Definitions
- the present invention relates to a dishwasher, in particular a domestic dishwasher, with a washing container for holding dishes, glasses, cutlery or similar items of dishes according to the preamble of claim 1.
- liquid-carrying partial wash cycles for example a pre-wash cycle, a cleaning cycle, an intermediate wash cycle and a final rinse cycle. This is usually followed by a drying cycle.
- liquid in particular water, which may contain detergent and / or rinse aid, i.e. so-called washing liquor
- the respective liquid distribution device can be formed, for example, by a rotating spray arm, by a roof shower, and / or by a movable spray nozzle, such as a roof top.
- drying methods are known in order to dry the respective wash ware item as well as possible at the end of the wash program. These are, in particular, so-called self-heat drying, condensation drying (in particular by means of a heat exchanger on a side wall of the washing container to cool it down), drying with the support of a fan system with air waste through room air, drying through a door opening at the end of the drying cycle, sorption drying with, for example, zeolite, etc. . . These processes have the effect, in particular, that liquid droplets that adhere to the respective wash ware part after the last liquid-carrying partial wash cycle are dried away.
- washing liquid collects in an upwardly protruding recess, e.g. B. sink, groove or other cavity of a wash ware part, and if it remains there on the top, this remaining amount of liquid is often too large to be dried away by a conventional drying system.
- This standing residual liquid can usually only be removed by the user after the end of the drying cycle by manually tipping it away from the top of the respective wash ware and / or by drying it with a tea towel, which is inconvenient and time-consuming.
- one or more exhaust opening to which a movable mechanical control means such as an air baffle, a directional nozzle, a movable flap or the like can be assigned, so that the exit cross-section and / or the exit direction the air varies over the drying phase.
- a movable mechanical control means such as an air baffle, a directional nozzle, a movable flap or the like
- a radial fan is arranged centrally on the ceiling of the cleaning chamber.
- moist air is sucked in from bottom to top for a period of, for example, 150 seconds and then blown out in a radial direction essentially parallel to the ceiling.
- the moist air leaving the impeller laterally, ie essentially radially, is deflected vertically downwards when it hits the rear wall and the side walls of the cleaning chamber.
- a media reservoir is provided which is filled with cool fresh water for the drying operation.
- a fan is attached to the outside of a right side wall of your washing container, which is used to dry dishes blows air into the rinsing container via a blower nozzle. It generates a stronger air flow for the dishes that are further away from the right side wall than for the dishes that are closer to the right side wall.
- the DE 10 2013 202 103 A1 relates to a household appliance, in particular a household dishwasher, with a control device for controlling an operation for cleaning and / or drying items to be treated, with a working chamber for receiving the items to be treated during the operation, and with an air heating device for heating the working chamber by means of an air stream, which is a fan for generating the air flow and a heater for heating the air flow.
- the control device is designed to influence a volume flow of the air flow by influencing a speed of the fan on the basis of a default value for the volume flow of the air flow and on the basis of an actual value of the volume flow of the air flow.
- the DE 10 2015 013 364 A1 provides a predrying device within a housing of a dishwasher in addition to a cleaning device and a drying device.
- the pre-drying device comprises at least one blow nozzle which can be aligned with the respective piece of crockery and through which the crockery can be acted upon with an air jet in order to remove washing liquid remaining there after the cleaning cycle from its recess on the top.
- the DE 532 341 C relates to a dishwashing and drying device with an electric drive for washing and drying the dishes.
- a washing device consisting of a crockery drum or an agitator and a drying device consisting of an impeller are provided.
- the crockery drum is designed in the shape of a circular cylinder. It is rotatably mounted about its vertically aligned axis of rotation.
- the impeller is arranged above the dish drum.
- the crockery drum has slotted holes in its top wall and in its cylinder wall, through which air can flow into its interior during operation of the impeller for drying the crockery.
- a drying fan is provided outside their washing container, which during the fresh water inlet into the Rinsing container runs and air is blowing into the washing container.
- a rotation rate sensor is assigned to its impeller. This detects the "rotation rate” of the impeller and sends it to a monitoring unit ("controller”). This closes the water inlet valve as soon as the "rotation rate” assumes a predetermined value.
- the built-in dishwasher of the JP 2006 340996 A is connected to an exhaust duct on the building side via an exhaust duct.
- a sensor for detecting exhaust steam from the built-in dishwasher and a downstream fan are provided in this. The sensor and the fan are connected to a "controller" via control lines.
- the dishwasher of the JP 2007 117553 A works with a heat pump. In addition, it has a fan outside the washing compartment.
- the household dishwasher the FR 2 649 001 A1 has a fan outside the washing compartment. To dry the items to be washed, this blows air into the washing compartment in order to generate an air flow there.
- the invention is based on the problem of providing an alternative drying option, with the aid of which quantities of liquid in, in particular, depressions on the upper side, such as troughs, sinks, hollows or other cavities, can be largely removed from items of washware held in one or more loading units.
- the invention solves the problem by means of an object having the features of claim 1. With regard to advantageous configurations and developments of the invention, reference is made to claims 2 to 18.
- At least one rotatable fan wheel is arranged in the washing container, with which air can be sucked in and blown out on the one hand, with a motor being assigned to the at least one fan wheel, the speed of which can be varied over time.
- the respective fan wheel during a blow-off operating phase can initially be blown onto the top side, in particular in depressions, at a high speed Wash ware parts remaining amounts of liquid and possibly thereafter during a subsequent or later convection drying phase (to generate forced convection in the receiving space of the washing container) are operated at a comparatively lower speed.
- a convection / flow can be forced in the washing compartment, which is also effective between the parts of the items to be washed, so that shading areas are reduced.
- This flow improves the moisture removal from the surface of the dishes. This can possibly reduce the final rinse temperature and thus save energy.
- a corresponding fan wheel can be driven via a variable-speed motor.
- This can preferably be an electronically commutated synchronous motor, which can preferably be excited by permanent magnets.
- Such an electronically commutated synchronous motor can easily be regulated in terms of its speed.
- the at least one motor that is assigned to the fan wheel (s) can be operated in a speed range between 1500 revolutions to 12000 revolutions per minute, the different operating ranges mentioned can be implemented very effectively. For example, when operating at 1000 to 5000 revolutions per minute, it is possible to support the convection at a low noise level, whereas at a speed range of 5000 to 12000 revolutions, purging can be carried out in the short-term range.
- the associated higher volume is well acceptable for a short time, especially if the one or more short-term increases each last less than 120 seconds.
- the increase in speed of the motor, in particular the electric motor, assigned to the respective fan wheel can preferably last about 90 seconds.
- the speed of the motor assigned to the respective fan wheel can be increased during a blow-off phase before the subsequent continuous operation, the speed of the motor during the blow-off phase being greater, in particular by at least 20% greater, than the speed of the motor during the subsequent continuous operation Is in continuous operation.
- the blow-off phase can preferably take place after the end of the liquid loading operation of the last liquid-carrying partial wash cycle, in particular the final rinse cycle, when the circulating pump has stopped its operation or is running at such a low speed that no more wash liquid is passed through the one or more spray devices or, more generally speaking, liquid distribution devices on the rinsed and now meets the items to be dried.
- the continuous operation of the motor can take place after the blow-off phase, preferably during a time segment or the entire remaining period of the washing cycle final drying cycle of the washing cycle of a dishwashing program to be carried out to support the convection in the washing compartment. If a blocking of a fan wheel can be measured by measuring the motor current of a motor assigned to this fan wheel, a blockage caused by a piece of crockery protruding into the rotation circle of the fan wheel can easily be detected. Overheating of the motor is avoided.
- the control or regulation of the at least one motor is preferably carried out without a sensor, but can also be implemented with a sensor (for example Hall sensor, rotary encoder).
- At least one rotatable fan wheel is arranged in the washing container in the embodiment according to claim 7, with which air on the one hand can be sucked in and on the other hand blown out, with the at least one fan wheel being assigned a motor that is designed as a wet rotor, it is unproblematic to have such motors in the water-loaded washing container to arrange.
- the stator area of the motor is then reliably protected against moisture due to the design of the wet rotor without great sealing effort.
- a specially provided axial and / or radial seal of the rotor chamber and / or the bearing sleeve (s) for the shaft of the rotor against liquid penetrating during the dishwasher operation is not required.
- any liquid that has penetrated into the respective bearing sleeve and / or into the rotor gap of the wet rotor motor is preferably used to lubricate the shaft and / or the rotor. If the respective motor with the end section of its shaft, on which the fan wheel is attached, protrudes downwards in the washing container, any liquid that has penetrated from the respective bearing sleeve and / or from the rotor gap can run down again under certain circumstances due to gravity.
- the wet-rotor motor can therefore be advantageous under certain circumstances to design the wet-rotor motor to be able to run dry for a certain minimum running time of the fan wheel assigned to it, in particular the propeller, such as for its running time during the respective blow-off phase in which the speed of the wet-rotor motor is briefly increased.
- the wet rotor comprises a so-called can which is in particular cup-shaped. It separates a wet rotor from a stator kept dry. The motor therefore does not need a moving seal, which would result in a loss of efficiency and be subject to high wear and tear over time. The service life of the wet rotor motor is therefore significantly increased.
- the rotor can advantageously comprise a ferrite ring, with the particular one-piece or one-piece ferrite ring in the can have good emergency running properties.
- the can is advantageously made of plastic, so that there is a good material pairing to the ferrite ring and emergency running properties can be ensured, especially in the event of wear of the one or more bearings of the motor shaft, so that it does not cause the Can comes.
- This emergency running property of the motor in the event of wear of the one or more bearings of the shaft can in particular be improved in that the rotor chamber is filled with water or another liquid medium or is filled with flushing liquid during the flushing operation.
- the motor can be designed without a shaft seal. Any movable seal is unnecessary. In particular, this can be omitted at the entrance of the can between this and the shaft.
- the structural unit made up of the shaft and the rotor firmly connected to it is rotatably mounted in the can of the can.
- a free end of the shaft protrudes from the canned can.
- the fan wheel in particular a propeller or impeller, is attached to this.
- a rotating mounting of the shaft and of the rotor, which is preferably firmly connected to it can be advantageous.
- an inner, in particular fixed, elongated bearing sleeve is preferably provided, in which a section of the shaft facing away from the fan wheel, in particular propeller, is rotatably mounted.
- This inner bearing sleeve thus provides one or more radial bearing points over its axial length, or a radial bearing for the shaft that is largely continuous over its axial length. It expediently has an axial longitudinal extent which corresponds approximately to the axial length of the rotor.
- the wave is preferably firmly connected to the one or more magnets, in particular a ferrite ring receiving, magnet carrier of the rotor.
- This magnet carrier is designed as a coupling element.
- the magnet carrier or the coupling element is preferably designed in the form of a sleeve with a bottom, ie in the shape of a pot.
- the shaft is perpendicular to the bottom of the cup-shaped coupling element and runs from its inlet opening facing the fan wheel towards the center of the bottom of the cup-shaped coupling element.
- the end of the shaft facing away from the fan wheel, in particular the propeller (from the opening of the cup-shaped coupling element) is passed through a through-opening in the center of the base of the sleeve-shaped coupling element and is held there in a non-rotatable manner.
- the cylinder jacket, in particular a circular cylinder jacket, of the sleeve-shaped coupling element can optionally have a radial gap distance from the outer surface, in particular the cylinder jacket surface, of the inner bearing sleeve.
- the inner bearing sleeve is inserted with a partial section facing away from the fan wheel, in particular the propeller, preferably with its end section facing away from the fan wheel, or under certain circumstances with its entire extension in the cylinder jacket of the cup-shaped coupling element.
- One or more rotor magnets, in particular permanent magnets, or a magnetic ring sit on the outside around the circular cylinder jacket of the sleeve-shaped coupling element and are or is held there.
- a ferrite ring can be arranged and fixedly attached to the outer circumference of the sleeve-shaped coupling element.
- the coupling element and the one or more rotor magnets in particular permanent magnets, which are firmly seated on its cylinder jacket, form the rotor.
- the rotor revolves around the stationary, inner bearing sleeve when the motor is rotating.
- the end face of the stationary, inner bearing sleeve facing away from the fan wheel forms (viewed along the central axis of the shaft) a stop ring for the bottom of the sleeve-shaped coupling element. It provides an axial bearing for the sleeve-shaped coupling element when the drive motor is rotating. This prevents the shaft together with the rotor from migrating out of the can pot in the direction of the suction side of the fan wheel when the electric drive motor is rotating.
- the inner bearing sleeve in multiple functions can provide at least one radial bearing for the shaft, in particular a radial double sliding bearing or radial multiple sliding bearing, and at the same time also an axial bearing for the unit consisting of the drive shaft, coupling element and one or more rotor magnets or magnetic ring.
- the shaft Due to this advantageous construction of the electric drive motor, the shaft is mounted on one side with its end section of the shaft located inside the can pot, opposite the fan wheel and on which the rotor is firmly attached outside with its magnet carrier or coupling element. This results in a compact, flat structure of the drive motor in the axial direction (viewed along the shaft). Compared to a conventional drive motor with a specially provided bearing for the shaft before and after the rotor, it is shortened in terms of its axial extent.
- the material of the coupling element is preferably chosen to be different from the material of the inner bearing sleeve, so that the inner surface of the bottom of the coupling element facing the fan wheel can slide with largely little friction on the end face of the inner bearing sleeve facing away from the fan wheel, especially when the motor is started. Due to their favorable material pairing, there can be no inadmissibly large abrasion, i.e. wear, between the bottom of the coupling element and the end face of the inner bearing sleeve.
- a metal is chosen for the coupling element, while the inner bearing sleeve is made of a plastic material.
- the inner bearing sleeve preferably made of a plastic material, for receiving a section, in particular an end section, of the shaft of the rotor is advantageously offset or provided with PTFE, carbon, graphite or another friction reducer and / or coated on the outside.
- a material different from the material of the bearing sleeve is advantageously chosen for the shaft.
- it is preferably made of a metal such as stainless steel. This results in a very low-wear and maintenance-free bearing of the shaft and / or rotor, which also functions reliably for many years in continuous operation and also has very favorable dry-running properties, since dry-running cannot be ruled out.
- the wet-running engine can also be used advantageously with the above. Speed properties are combined according to one of claims 1 to 6, so that special synergy advantages are formed.
- Each fan wheel can be provided with its own drive motor in order to minimize power transmission losses.
- the drive motor assigned to the respective fan wheel can preferably be arranged axially above the fan wheel, so that a compact structural unit with only a very small structural height is formed from the drive motor and fan wheel.
- the respective fan wheel is designed as an axial fan.
- the electric drive motor assigned to it is designed and / or arranged in such a way that its shaft protrudes in particular vertically downwards.
- the fan wheel is expediently attached to the downwardly protruding, free end of the shaft.
- the shaft is rotatably mounted in the stationary, inner bearing sleeve on the end section of the shaft facing away from the fan wheel and protruding vertically upwards, which is housed in the canned can together with the rotor unit attached to it.
- the upwardly projecting end face of the inner bearing sleeve provides an axial bearing for the coupling element of the rotor unit, which prevents the shaft with the rotor unit from moving axially out of the can pot in the axial direction towards the fan wheel when the electric drive motor is in operation.
- washing liquid is distributed, in particular sprayed, in the interior of the washing container by means of one or more liquid distribution devices, the washing liquid can optionally also get into the rotor chamber of the drive motor provided by the canned pot from below and there ensure fluid lubrication of the shaft and / or the rotor. This can be beneficial for a later rotational operation of the drive motor, e.g. during a blow-off phase and / or the drying cycle of the wash cycle.
- the drive motor has an axial extension of less than four centimeters, which makes it possible for the total structural height of the motor and fan wheel to be less than five centimeters. This means that the remaining space for the items to be washed is only very slightly restricted.
- one or more fan wheels of a cutlery drawer and / or one or more fan wheels is or are assigned to a crockery basket and uses a common frame with this or it. Then no separate frames are required for the mechanical mounting of the fan wheels, but these can use the loading units that are already available. Retrofitting, for example clipping onto such loading units, may also be possible. The overall height and the The number of components can be reduced again. If one or more fan wheels is or are held on an underside of a respective loading unit, the capacity of the respective loading unit is not restricted by the fan wheel (s), but is retained over its full area.
- the dishwasher 1 shown schematically is a domestic dishwasher.
- a washing container 2 for receiving items to be processed such as dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils and the like.
- the respective wash ware can be held, for example, in loading units 10, 11, namely in crockery baskets 11 and / or a cutlery drawer 10 according to the drawing, and can be acted upon by so-called wash liquor.
- two crockery baskets 11 are arranged one above the other and an additional cutlery drawer 10 is arranged in the upper region of the washing compartment 2. This arrangement is not mandatory.
- the customer can also, for example, remove an upper crockery basket 11 or the cutlery drawer 10 for a specific wash cycle.
- Washing liquor is understood to mean fresh water or, in particular, water circulating during operation with or without cleaning agent and / or rinsing agent and / or drying agent.
- the washing compartment 2 can have an at least substantially rectangular - in particular approximately square - plan with a front side V facing a user in the operating position.
- This front V can form a part of a kitchen front from kitchen furniture standing next to one another or, in the case of a stand-alone device, it can also be without reference to other furniture.
- the washing compartment 2 can be closed by a door or flap 3, in particular on this front side V.
- This door 3 is in Figure 1 shown in a partially open position and then at an angle to the vertical. In its closed position, however, it stands upright and, according to the drawing, is after its opening around a lower horizontal axis can be pivoted open at the front and bottom in the direction of arrow 4, so that it is at least almost horizontal in the fully open position.
- the door 3 On its outer and front side V facing the user, which is vertical in the closed position, the door 3 can be provided with a decorative plate 6 in order to experience an optical and / or haptic upgrade and / or an adaptation to surrounding kitchen furniture.
- the dishwasher 1 is designed here as a stand-alone or as a so-called partially integrated or also as a fully integrated device.
- the device body 5 can also essentially terminate with the outer walls of the washing compartment 2.
- a housing surrounding this outside can then be dispensed with.
- a base 12 in particular for receiving functional elements, such as a circulation pump for the washing solution.
- the movable door 3 is assigned in its upper region a control panel 8 extending in the transverse direction Q of the dishwasher, which can include an engagement opening 7 accessible from the front V for manual opening and / or closing of the door 3.
- the dishwasher In the transverse direction Q, the dishwasher often has an extension of 45, 50 or 60 centimeters. In the depth direction from the front V to the rear, the extension is often also about 60 centimeters. The values are not mandatory.
- the washing container 2 is delimited all around by a total of three fixed vertical walls 13 and two horizontal walls 15 when the door or flap 3 is closed, one of which forms a ceiling (above) and another a floor (below) of the washing container 2.
- the wall 15 which forms the bottom of the washing compartment 2 and essentially delimits it downwards lies approximately horizontally, that is to say parallel to an outer base B on which the dishwasher 1 stands.
- the washing compartment 2 there is at least one rotatable fan wheel 17 with which air can be sucked in on the one hand and blown out on the other hand, the at least one fan wheel 17 being assigned a motor 18, the speed of which can be varied over time: At low speed, a convection / flow in the interior of the washing compartment 2 or a flow between the parts of the items to be washed is forced. This - relatively slow - flow improves the removal of moisture on the surface of the dishes. This allows the final rinse temperature to be reduced and thus energy can be saved.
- the variation of the speed can either be stored in a control system or can take place differently and adapted in each case as a regulation with the determination of drying parameters.
- the fan wheel 17 or the fan wheels can, for example, be mounted close to the upper ceiling 15 of the washing compartment 2 ( Figures 2 , 3 ) or alternatively also lie between the loading levels 10, 11 (not shown). In the Figures 2 and 3 an upper cutlery drawer 10 is not provided. In their place, the frame 16 with the fan wheels 17 is used here. A separate motor 18 driving it can be arranged above each fan wheel 17. Alternatively, several fan wheels 17 can also be driven by a common motor - not shown here.
- the at least one motor 18 is here a brushless, permanent magnet synchronous motor, the speed of which can be regulated and / or controlled in a simple manner.
- the motor 18 has electronic commutation and preferably works without sensors, it can, however, also be implemented with a sensor (Hall sensor, rotary encoder, ).
- the at least one motor 18 can be operated, for example, in a speed range between 1500 revolutions to 12000 revolutions per minute, so that the above-mentioned different operating modes result at low and at high speeds.
- the or each motor 18 for the first operating mode can be operated continuously in a speed range of less than 5000 revolutions per minute during a program phase, for example the drying phase. In this speed range, both the volume and the frequency of the motor and fan movement are acoustically pleasant.
- the described convection support can be operated in this mode.
- brief increases in a high speed range of 5000 to 12000 revolutions per minute can be carried out for the second operating mode, for example such that the brief increases each last less than 120 seconds, preferably about 90 seconds.
- the cavities, depressions, etc. can then be blown free, which can be acted on with a high air throughput and a downward flow component.
- the higher flow noise is well acceptable for this operating mode due to the short interval duration, which can be repeated several times.
- the speed of the motor assigned to the respective fan wheel can be increased during a blow-off phase prior to the subsequent continuous operation, the speed of the motor during the blow-off phase being greater, in particular by at least 20% greater, than the speed of the motor during the subsequent continuous operation .
- the blow-off phase can preferably take place after the end of the liquid loading operation of the last liquid-carrying partial wash cycle, in particular the final rinse cycle, when the circulating pump has stopped its operation or has such a low speed that no more washing liquid is expressed via the one or more spray devices or more generally Liquid distribution devices on the rinsed and now to be dried items to be washed.
- the continuous operation of the motor can take place after the blow-off phase, preferably during a time segment or the entire remaining period of the washing cycle final drying cycle of the washing cycle of a dishwashing program to be carried out to support the convection in the washing compartment.
- a blocking of a fan wheel 17, for example due to improper loading can be detected favorably by measuring the motor current of a motor 18 assigned to this fan wheel 17. A corresponding warning signal can then be output.
- a needs-based operation of the fan wheels 17 with a high degree of efficiency and cost advantages while complying with safety standards is thus made possible.
- the quality is optimized. There are also advantages in terms of wear and noise.
- the motor 18 shown in detail for driving the fan wheel 17 is designed as a wet rotor, ie at least the rotor 22 rotates in the wet area 26 and has wet lubrication by the washing liquor.
- the rotor 22 rotates the shaft 19, which is rotatably mounted via a bearing 21, in particular a bearing sleeve, and then the impeller 17 via the fan wheel hub 20.
- the rotor 22 can in particular be formed by a ferrite ring.
- the motor 18, which is designed as a wet rotor, further comprises a so-called can 23, which is approximately pot-shaped and which separates the wet rotor 22 from a stator 24 held in the dry space 25.
- the ferrite ring as rotor 22 has certain emergency running properties in the can 23, especially if it is made of plastic, so that even a possible dry run, which cannot be ruled out, without lubrication by the washing liquor, does not lead to damage in the motor 18 and does not cause it a looping through of the can 23 comes.
- the drive can therefore be designed free of a shaft seal or some other moving seal. The durability is improved, the wear is reduced.
- This emergency running property of the engine can in particular thereby It is better ensured that the rotor chamber 26 is filled with water or another liquid medium or fills with flushing liquid during the flushing operation. Because then a free, in particular liquid-filled gap is maintained between the rotor 22 and the can 23 without the rotor rubbing against the can.
- an inner, in particular stationary, bearing sleeve 21 is provided on one side of a shaft section located in the can 12 remote from the fan wheel.
- the section of the shaft 19 facing away from the fan wheel 17 is rotatably mounted, around which a rotor with its rotor magnets or its magnet ring, preferably ferrite magnet ring, is arranged, preferably essentially concentrically, on the outside.
- This inner bearing sleeve 21 preferably provides a radial bearing extending over the axial extent of the rotor, or in particular a double radial bearing, or a multiple radial bearing with more than two radial bearing points for the shaft 19.
- the shaft 19 is preferably firmly connected via a coupling element 30 of the rotor 22.
- the coupling element 30 is preferably designed in the form of a sleeve with a base 31, ie pot-shaped.
- the shaft 19 is perpendicular to the bottom 31 of the cup-shaped coupling element 30 and runs from its inlet opening facing the fan wheel 17 towards its center.
- the end of the shaft facing away from the fan wheel 17 (from the opening of the cup-shaped coupling element 30) is passed through a through opening in the center of the bottom 31 of the sleeve-shaped coupling element 30 and is held there in a non-rotatable manner.
- the cylinder jacket 32, in particular a circular cylinder jacket, of the sleeve-shaped coupling element 30 preferably has a radial gap spacing 33 from the outer surface of the inner bearing sleeve 21. It is preferably arranged essentially concentrically to the inner bearing sleeve 21.
- the inner bearing sleeve 21 is thus inserted with a partial section facing away from the fan wheel 17, in particular with its end section facing away from the fan wheel, or with its entire extension in the cylinder jacket 32 of the cup-shaped coupling element 30.
- One or more permanent magnets sit on the outside around the circular cylinder jacket of the sleeve-shaped coupling element and are held there.
- the coupling element thus forms the magnet carrier of the rotor.
- a ferrite ring can be arranged and attached to the outer circumference of the sleeve-shaped coupling element.
- the rotor 22 revolves around the preferably stationary, inner bearing sleeve 21 when the motor 18 is rotating facing away end face of the inner bearing sleeve (viewed along the central axis of the shaft) forms a stop ring for the bottom of the sleeve-shaped coupling element. It provides an axial bearing for the sleeve-shaped coupling element 30 or for the rotor unit when the drive motor is rotating. This results in a combined radial and axial bearing for the unit consisting of the drive shaft, coupling element and one or more rotor magnets.
- the material of the coupling element 30 is preferably selected to be different from the material of the inner bearing sleeve 21, so that the inner surface of the bottom 31 of the coupling element 30 facing the fan wheel 17 has largely little friction on the end surface of the inner bearing sleeve 21 facing away from the fan wheel, in particular when the motor 18 is started, can slide. Because of their favorable material pairing, there can be no inadmissibly large abrasion, ie wear, between the bottom of the coupling element and the end face of the inner bearing sleeve.
- a metal is chosen for the coupling element 30, while the inner bearing sleeve 21 is made of a plastic material.
- a friction reducer such as graphite, carbon, PTFE can expediently be added to this, or the bearing sleeve can be provided with an outer layer of a friction reducer.
- a material different from the material of the bearing sleeve 21 is advantageously chosen for the shaft 19. In particular, it is preferably made of a metal such as stainless steel. This results in a very low-wear and maintenance-free bearing of the shaft and / or rotor, which also functions reliably for many years in continuous operation and also has sufficiently favorable dry-running properties, since dry-running cannot be ruled out.
- the one or more motors 18 can be arranged axially directly above the fan wheels 17 assigned to them, so that a compact structural unit with only a very small structural height is formed from the drive motor and fan wheel.
- the respective fan wheel is designed as an axial fan.
- the electric motor assigned to it is designed and / or arranged in such a way that its shaft protrudes in particular vertically downwards.
- the fan wheel is expediently attached to the downwardly protruding, free end of the shaft. At its end facing away from the fan wheel it is - as described above - preferably only supported on one side.
This can be beneficial for a later rotational operation of the drive motor, e.g. during a blow-off phase or the drying cycle of the wash cycle.
- the respective drive motor 18 has an axial extension of less than four centimeters, the total structural height of the motor 18 and fan wheel 17 then being less than five centimeters. The restriction for the remaining loading height in the washing compartment 2 is thereby minimized.
- the frame 16 can also be part of a loading level 10, 11, so that the one or more fan wheels 17 are assigned directly to a cutlery drawer 10 and / or a crockery basket 11. The overall height is thereby minimized, the construction effort is low.

Description

- In
