【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、回動式の移動体、例えば、ドア等の支持部材として用いるヒンジ構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
回動式ドアの支持部材として用いられているヒンジ部材は、ドアを閉じた状態でドア開口とヒンジ部材との間には間隙ができない構成となっているため、ドアの開閉時、ドア開口とヒンジ部材との間に指を挟んでしまう不都合があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、本発明は、固定部材であるドア開口と、移動体であるドアとの間に緩衝部分を設け、危険防止機構を有するヒンジ部材を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の固定部材に対して移動部材を回動自在に取り付けるヒンジ部材は、固定部材への取付手段を備える支持板と、移動部材への取付手段を有するヒンジフランジを備え、支持板とヒンジフランジはヒンジピンを軸として回動自在に連接される。

そして、ヒンジフランジはヒンジピンに連絡する第１のヒンジフランジと、移動部材への取付手段を配設する第２のヒンジフランジを有し、第１のヒンジフランジに対し第２のヒンジフランジは直角に配設する構成を具備する。そして、第１のヒンジフランジの長さ寸法は固定部材と移動部材の間隙寸法とするとともに、第２のヒンジフランジは前記固定部材と移動部材の間隙をシールするシール部材を取り付ける構成を具備する。
また、第２のヒンジフランジは移動部材への取付手段と可撓性材よりなるシール部材の取り付け部材を兼ねている。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図面により説明する。この実施の形態として固定部材はトイレットユニット、電話ボックスなどの建造物を示し、移動体としては、建造物への出入り口に配設するドアを示している。
図１は本発明に係るヒンジ部材を用いた部分、図３線Ａ―Ａ断面図、図２はドアを開放した状態での説明断面図、図３は本発明のヒンジ部材を用いたユニットの斜視図である。
図３は本発明のヒンジ部材５０を用いて、ドアをドア開口部分１１に取り付けたユニット１を示している。

ユニット１の壁部材１３にはドア開口部１１が開けられている。開口部１１にはドア１０が回動自在に取り付けられる。ドア１０は側壁パネル１５の端縁に配設するコーナーパネル１７にヒンジ部材５０を介して取り付けられる。
ヒンジ部材５０は、側壁パネル１５のコーナーパネル１７に取り付ける支持板５１とドア１０側に連結するヒンジフランジ５３と、支持板５１とヒンジフランジ５３を回動自在に連結するピン５５を備えている。

支持板５１は一端にピン５５を挿入する挿入ホールを形成した板体であって、コーナーパネル１７の端縁を被覆するコーナーチャンネル１９に固着される。コーナーチャンネル１９は金属製の板体よりなる。

ヒンジフランジ５３は、長手方向の長さ寸法を寸法Ｌとする第１のヒンジフランジ５３Ａと、第１のヒンジフランジ５３Ａに連設する第２のヒンジフランジ５３Ｂを有する。
そして、第１のヒンジフランジ５３Ａは一端にピン５５を挿入する挿入ホール５３１を形成している。
第２のヒンジフランジ５３Ｂは、ドア１０への取付部を形成している。ドア１０への取付部は、ドア１０の端面に配設される支持部１１３に止め具６０で固着されている。

ドア１０端面に形成される支持部１１３は、ドア１０の端面の肉厚内に凹溝を形成し、この凹溝内に嵌合させた閉断面部材である。そして、第２のヒンジフランジ５３Ｂの取付部はドア１０の凹溝に嵌合する断面コ字形状の嵌合部５３５を有し、嵌合部５３５の底部を支持部１１３に合致させて止め具６０で止め、ドア１０の端縁に第２のヒンジフランジ５３Ｂを取り付けている。
この構成により、ドア１０はコーナーチャンネル１７に対してほぼ第１のヒンジフランジ５３Ａの寸法Ｌの間隙を持って取り付けられ、ヒンジピン５５を回動中心として矢印Ｂ方向に回動する。

また、本発明のヒンジ部材５０は第２のヒンジフランジ５３Ｂのコ字型嵌合部５３５内に、シール部材７０を取り付ける。
シール部材７０は合成樹脂などよりなる弾性部材で形成され可撓性を有する中空凸部７１と、嵌合部５３５に嵌合して圧着する圧着部７３とを連設させた構成となっている。
シール部材７０の突出した中空凸部７１の長さ寸法Ｔは、ドア１０の端縁とコーナーパネル１７との間隙部分、すなわち、第１のヒンンジフランジ５３Ａの長さ寸法Ｌより長い寸法（寸法Ｌ<寸法Ｔ）を有している。そして、シール部材７０の中空凸部７１は外力に対して撓んで対応し、外力から開放されると原型に復帰する構成となっている。

このように構成されるヒンジ部材５０の作用を説明する。
ドア１０はヒンジピン５５を回転軸として、図１に示す閉状態から、図２に示す開放状態に回動するよう、側壁パネル１５などの壁部材に取り付けられている。
閉状態において、ドア１０はコーナーパネル１７から第１のヒンジフランジ５３Ａの長さ寸法Ｌの間隙を有して取り付けられる。この間隙部分の内側にはシール部材７０が配設されている。そして、ユニット１の内側はシール部材７０の中空凸部７１の先端がコーナーチャンネル１９に当接して撓むことによりドア１０とコーナーパネル１７との間隙をシールする。このシール部材７０により室内の空気、および明かりが外部に漏れることが無い。また、ドア１０の開閉時、ドア１０とコーナーパネル１７との間に第１のヒンジフランジ５３Ａの寸法に相当する間隙があるので、指などが挟まれても怪我をすることが無い。さらに、ヒンジ部分に手、衣服などが接触しても、シール部材７０の存在によりドア１０とコーナーパネル１７との間隙に手、衣服などが挟持されることがない。

【発明の効果】
本発明によって、トイレットユニット、電話ボックスなどの建造物の出入りに用いられるドア等の移動体において、開閉時、ヒンジ部分に指、物などを挟まれる危険性が無くなり、安全性の向上が図られる。

Claims (2)

  1. 固定部材に対して移動部材を回動自在に取り付けるヒンジ部材であって、
    固定部材への取付手段を備える支持板と、
    移動部材への取付手段を有するヒンジフランジを備え、
    支持板とヒンジフランジはヒンジピンを軸として回動自在に連接されると共に、ヒンジフランジはヒンジピンに連絡する第１のヒンジフランジと、移動部材への取付手段を配設する第２のヒンジフランジを有し、
    第１のヒンジフランジに対し第２のヒンジフランジは直角に配設し、第１のヒンジフランジの長さ寸法は固定部材と移動部材の間隙寸法とするとともに、第２のヒンジフランジは前記固定部材と移動部材の間隙をシールするシール部材を取り付けてなるヒンジ部材。
  2. 第２のヒンジフランジの移動部材への取付手段は可撓性材よりなるシール部材の取り付け部材を兼ねていることを特徴とする請求項１記載のヒンジ部材。
