Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device for the pivotable attachment of a door leaf to a door frame according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Door hinges are known from the prior art, which fasten the door leaf pivotably to the door frame. They can also be referred to as hinges. There are known door hinges with multiple hinge rolls. One of the rolls of tape is attached to the door leaf and another roll of tape to the door frame. The belt rolls are connected to each other via bolts and are rotatably mounted relative to one another. In this way, the pivoting of the door is achieved.
  • From the DE 10 2013 113 670 A1 discloses a door with a finger trap guard arranged in the area of the hinge-side edge of the door leaf and extending over the entire height of the door leaf.
  • the edge of the door leaf is fastened to at least two round profile sections aligned with one another, between which an annular disk engages, on which the opposite ends of the round profile sections are supported and which is stationarily fastened to the door frame via a door fastening element.
  • the invention is based on the object of creating a device for an electronic function.
  • a system with such a device and a door frame should be created.
  • the device includes the door leaf and a door hinge with several hinge rollers.
  • a roll of tape is understood to mean, in particular, an elongate tubular element.
  • the rolls of tape may have a length more than twice their diameter. Two of the tape rolls are connected to each other.
  • the tape rollers can be rotatably connected to one another.
  • the first roll of tape may be connected to the second roll of tape and the second roll of tape may be connected to the third roll of tape.
  • the door leaf has a height.
  • the door hinge extends over the entire height of the door leaf. This achieves a reliable finger protection function, since the door hinge covers the gap between the door frame and the door leaf. In particular, it is possible that this gap is covered by the belt rollers.
  • the total length of the three rolls of tape corresponds to the height of the door.
  • the hinge rolls can extend over the entire height of the door hinge.
  • the device comprises a connecting means and an intermediate element.
  • the connecting means and the intermediate element can be two different components.
  • the door leaf can be fastened to the hinge rollers via the connecting means.
  • the connecting means can be fastened to the door leaf via the intermediate element. In other words, the door leaf can be fastened to the door leaf via the intermediate element and the connecting means.
  • the intermediate element can be advantageous, for example, in order to attach the device to an existing door leaf that is not specially designed for attachment to the device.
  • the intermediate element can be adapted to the connecting element, for example, so that it is not necessary to adapt the door leaf.
  • the intermediate element can be designed for a positive and/or non-positive connection with the connecting means.
  • the intermediate element can, for example, be screwed, glued or bonded to the door leaf.
  • the connecting means has at least one cavity in which an electronic functional means is arranged.
  • the functional means is designed for an electronic function of the device.
  • the functional means can be designed as a door drive, door closer, door check, damper, opening limiter and/or camera. Due to the arrangement in the cavity of the first sealing means, these functions can be integrated into the device in a particularly space-saving manner.
  • rotational energy that is present in the door hinge when the door leaf is opened and closed could be converted and stored in an energy store, for example an accumulator. This energy can then be used to operate the electronic functional means.
  • the cavity can in particular have an opening that can be used for ventilation.
  • This opening can be closable from the outside so that a user can choose whether or not to use the ventilation.
  • the ventilation can be advantageous, for example, in order to be able to dissipate heat generated by an electrical device in the cavity.
  • the intermediate element is used to use the device in a standard door leaf.
  • Standard door leaves have different widths.
  • the width is understood to mean in particular the dimension between the main closing edge and the secondary closing edge of the door leaf.
  • Standard doors differ in width by 125mm.
  • the width of the intermediate element can be selected so that a standard door leaf that is actually 125mm too small for the door opening is used. Because of the intermediate element, the device can then be used with this standard door leaf.
  • the connecting means can have two bendable connecting legs which enclose the door leaf.
  • the connecting legs can be elastically deformable, for example.
  • the door leaf can be arranged between the connecting legs in the elastically deformed state, so that the elastic restoring force presses the connecting legs against the door leaf and thus ensures a reliable seal and reliable finger protection.
  • the term "enclose” is understood in particular to mean that the connecting legs encompass two outwardly directed sides of the door leaf, which lie opposite one another.
  • the connecting means can be in one piece or composed of several profiles. Reliable finger protection is achieved by the connecting means, which preferably extends over the entire height of the door leaf.
  • the connecting means can be designed to be pressed against a seal arranged on the door frame during a closing movement of the door leaf.
  • the connecting means can also move into the seal arranged on the door frame or lie against the seal arranged on the door frame. In this way, a particularly good seal of the secondary closing edge is achieved. Reliable finger protection is also achieved.
  • the closing movement is understood in particular to mean that the door is moved from a position in which it does not close an opening surrounded by the door frame into a position in which it closes this opening.
  • the transfer from one position to the other position preferably takes place via a pivoting movement.
  • the intermediate element can be arranged on a secondary closing edge of the door leaf between the door leaf and the connecting means in order to fasten the connecting means to the door leaf via the intermediate element.
  • the intermediate element can have a width of more than 50 mm, preferably more than 70 mm.
  • a width of more than 100 mm is particularly preferred.
  • the width is understood in particular to mean the dimension between the connecting means and the door leaf.
  • One such intermediate is particularly advantageous in order to be able to use the device with standard door leaves. A standard door leaf can be used, which would be 125mm too narrow for the door opening without using the device. Because of the intermediate element, this can then be combined with the device.
  • the connecting means prefferably be free from rubbing contact with other elements of the device when the door leaf pivots relative to the door frame. This is particularly advantageous since the mechanical wear and tear on the connecting means and other elements is kept to a minimum.
  • a sliding contact is understood to mean that two components or elements are in contact with one another during a relative movement.
  • the device may comprise a corner sealing element.
  • the corner sealing element can be arranged above the rolls of tape. A portion of the corner sealing element can be pressed against a sealing profile of the door frame when the door leaf closes a door opening defined by the door frame. In this way, the area above the rolls of tape is sealed.
  • the corner sealing element improves sealing, soundproofing and hygiene, since fewer foreign bodies can get into the area of the first sealant from above.
  • the corner sealing element covers an upper end of the first sealing means.
  • the device can comprise an adjustment means.
  • the adjustment means can between the intermediate element and the connecting means in a first Position and can be arranged in a second position.
  • the adjustment means can be shifted from the first to the second position and vice versa.
  • the adaptation means and the connecting means are designed to completely cover a contact surface of the intermediate element with a first thickness.
  • the adjustment means and the connecting means can be designed to completely cover a contact surface of the intermediate element with a second thickness.
  • the first thickness may be greater than the second thickness.
  • the adjustment means can first be displaced and then fixed. After the fixation, it can only be moved again when the fixation has been released.
  • the thickness is understood in particular to mean the dimension that extends in a horizontal direction and runs perpendicularly to the width of the door leaf and the intermediate element.
  • the contact surface can be, for example, the surface of the intermediate element which points in the direction of the belt rolls.
  • complete coverage of the contact surface means that the complete contact surface is not visible. It is possible that part of the contact surface is not directly covered and this gap is not visible from the outside of the connecting means and the intermediate element.
  • the displaceable adjustment means is advantageous in order to be able to use the device with door leaves of different thicknesses.
  • the adjustment means can be used in the first position with a relatively thick door leaf and in the second position with a relatively thin door leaf.
  • the adjustment means can be displaceable from the first position to the second position and vice versa in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the connection direction between the connection means and the intermediate element.
  • the device can comprise a first sealing means which has at least one contact area for contact with the rolls of tape.
  • the contact area can be designed as a circular segment.
  • the circle section can have a radius that corresponds to the radius of the tape rollers.
  • the first sealing means can have two contact areas which are designed as described above. One of the contact areas can be arranged between the door leaf and the tape rollers. The other contact area can be arranged between the tape rolls and the door frame.
  • One or more contact areas simplify the installation of the door leaf on the door frame. In addition, the tightness of the device is further increased.
  • the device comprises a second sealing means.
  • the first and second sealing means can each be made of an elastically deformable plastic, for example.
  • the second sealing means can be attachable to the door frame.
  • the first and the second sealing means can be designed to seal a gap between the door leaf and the door frame when they are fastened to the door frame. This further improves the finger protection. In addition, the tightness of the door is improved.
  • first sealing means can be fastened to the door leaf with a fastening means such as a screw.
  • the second fastening means can also be provided with a fastening means be attachable to the door frame.
  • first sealing means can also be clamped between the door hinge and the door leaf and the second sealing means can be clamped between the door frame and the door hinge.
  • first sealing means is fastened to the door leaf in a form-fitting manner and the second sealing means can be fastened to the door leaf in a form-fitting manner.
  • the first sealing means can have a projection which is inserted into a groove of the door leaf.
  • the second sealing means can have a further projection which can be inserted into a groove in the door frame.
  • first and the second sealing means comprise several sealing elements.
  • a first of the sealing elements can be compressed by a second of the sealing elements when the door leaf is attached to the door frame when the door leaf closes a door opening defined by the door frame. If the door leaf completely opens the door opening, the first sealing element can rest against the door hinge in the stretched state.
  • the stretched state is understood to mean in particular that the first sealing element is not compressed by the second sealing element.
  • the two sealing elements ensure a reliable seal both in the closed state (door opening is closed by the door leaf) and in the open state (door opening is released).
  • first and the second sealing means comprise several sealing elements.
  • a third of the sealing elements can be inserted into recesses in the first and/or the second sealing element. These additional sealing elements further increase the tightness of the device. It is also possible that a fourth of the sealing elements is inserted into a recess of the second sealing element.
  • first and the second sealing means can be designed for a positive connection with one another when the door leaf closes a door opening defined by the door frame.
