Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif (200) de production d'une carte de données (106) pour un document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) en forme de livret, dans lequel le document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) présente une reliure (102), ainsi qu'un bloc-livret passeport (104) comprenant une carte de données (106), plusieurs pages doubles (108), une page de garde (110) et une bande d'onglets (112), dans lequel la carte de données (106) présente une languette (120) souple reliée avec la carte de données (106) le long d'un bord, dans lequel la carte de données (106) avec la languette (120) souple, les doubles pages (108), la page de garde (110) et la bande d'onglets (112) sont cousues ensemble avec une couture (114), et dans lequel la reliure (102) avec une page intérieure (126) est collée à plat avec une page extérieure (124) de la page de garde (110), le dispositif (200) présentant :
    - une unité de traitement (206), où l'unité de traitement (206) présente un logement pour la carte de données (106) ainsi que des moyens (216) permettant la liaison par complémentarité des formes et/ou des matières de la languette (120) et de la carte de données (106) dans une zone de chevauchement (121), de sorte que la languette (120) rapportée sur la carte de données (106) dépasse au dessus de la surface de la carte de données (106), et
    - une unité de traitement (204) pour la languette (120), où l'unité de traitement (204) présente
    ∘ un dispositif d'approvisionnement (218) pour une bande sans fin (220) destinée à la languette (120),
    ∘ un dispositif de découpe (222) pour la bande sans fin (220), ainsi
    ∘ qu'un dispositif de maintien et de transport (224) pour la languette (120), dans lequel le dispositif de maintien et de transport (224) est conçu pour le maintien d'un bord allongé de la languette (120) et pour le transport de la languette (120) vers le logement destiné à la carte de données (106), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif présente en outre :
    ∘ des moyens permettant le scellement (234) des bords de la languette (120),
    où les moyens permettant le scellement (234) des bords présentent en particulier une sonotrode pour un procédé de soudage par ultrasons,
    où le dispositif de découpe (222) est disposé derrière les moyens (234) permettant le scellement des bords de la languette (120) dans le flux de production.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens (216) permettant la liaison par complémentarité des formes et/ou des matières de la languette (120) avec la carte de données (106) présentent une sonotrode pour un procédé de soudage par ultrasons.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif de découpe (222) présente une lame, où la lame est conçue droite ou recourbée.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une unité d'aplanissement (244) est prévue, qui est conçue pour aplanir la zone de chevauchement (121) de la languette (120) avec la carte de données (106) après la liaison de la languette (120) avec la carte de données (106), ou
    dans lequel une unité d'aplanissement (244) est prévue, qui est conçue pour aplanir la zone de chevauchement (121) de la languette (120) avec la carte de données (106) après la liaison de la languette (120) avec la carte de données (106), où l'unité d'aplanissement (244) présente une sonotrode, où la sonotrode présente un apport d'énergie étant différent de la sonotrode de l'unité de traitement (206).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif d'approvisionnement (218) présente un approvisionnement redondant pour la bande sans fin (220), où l'approvisionnement présente un magasin avec au moins deux rouleaux (230) pour respectivement une bande sans fin (220) ainsi qu'un dispositif permettant la liaison d'un début d'une bande sans fin (220) d'un rouleau (230) avec une extrémité d'une bande sans fin (220) d'un deuxième rouleau (230).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, avec un dispositif de maintien et de transport (900) pour la carte de données (106) doté
    - d'au moins un bras (902) à plusieurs articulations rotatif et/ou pivotable,
    - d'une pièce frontale (908) logée sur le bras (902) à plusieurs articulations,
    - d'au moins deux, notamment trois, unités de maintien (912, 914, 916) disposées sur la pièce frontale (908), où chaque unité de maintien (912, 914, 916) présente un entraînement (918, 920, 922) pour l'actionnement de l'unité de maintien (912, 914, 916), et
    - d'une commande (914) pour le démarrage simultané des entraînements (918, 920, 922) des unités de maintien (912, 914, 916) et pour le déplacement du bras (902) à plusieurs articulations,
    dans lequel le dispositif de maintien et de transport (900) pour la carte de données (106) saisit le bord de la carte de données (106) et est conçu pour la dépose de la carte de données (106) dans le logement de l'unité de traitement (206).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où le dispositif (200) présente un dispositif d'admission (250), où le dispositif d'admission (250) est conçu pour l'admission d'un magasin (236) avec des cartes de données (106), et où le dispositif d'admission (250) présente un dispositif de prélèvement (238) pour le prélèvement individuel des cartes de données (106) hors du magasin (236).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le dispositif de prélèvement (238) présente des éléments d'aspiration (240), où les éléments d'aspiration (240) sont disposés dans au moins un plan recourbé dans une direction dans une position d'aspiration, dans laquelle un article plat est tenu sur les éléments d'aspiration (240), de sorte que l'article plat est recourbé dans le plan recourbé, et dans lequel, des racleurs (242) sont prévus sur le magasin (236) et/ou sur le dispositif d'admission (250), dont l'espacement est inférieur à l'extension des cartes de données (106) dans l'état plan et supérieur à l'extension en direction de la carte de données (106).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel, sur le dispositif de prélèvement (238), le dispositif de maintien et de transport (224) pour la languette (120) et/ou le logement, des moyens sont prévus pour l'orientation du dispositif de prélèvement (238), du dispositif de maintien et/ou de transport (224) pour la languette (120) par rapport à la carte de données (106) et/ou pour l'orientation relative de la carte de données (106) par rapport au logement,
    et/ou
    dans lequel un dispositif de reconnaissance (208) est prévu, qui est conçu pour la détection d'une caractéristique d'identification prévue sur la carte de données (106) et/ou pour l'exécution d'un contrôle de qualité de la carte de données (106).
  10. Système (150) de production d'un document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) en forme de livret, avec un dispositif (200) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où le système (150) présente en outre :
    - un dispositif (300) pour la mise en place d'une bande d'onglets sur une page de garde,
    - un dispositif (400) pour la préparation et la mise en place d'une bande d'onglets (112) sur la page de garde (110),
    - un dispositif (500) pour l'assemblage des doubles pages (108), de la page de garde (110), de la bande d'onglets (112) ainsi que de la languette (120) pour former un bloc-livret passeport (104),
    - un dispositif de préparation (600) pour une reliure (102),
    - un dispositif de collage et de pliage (700) pour l'assemblage de la page de garde (110) avec la reliure (102) et pour le pliage de l'ébauche de livret passeport (128),
    - un dispositif de façonnage final (800) pour l'ébauche de livret passeport (128), où le dispositif de façonnage final (800) façonne les bords extérieurs de l'ébauche de livret passeport (128), et
    - un dispositif de personnalisation (850) pour une puce avec une zone de mémoire sécurisée, prévue dans le document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100), notamment dans la carte de données (106), et
    - un dispositif de reconnaissance (208), où le dispositif de reconnaissance (208) est conçu
    pour la détection d'une caractéristique d'identification de la carte de données (106) et
    pour l'établissement d'une liste de pièces individuelles pour la carte de données (106) respective destinée au document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) en fonction de la caractéristique d'identification détectée,
    dans lequel la carte de données (106) présente une caractéristique d'identification qui détermine le type du document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100),
    dans lequel la carte de données (106), le bloc-livret passeport (104), une ébauche de livret passeport et/ou le document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) sont transportés individuellement entre les dispositifs , dans lequel un classement de la carte de données (106) respective, du bloc-livret passeport (104), de l'ébauche de livret passeport et/ou du document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) a lieu au niveau des dispositifs pour la liste des pièces individuelle établie par le dispositif de reconnaissance.
  11. Procédé de production d'une carte de données pour un document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) en forme de livret, dans lequel le document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) présente une reliure (102), ainsi qu'un bloc-livret passeport (104) comprenant une carte de données (106), plusieurs pages doubles (108), une page de garde (110) et une bande d'onglets (112), dans lequel la carte de données (106) présente une languette (120) souple reliée avec la carte de données (106) le long d'un bord, dans lequel la carte de données (106) avec la languette (120) souple, les doubles pages (108), la page de garde (110) et la bande d'onglets (112) sont cousues ensemble avec une couture (114), et dans lequel la reliure (102) avec une page intérieure (126) est collée à plat avec une page extérieure (124) de la page de garde (110), le procédé présentant les étapes suivantes :
    - la mise au point de la carte de données (106),
    - le dépôt de la carte de données (106) dans le logement de l'unité de traitement (206), où un dispositif de maintien et de transport (900) pour la carte de données (106) saisit un bord de la carte de données (106) et dépose la carte de données (106) dans le logement,
    - la mise au point de la bande sans fin (220),
    - la découpe de la bande sans fin (220) en une languette (120),
    - le scellement des bords de la languette (120), en particulier par un soudage par ultrasons,
    - le dépôt de la languette (120) sur la carte de données (106), où la languette (120) et de la carte de données (106) se superposent dans une zone de chevauchement (121), de sorte que la languette (120) rapportée sur la carte de données (106) dépasse au dessus de la surface de la carte de données (106), où la languette (120) est maintenue au niveau d'un bord allongé par un dispositif de maintien et de transport (224) pour la languette (120),
    - l'assemblage par complémentarité des matières et des formes de la carte de données (106) et de la languette (120) dans la zone de chevauchement (121).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel la languette (120) et la carte de données (106) sont reliées par un soudage aux ultrasons dans la zone de chevauchement (121),
    et/ou
    dans lequel, après l'assemblage de la languette (120) et de la carte de données (106), il y a un aplanissement de la zone de chevauchement (121), en particulier par un procédé ultrasonore,
    et/ou
    dans lequel, après l'assemblage de la languette (120) et de la carte de données (106), il y a un aplanissement de la zone de chevauchement (121), en particulier par un procédé ultrasonore, où l'aplanissement comprend le façonnage du bord de la languette rapporté sur la carte de données (106), où le bord est notamment biaisé ou arrondi.
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 12, dans lequel la bande sans fin est produite par un dispositif d'approvisionnement et est découpée à la longueur nécessaire par un dispositif de découpe
    et/ou
    dans lequel une caractéristique de sécurité est incorporée dans la languette (120), et/ou
    dans lequel, après l'assemblage de la languette (120) avec la carte de données (106), il y a un contrôle de la qualité de la carte de données (106),
    et/ou
    dans lequel, après l'assemblage de la languette (120) avec la carte de données (106), il y a un contrôle de la qualité de la carte de données (106) et dans lequel, après le contrôle de la qualité, il y a une détection d'une caractéristique d'identification prévue sur la carte de données (106).
  14. Procédé de production d'un document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) en forme de livret, dans lequel le document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) présente une reliure (102), ainsi qu'un bloc-livret passeport (104) comprenant une carte de données (106), plusieurs pages doubles (108), une page de garde (110) et une bande d'onglets (112), dans lequel la carte de données (106) présente une languette (120) souple reliée avec la carte de données (106) le long d'un bord, dans lequel la carte de données (106) avec la languette (120) souple, les doubles pages (108), la page de garde (110) et la bande d'onglets (112) sont cousues ensemble avec une couture (114), et dans lequel la reliure (102) avec une page intérieure (126) est collée à plat avec une page extérieure (124) de la page de garde (110), le procédé présentant les étapes suivantes
    - la mise au point de la carte de données (106) suivant un procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13,
    - la mise au point de la page de garde (110),
    - la mise en place de la bande d'onglets (112) sur la face extérieure (124) de la page de garde (110),
    - la préparation des doubles pages (108),
    - l'assemblage de la carte de données (106), des doubles pages (108) et de la page de garde (110),
    - la couture de la languette (120), des doubles pages (108), de la page de garde (110) et de la bande d'onglets (112) le long d'une couture (114) pour donner un bloc-livret passeport (104),
    - la préparation d'une reliure (102) pour le document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100),
    - l'assemblage de la page de garde (110) avec la reliure (102) pour donner une ébauche de livret passeport et le pliage de l'ébauche de livret passeport,
    - le façonnage final de l'ébauche de livret passeport pour donner un document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100), dans lequel, en particulier, la forme extérieure du document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) est produite.
  15.
