rail device for laterally guiding a roller shutter or rolling grille armor of a roller shutter or roller grille with a guide rail for vertically guiding the roller shutter or rolling grille armor and an inlet funnel for guiding the roller shutter or rolling grille armor into an entry area of the guide rail, the inlet funnel is movable relative to the guide rail and is provided with a damping body connected to the inlet hopper, which dampens vibrations and shocks of the inlet hopper.
  • roller door has a roller door curtain with slats connected to one another in an articulated manner.
  • the guide rail device is also suitable for guiding a rolling grille with lattice slats of a rolling grille armor connected to one another in an articulated manner.
  • roller shutter or roller grille armor On both sides of the roller shutter or roller grille armor, in particular vertically running guide rails are attached to the sides of the building opening to be closed with the roller shutter/roller grille for lateral guidance of the slats.
  • the slats of the roller shutter or roller grille armor are wound up or down by a winding shaft located in the upper area of the building opening.
  • the diameter of the barrel of the rolling shutter or rolling grille curtain rolled up on the winding shaft changes.
  • an inlet funnel attached to the guide rail is provided, which directs the roller shutter or roller grille curtain into the vertically running guide rail.
  • One idea of the invention is to decouple the inlet funnel from the guide rail so that the inlet funnel can be moved relative to the guide rail.
  • a damping body is provided on the inlet hopper, which dampens vibrations and shocks of the inlet hopper.
  • the retraction angle of the roller shutter or roller grille curtain relative to the guide rail can vary when the roller shutter or roller grille curtain is rolled up or down from the winding shaft, since the diameter of the barrel of the roller shutter or roller grille curtain can change on the winding shaft.
  • the mobility of the inlet funnel enables the inlet funnel to be adapted to the angle of entry of the roller shutter or roller grille armor relative to the guide rail.
  • a damping body is advantageously provided on the inlet hopper, which dampens vibrations and shocks of the inlet hopper.
  • the guide rail and the inlet funnel are connected to one another via a joint.
  • the hinge allows the hopper to be movable relative to the guide rail.
  • the damping body is an elastic connecting element that connects the guide rail and the inlet funnel to one another is formed and the guide rail and the inlet funnel are brought into engagement with one another via the connecting element.
  • One embodiment of the invention consists in the fact that the damping body is arranged between the guide rail and the inlet funnel and connects the guide rail and the inlet funnel to one another.
  • This connecting element can be elastic, so that both a movement of the inlet funnel relative to the guide rail and a damping of the vibrations and shocks of the inlet funnel are achieved by the elasticity of the connecting element.
  • connecting element is attached to the guide rail and/or the inlet funnel via screw connections.
  • the connecting element can be plugged into or onto the guide rail and/or the inlet funnel.
  • the damping body is made of an elastomer.
  • the guide rail is in the form of an elongated U with two opposite rail legs connected by a web and that a rail leg slide profile is provided on the inside of each rail leg for low-friction sliding along the roller shutter or roller grille armor.
  • the roller shutter or roller grille curtain is guided between the opposing rail legs of the guide rail.
  • rail-leg slide profiles for example made of plastic, are provided on the insides of the rail legs facing toward the roller shutter or roller grille.
  • the inlet funnel has two opposing funnel elements which are inclined and/or curved in the direction of the outside of the rail legs of the guide rail.
  • the inlet funnel preferably has two opposing funnel elements.
  • the funnel elements are preferably inclined and/or curved towards the outside of the rail legs of the guide rail.
  • the funnel elements thus form an entry area of the inlet funnel that is open at an angle. This enables the roller shutter or roller grille curtain, which can be rolled up or down from the winding shaft, to enter the inlet funnel at different angles.
  • the funnel elements can be made of metal, plastic or an elastomer or combinations thereof.
  • the funnel elements can be made of flexible rubber. This allows the funnel elements to be movable relative to the guide rail and the movement of the funnel elements is dampened.
  • the funnel shape of these funnel elements is used to guide the roller shutter or roller grille curtain.
  • the dynamic adjustment of the movably mounted and/or flexibly designed inlet funnel improves this effect considerably by better distributing the forces that occur and thus making the roller shutter or roller grille run smoother and reducing the roller shutter or roller grille load.
  • the funnel elements each have a funnel element sliding profile for low-friction sliding along the roller shutter or rolling grille armor and/or that the funnel elements are connected to one another via a profile in the shape of an elongated U.
  • the inlet funnel has a cross-sectional profile like the guide rail in the form of an elongated U on.
  • the funnel elements can be attached to the profile of the inlet funnel.
  • funnel element slide profiles can be fastened to the insides of the two opposite funnel elements.
  • the connecting element is in the form of an elongated U with a web, two opposing legs and an opening for the passage of the roller shutter or roller grille armor.
  • the guide rail, the connecting element and the inlet funnel can preferably be designed with profiles in the shape of an elongated U.
  • the roller shutter or roller grille curtain can then be guided through the opening and laterally on the legs of the profile.
  • the rail leg sliding profiles and/or the funnel element sliding profiles protrude beyond the guide rail or the inlet funnel and the protruding area of the rail leg sliding profiles or the funnel element sliding profiles is arranged on the inside of the legs of the connecting element, so that the roller shutter or rolling grille curtain passes through the opening of the connecting element can slide along the rail leg slide profiles and/or the funnel element slide profiles.
  • a low-friction passage of the roller shutter or roller grille curtain through the connecting element is also made possible by lengthened funnel element sliding profiles and/or rail leg sliding profiles.
  • the invention provides a roller shutter or rolling grille with a first guide rail device and a second guide rail device, the guide rail of the first The guide rail device is fixed laterally to the building opening to be closed off with the rolling shutter or rolling grille and the guide rail of the second guide rail device is fixed laterally on the opposite side of the building opening to be closed with the rolling shutter/rolling grille.
  • the invention creates a roller shutter/roller grille with flexible funnels.
  • a further idea of the invention is to mechanically and acoustically decouple the inlet funnel of a guide rail device for roller shutters/rolling grilles.
  • One aim of the invention is to separate the guide rail and the inlet funnel in terms of their mobility and their sound transmission in order to reduce operational noise or noise emissions, to reduce wear and thus to extend the service life of a roller shutter or roller grille.
  • the invention includes both articulated mounting and decoupling, for example via individual joints, and rubber mounts.
  • the functional principle of the flexible funnel is based on the fact that the flexible infeed funnel converts part of the energy released by the forces into movement and thus reduces noise and wear on the gate or grid curtain and on the funnel or on the slide profiles of the infeed funnel.
  • FIG. 1 shows an illustration of a guide rail device 10 for a roller door 11 according to an embodiment of the invention.
  • the guide rail device 10 has a guide rail 12 in the lower area of the illustration.
  • the guide rail 12 has a U-shaped profile 14 in cross section, which is elongated.
  • the profile 14 of the guide rail 12 has a web 16 and two opposite rail legs 18, 20.
  • the inlet funnel 22 has two opposite funnel elements 24, 26. How out 1 As can be seen, the inner surfaces 28, 30 of the funnel elements 24, 26 are each curved in the direction of the outside of the rail legs 18, 20 like runners.
  • the inlet funnel 22 also has a profile 32 that is also U-shaped in cross section.
  • the U-shaped profile 32 is in particular rigid, i.e. non-elastic.
  • the funnel elements 24, 26 are fastened to the profile 32 of the inlet funnel 22 with screws.
  • the funnel elements 24, 26 can also be attached to the profile 32 of the inlet funnel 22 in some other way, for example plugged on.
  • the funnel elements 24, 26 can be made of metal or plastic, for example.
  • the inlet funnel 22 is connected to a damping body 34 .
  • the inlet funnel 22 is fastened to the damping body 34 with screws 36 , 38 .
  • the damping body 34 can also have a profile 40 with a U-shaped cross section, although other configurations of the damping body 34 are also conceivable.
  • the damping body 34 is preferably made of an elastomer.
  • the damping body 34 is also connected to the guide rail 12 via screw connections 42, 44.
  • the inlet funnel 22 can thus be connected to the guide rail by means of a joint 45 .
  • the joint 45 can be designed as a rotary joint, for example, with the inlet funnel 22 being rotatable about an axis of rotation.
  • the damping body 34 connects the guide rail 12 and the inlet funnel 22 to one another.
  • the damping body 34 therefore represents a connecting element 46.
  • the connecting element 46 has a web 48, two opposite legs 50, 52 and an opening 54.
  • the damping body 34 can also be attached to masonry or the like in such a way that there is no connection between the guide rail 12 and the inlet funnel 22 .
  • a liner tube 56 may also be attached to one side of the guide rail 12 .
  • FIG 2 12 shows an exploded view of the guide rail device 10 of FIG 1 .
  • the U-shaped profile 40 of the damping body 34 or of the connecting element 46 is pushed over the U-shaped profile 14 of the guide rail 12 and over the U-shaped profile 32 of the inlet funnel 22 .
  • the screws 36, 38 and screw connections 42, 44 ensure that the inlet funnel 22 or the guide rail 12 is fastened to the connecting element 46.
  • funnel element sliding profiles 64, 66 are arranged on the inner surfaces 28, 30 of the funnel elements 24, 26.
  • the slide profiles 50 are preferably made of plastic.
  • the rail leg sliding profiles 60, 62 protrude from the guide rail 12 in the upper region thereof or are lengthened. This causes how 1 shown, in the assembled state of the guide rail 12 with the connecting element 46, the rail leg sliding profiles 60, 62 also cover the area of the legs 50, 52 of the connecting element 46.
  • the funnel element sliding profiles 64, 66 can protrude or the connecting element 46 has separate sliding profiles 50.
  • roller door 11 shows the roller door 11 with a guide rail device 10 from the side, with a roller door curtain 68 on an in 3 is wound up by the roller shutter curtain 68 concealed winding shaft 70 and the roller shutter 11 is in an open state.
  • the winding shaft 70 is usually located in the interior of a building opening to be closed with the roller door 11, which is in the 3 corresponds to the left side of the illustration. Accordingly, the right side represents the exterior of the roller door 11.
  • a barrel 72 of the rolled-up roller shutter curtain 68 has a large diameter.
  • One end of the rolled-up roller door curtain 68 leads down into the inlet funnel 22 of the guide rail device 10.
  • the roller shutter curtain 68 has a slightly negative retraction angle relative to the guide rail 12 of the guide rail device 10 .
  • roller shutter curtain 68 therefore does not hang down exactly vertically, since the guide rail 12 of the guide rail device 10 is not aligned tangentially to the barrel 72 .
  • the connecting element 46 Since the connecting element 46 is elastic, the connecting element 46 is elastically bent by the negative retraction angle of the roller door curtain 68 .
  • the inlet funnel 22 therefore adapts to the negative angle and inclines towards the right-hand side 3 and 4 ie, for example in the direction of the exterior of a building opening to be closed.
  • FIG 5 shows by analogy with 3 a side view of the roller door 11, the roller shutter curtain 68 now being unrolled from the winding shaft 70.
  • the winding shaft 70 is now also visible.
  • Guide rail device 10 is not positioned exactly tangentially below the winding shaft 70.
  • the connecting element 46 is elastically bent by the positive retraction angle of the roller door curtain 68, here to the left in figure 5 .
  • FIG. 6 finally shows an enlarged representation of the guide rail device 10 of FIG figure 5 .
  • the drawn lines indicate the alignment of the roller door curtain 68 relative to the vertical guide rail 12 .
  • the inlet funnel 22 now adapts to the positive angle and also inclines towards the left side Figures 5 and 6 .
  • the inlet funnel 22 is movable.
  • the slide profiles 58 i.e. the rail leg slide profiles 60, 62 and the funnel element slide profiles 64, 66 enable the roller door curtain 68 to slide along with little friction in the guide rail device 10.
  • roller shutter curtain 68 passes the connecting element 46 through the opening 54 and slides there on the extended rail leg slide profiles 60, 62.
  • the inlet funnel 22 When the roller door curtain 68 is moved, the inlet funnel 22 always adapts to the current retraction angle of the roller door curtain 68 relative to the guide rail 12 of the guide rail device 10 .
  • the flexible inlet funnel 22 thus also adapts to the acting forces and absorbs part of the lateral forces acting on the roller shutter curtain 68.
  • the guide rail device 10 also has a damping body 34 in order to dampen vibrations and shocks of the movable inlet funnel 22 .
  • a further advantage of the invention is therefore that vibrations and shocks of the inlet funnel 22 are dampened by the damping body 34 connected to the inlet funnel 22 with every deflection of the roller door curtain 68 .
  • roller shutter curtain 68 is prevented from rocking when the roller shutter curtain 68 is moved in the area between the winding shaft 70 and the guide rail 10 attached to the building opening to be closed, where the roller shutter curtain 68 can move laterally due to the varying diameter of the barrel 72 and the movable inlet funnel 22 .
  • the invention is suitable for industrial doors.
