- Dispositif de confection (100) servant à confectionner des supports d'impression (101) destinés à la production de documents, comportant :une unité de coupe de feuilles (103) qui est conçue pour séparer une feuille d'impression (105) à partir d'un support d'impression (101) le long d'un bord de coupe (103a), la feuille d'impression (105) présentant un bord latéral de feuille (105a) qui s'étend de façon perpendiculaire au bord de coupe (103a) ;une unité de liaison de feuilles (107) servant à produire un support d'impression continu (109) ;un bac à feuilles (111) servant à recevoir des feuilles d'impression séparées (105) ; etune unité de transport de feuilles (113) qui est conçue pour amener la feuille d'impression (105) vers l'unité de liaison de feuilles (107) ou vers le bac à feuilles (111) ;l'unité de liaison de feuilles (107) étant conçue, lorsque la feuille d'impression (105) est amenée au moyen de l'unité de transport de feuilles (113), pour assembler par liaison de matière la feuille d'impression amenée (105) le long du bord latéral de feuille (105a) à une feuille d'impression précédemment amenée, afin d'obtenir le support d'impression continu (109) ; etle bac à feuilles (111) étant conçu, lorsque la feuille d'impression (105) est amenée au moyen de l'unité de transport de feuilles (113), pour recevoir la feuille d'impression amenée (105).
- Dispositif de confection (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le support d'impression (101) peut être amené vers l'unité de coupe de feuilles (103) dans une première direction de transport, et dans lequel l'unité de transport de feuilles (113) est conçue pour retirer la feuille d'impression assemblée (105) dans une seconde direction de transport, la seconde direction de transport étant perpendiculaire à la première direction de transport.
- Dispositif de confection (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'unité de transport de feuilles (113) est conçue pour fixer la feuille d'impression (105) destinée à être assemblée par liaison de matière au moyen de l'unité de liaison de feuilles (107).
- Dispositif de confection (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'unité de transport de feuilles (113) présente une table de réception de feuilles (113b) destinée à recevoir la feuille d'impression (105), la table de réception de feuilles (113b) présentant une pluralité d'ouvertures d'aspiration qui sont conçues pour aspirer la feuille d'impression (105) sur la table de réception de feuilles (113b) afin de fixer la feuille d'impression (105) destinée à être assemblée par liaison de matière au moyen de l'unité de liaison de feuilles (107).
- Dispositif de confection (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, lequel présente un mode de séparation de feuilles et un mode de feuilles continu, l'unité de transport de feuilles (113) étant conçue pour amener la feuille d'impression (105) vers le bac à feuilles (111) dans le mode de séparation de feuilles et pour amener la feuille d'impression (105) vers l'unité de liaison de feuilles (107) dans le mode de feuilles continu.
- Dispositif de confection (100) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le mode de séparation de feuilles et le mode de feuilles continu sont réglables.
- Dispositif de confection (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'unité de transport de feuilles (113) est conçue pour contrôler la qualité d'impression d'une feuille d'impression, en particulier d'un marquage, et pour enlever une feuille d'impression défectueuse si un défaut de qualité d'impression est détecté.
- Dispositif de confection (100) selon la revendication 7, lequel présente un récipient de feuilles destiné à recevoir des feuilles d'impression enlevées, l'unité de transport de feuilles (113) étant conçue pour amener la feuille d'impression défectueuse vers le récipient de feuilles.
- Dispositif de confection (100) selon la revendication 7 ou 8, dans lequel l'unité de transport de feuilles (113) est conçue pour contrôler la qualité d'impression de façon optique ou par balayage mécanique.
- Dispositif de confection (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'unité de liaison de feuilles (107) est conçue pour assembler la feuille d'impression (105) à la feuille d'impression précédemment amenée par collage ou par soudage, en particulier par soudage laser ou soudage par ultrasons.
- Dispositif de confection (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'unité de liaison de feuilles (107) est conçue pour générer un faisceau de soudage déplaçable le long du bord latéral (105a) de la feuille d'impression (105) afin d'assembler, par liaison de matière, la feuille d'impression (105) à la feuille d'impression précédemment amenée.
- Dispositif de confection (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'unité de liaison de feuilles (107) est conçue pour fixer la feuille d'impression assemblée (105), en particulier pour la fixer à la feuille d'impression précédemment amenée en vue du processus d'assemblage suivant.
- Dispositif de confection (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, lequel présente en outre une unité d'enroulement à rouleau comportant un rouleau d'enroulement servant à enrouler le support d'impression continu (109).
- Dispositif de confection (100) selon la revendication 13, dans lequel l'unité de transport de feuilles (113) présente une unité de guidage de feuille (113a) déplaçable, qui est conçue, lorsque le support continu (109) est enroulé au moyen de l'unité d'enroulement à rouleau, pour guider la feuille d'impression (105) assemblée par liaison de matière au bord latéral de feuille (105a).
- Procédé de confection de supports d'impression (101) destinés à la production de documents, le procédé comprenant :la séparation d'une feuille d'impression (105) à partir d'un support d'impression (101) le long d'un bord de coupe (103a), la feuille d'impression (105) présentant un bord latéral de feuille (105a) qui s'étend de façon perpendiculaire au bord de coupe (103a) ; etl'amenée de la feuille d'impression séparée (105) vers une unité de liaison de feuilles (107) ou un bac à feuilles (111), l'unité de liaison de feuilles (107) étant conçue, lorsque la feuille d'impression (105) est amenée, pour assembler par liaison de matière la feuille d'impression amenée (105) à une feuille d'impression précédemment amenée le long du bord latéral de feuille (105a), afin d'obtenir un support d'impression continu (109), et le bac à feuilles (111) étant conçu, lorsque la feuille d'impression (105) est amenée, pour recevoir la feuille d'impression amenée (105),le procédé étant mis en oeuvre au moyen du dispositif de confection (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14.
