Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif de fixation pivotante d'un battant de porte (100) sur un dormant (101), comprenant le battant de porte (100) et une charnière de porte comportant plusieurs rouleaux (102 ; 103; 104),
    dans lequel respectivement deux des rouleaux (102 ; 103; 104) sont reliés l'un à l'autre, dans lequel le battant de porte (100) présente une hauteur,
    dans lequel la charnière s'étend sur la hauteur totale du battant de porte (100), dans lequel le dispositif comprend un moyen de liaison (600) avec lequel le battant de porte (100) peut être fixé aux rouleaux (102 ; 103; 104),
    dans lequel le moyen de liaison (600) présente deux branches de liaison (601) qui entourent le battant de porte (100),
    caractérisé en ce que
    les branches de liaison (601) peuvent être courbées et déformées élastiquement et le battant de porte (100) est disposé à l'état déformé élastiquement entre les branches de liaison de sorte que la force de rappel élastique pousse les branches de liaison (601) contre le battant de porte (100).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de liaison (600) est conçu pour être poussé lors d'un mouvement de fermeture du battant de porte (100) contre un joint disposé sur le dormant (101).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de liaison (600) n'est pas en contact par glissement avec d'autres éléments du dispositif lors d'un mouvement basculant du battant de porte (100) par rapport au dormant.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend un élément d'étanchéité d'angle (800), dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité d'angle (800) est disposé au-dessus des rouleaux, et dans lequel une zone partielle de l'élément d'étanchéité d'angle (800) est poussé contre un profilé d'étanchéité du dormant (101), lorsque le battant de porte (100) ferme une ouverture de porte définie par le dormant.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend un premier moyen d'étanchéité (304) qui présente au moins une zone d'appui pour l'appui sur les rouleaux (102 ; 103; 104), dans lequel la zone d'appui est conçue comme un segment circulaire, et dans lequel le segment circulaire présente un rayon qui correspond au rayon des rouleaux (102 ; 103; 104).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend un second moyen d'étanchéité (305 ; 900; 1000; 1100), dans lequel le second moyen d'étanchéité (305; 900; 1000; 1100) peut être fixé au dormant (101), dans lequel le premier moyen d'étanchéité (304) et le second moyen d'étanchéité (305 ; 900; 1000 ; 1100) sont conçus pour assurer l'étanchéité d'une fente entre le battant de porte (100) et le dormant (101) à l'état fixé sur le dormant (101).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le premier moyen d'étanchéité (304) et le second moyen d'étanchéité (305 ; 900; 1000; 1100) sont conçus pour une liaison conjointe par complémentarité de forme, lorsque le battant de porte (100) ferme une ouverture de porte définie par le dormant (101).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend un premier profilé d'étanchéité qui est disposé dans une première zone périphérique du battant de porte (100), dans lequel le premier profilé d'étanchéité est conçu pour assurer l'étanchéité à l'état monté sur le dormant (101) du battant de porte (100) d'une zone horizontale entre le battant de porte (100) et le dormant (101).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend un deuxième profilé d'étanchéité (1200) qui est disposé dans une deuxième zone périphérique du battant de porte (100), dans lequel le deuxième profilé d'étanchéité (1200) est conçu pour assurer l'étanchéité à l'état monté sur le dormant (101) du battant de porte (100) d'une zone horizontale entre le battant de porte (100) et un seuil et/ou un sol.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième profilé d'étanchéité (1200) est disposé dans une rainure, dans lequel la rainure est disposée aussi bien dans le battant de porte (100) que dans la charnière de porte également.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend un troisième profilé d'étanchéité qui est disposé sur une surface du battant de porte (100) et s'étend à l'état monté sur le dormant (101) du battant de porte (100) dans une direction verticale, dans lequel le troisième profilé d'étanchéité est disposé dans une troisième zone périphérique du battant de porte (100), dans lequel la troisième zone périphérique est disposée en face d'une quatrième zone périphérique du battant de porte (100), et dans lequel les rouleaux (102 ; 103; 104) sont disposés sur la quatrième zone périphérique.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'étanchéité (600) présente au moins une cavité (1300) dans laquelle est disposé un moyen fonctionnel mécanique et/ou électronique, dans lequel le moyen fonctionnel est conçu pour une fonction mécanique et/ou électronique du dispositif.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un premier des rouleaux (102 ; 103; 104) est fixé au battant de porte (100), et en ce qu'au moins un deuxième des rouleaux (102 ; 103; 104) est conçu pour une fixation sur le dormant (101).
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la charnière comprend des éléments de liaison de type boulons (109; 110), dans lequel respectivement deux des rouleaux (102 ; 103; 104) sont reliés conjointement par le biais des éléments de liaison (109; 110).
  15. Système, comprenant un dispositif selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et un dormant (101), dans lequel le battant de porte (100) est fixé au moyen du dispositif sur le dormant (101).
