Claims (8)

  1. Porte basculante ou pivotante montant au plafond (100, 300) comprenant un châssis fixe (1) et un panneau de porte (2), ainsi qu'un dispositif de protection formé d'une garniture d'étanchéité (22, 32) fixée au châssis fixe (1) ou au panneau de porte (2), constituée par une garniture profilée, destinée à obturer hermétiquement et à recouvrir à titre de protection la fente de porte (21) entre le châssis fixe (1) et le panneau de porte (2) dans la position fermée de la porte basculante ou pivotante (100, 300),
    dans laquelle la garniture d'étanchéité (22, 23) présente un premier segment de profilé (24) qui joue le rôle d'élément de support ou d'appui, au moyen duquel la garniture d'étanchéité (22) est fixée au châssis fixe (1) ou au panneau de porte (2), et un deuxième segment de profilé (25, 45) qui forme une lèvre de protection en saillie sur le premier segment de profilé de support ou d'appui, de telle manière que, dans l'état de fermeture, il recouvre la fente (21) de la porte, le deuxième segment de profilé étant réalisé de façon à pouvoir se déplacer ou fléchir par rapport au premier segment de profilé,
    et dans laquelle le premier segment de profilé (24), qui joue le rôle d'élément de support ou d'appui (24), est disposé entre un côté frontal (29) du châssis fixe qui est dirigé vers le panneau de porte (2) dans l'état de fermeture, et un côté de la périphérie du panneau de porte qui doit être guidé le long de ce côté dans le cours du mouvement du panneau de porte,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la garniture d'étanchéité est composé d'un mélange de matières,
    le premier segment de profilé (24) étant composé d'une première matière plastique ou composite rigide et incapable de fléchir, et ainsi placée en qualité de protection anti-usure entre le côté frontal (29) du châssis fixe et un côté périphérique du panneau de la porte, alors que le deuxième segment de profilé (25, 45) est composé d'une matière plastique ou composite, de constitution plus souple, plus molle et plus élastique que la première matière plastique ou composite, de telle manière que le deuxième segment de profilé puisse céder sous la pression d'un corps étranger qui se trouve dans la fente de porte (21), en particulier une main ou un doigt d'une personne, au cours du mouvement de rapprochement réciproque du panneau de porte (2) et du châssis fixe (1) afin d'atténuer ou d'éviter le serrage ou l'écrasement du corps étranger.
  2. Porte basculante ou pivotante selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les deux matières sont respectivement du caoutchouc dur et du caoutchouc mou, du PVC dur et du PVC mou, ou d'autres matières plastique ou composites, qui peuvent être fabriquées dans différents degrés d'élasticité et/ou de dureté et qui sont assemblées déjà au moment du processus de fabrication pour constituer la garniture d'étanchéité (22, 23).
  3. Porte basculante ou pivotante selon une des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le premier segment de profilé comprend une nervure profilée (24, 43) rectiligne, porteuse, en forme de barre, sur laquelle au moins un segment de fixation (26, 27, 44) fait saillie en angle.
  4. Porte basculante ou pivotante selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le segment de fixation (26) ou au moins un (26) de plusieurs segments de fixation (26, 27) forme un segment de prise qui s'engage dans une rainure de retenue (30) prévue sur le châssis fixe (1) ou sur le panneau de porte (2).
  5. Porte basculante ou pivotante selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le segment de fixation (26) est engagé dans une rainure de retenue (30) présente sur le côté frontal (29) du châssis fixe qui est dirigé vers le côté périphérique du panneau de porte et qui sert à fixer une garniture anti-usure, ou encore dans une rainure de retenue prévue sur le côté intérieur (31) du châssis fixe qui est dirigée vers l'espace que doit fermer le panneau de porte.
  6. Porte basculante ou pivotante selon une des revendications 3 à 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le segment de fixation (44) ou au moins (27) un de plusieurs segments de fixation (26, 27) entoure une arête intérieure (32, 46) du panneau de porte (1) ou du châssis fixe (2) auquel la garniture d'étanchéité (22, 23) est fixé.
  7. Porte basculante ou pivotante selon une des revendications 3 à 6, en particulier selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisée par
    un dispositif de fixation (28 ; 33, 39, 40, 41 ; 48, 9) servant à serrer, boulonner, river ou fixer d'une façon analogue le segment de fixation (26, 27, 44) ou l'un des segments de fixation (26, 27, 44), et de préférence le segment de fixation (27, 44) qui entoure l'arête intérieure (32, 46), au panneau de porte (2) ou au châssis fixe (1) qui doit être muni de la garniture d'étanchéité (22, 23).
  8. Porte basculante ou pivotante selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de fixation présente un ou plusieurs évidements (33, 39) et des dispositifs de retenue, et de portée ou de guidage (11, 34, 51, 50) qui font saillie à proximité de l'arête intérieure (32, 46) sur le panneau de porte (2) ou respectivement sur le châssis fixe (1) qui est muni de la garniture d'étanchéité (22, 23) et qui permettent ou facilitent la fixation du panneau de porte (2) et du châssis fixe (1) l'un à l'autre ou leur déplacement mutuel, évidement(s) (33, 39) dans lequel ou lesquels le segment de fixation (27, 44) qui entoure l'arête intérieure (32, 46) peut être inséré et/ou coincé.
