Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif (200) de fabrication d'une carte de données (106) dotée d'une languette souple pour un document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) sous forme de livret, où le document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) présente une couverture (102), ainsi qu'un corps de livret de passeport (104) comprenant une carte de données (106), plusieurs pages doubles (108), une page de garde (110) et une bande collée (112), où la carte de données (106) présente une languette (120) souple reliée avec la carte de données (106) le long d'un bord, où la carte de données (106) est cousue ensemble avec la languette (120) souple, les doubles pages (108), la page de garde (110) et la bande collée (112) à l'aide d'une couture (114), et où la couverture (102) est collée avec une page intérieure (126) à plat avec une page extérieure (124) de la page de garde (110), le dispositif (200) présentant :
    - une unité de traitement (206), où l'unité de traitement (206) présente un réceptacle pour la carte de données (106) ainsi que des moyens (216) permettant la liaison par complémentarité des formes et/ou des matières de la languette (120) et de la carte de données (106) dans une zone de superposition (121), de sorte que la languette (120) apposée sur la carte de données (106) dépasse de la surface de la carte de données (106),
    - une unité de préparation (204) pour la languette (120), où l'unité de préparation (204) présente un dispositif d'amenée (218) pour une bande sans fin (220) destinée à la languette (120), un dispositif de découpe (222) pour la bande sans fin (220) ainsi qu'un dispositif de maintien et de transport (224) pour la languette (120), où le dispositif de maintien et de transport (224) est conçu pour le maintien d'un bord longitudinal de la languette (120) et pour le transport de la languette (120) permettant la réception de la carte de données (106),
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif présente en outre :
    - un dispositif de maintien et de transport (900) pour la carte de données (106) avec
    ∘ au moins un bras à articulations multiples (902) pouvant être mis en rotation et/ou en basculement,
    ∘ une partie frontale (908) logée sur le bras à articulations multiples (902),
    ∘ au moins deux, notamment trois, unités de maintien (912, 914, 916) disposées sur la partie frontale (908), où chaque unité de maintien (912, 914, 916) présente un entraînement (918, 920, 922) pour l'actionnement de l'unité de maintien (912, 914, 916), et
    ∘ une commande (924) pour la commande simultanée des entraînements (918, 920, 922) des unités de maintien (912, 914, 916) et pour le déplacement du bras à articulations multiples (902),
    où le dispositif de maintien et de transport (900) est en prise sur un bord de la carte de données (106) et est conçu pour la disposition de la carte de données (106) dans le réceptacle de l'unité de traitement (206).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens (216) permettant la liaison par complémentarité des formes et/ou des matières de la languette (120) et de la carte de données (106) présentent une sonotrode pour un procédé de soudage par ultrasons.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'unité de préparation (204) présente des moyens permettant le scellement (234) des bords de la languette (120), où les moyens permettant le scellement des bords présentent notamment une sonotrode pour un procédé de soudage par ultrasons, et/ou
    où le dispositif de découpe (222) présente une lame, où la lame est conçue rectiligne ou recourbée.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le dispositif de découpe (222) est disposé dans le flux de production derrière les moyens (234) permettant le scellement des bords de la languette (120).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une unité de lissage (244) est prévue, qui est conçue pour lisser la zone de superposition (121) de la languette (120) et de la carte de données (106) après la connexion de la languette (120) avec la carte de données (106), où l'unité de lissage (244) présente éventuellement une sonotrode, où la sonotrode présente une entrée d'énergie dérivant de la sonotrode de l'unité de traitement (206).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif d'amenée (218) présente une alimentation redondante pour la bande sans fin (220), où l'alimentation présente un magasin dotée d'au moins deux rouleaux (230) pour respectivement une bande sans fin (220) ainsi qu'un dispositif permettant la liaison d'un début d'une bande sans fin (220) d'un rouleau (230) avec une extrémité d'une bande sans fin (220) d'un deuxième rouleau (230).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où le dispositif (200) présente un dispositif d'admission (250), où le dispositif d'admission (250) est conçu pour l'admission d'un magasin (236) avec des cartes de données (106), et où le dispositif d'admission (250) présente un dispositif de prélèvement (238) pour le prélèvement individuel des cartes de données (106) à partir du magasin (236).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le dispositif de prélèvement (238) présente des éléments d'aspiration (240), où les éléments d'aspiration (240), dans une position d'aspiration, dans laquelle un produit plat est maintenu sur les éléments d'aspiration (240), sont disposés dans au moins un plan courbe dans une direction, de sorte que le produit plat est recourbé dans le plan courbe et où des racloirs (242) sont prévus sur le magasin (236) et/ou sur le dispositif d'admission (250), dont la distance est inférieure à l'extension en direction de la carte de données (106) à l'état plat et est supérieure à l'extension dans la direction de la carte de données (106).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel, au niveau du dispositif de prélèvement (238), du dispositif de maintien et de transport (224) pour la languette (120), et/ou du réceptacle, des moyens permettant l'orientation du dispositif de prélèvement (238), du dispositif de maintien et de transport (224) pour la languette (120), par rapport à la carte de données (106), et/ou pour l'orientation relative de la carte de données (106), sont prévus pour la réception, et/ou
    dans lequel un dispositif de reconnaissance (208) est prévu, qui est conçu pour la détection d'une caractéristique d'identification prévue sur la carte de données (106), et/ou pour l'exécution d'un contrôle de qualité de la carte de données (106).
  10. Système (150) de fabrication d'un document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) sous forme de livret, avec un dispositif (200) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    où le système (150) présente en outre :
    - un dispositif (300) permettant la mise en place d'une bande collée sur une page de garde,
    - un dispositif (400) permettant l'élaboration et la mise en place d'une bande collée (112) sur une page de garde (110),
    - un dispositif (500) permettant la reliure des doubles pages (108), de la page de garde (110), de la bande collée (112) ainsi que de la languette (120) pour former un corps de livret de passeport (104),
    - un dispositif de préparation (600) pour une couverture (102),
    - un dispositif de collage et de pliage (700) permettant de relier la page de garde (110) avec la couverture (102) et pour le pliage de l'ébauche de livret de passeport (128),
    - un dispositif de finition (800) pour l'ébauche du livret de passeport (128), où le dispositif de finition (800) façonne des arêtes extérieures de l'ébauche du livret de passeport (128), et
    - un dispositif de personnalisation (850) pour une puce notamment prévue dans la carte de données (106) dans le document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100), avec une zone de mémoire sécurisée, et
    - un dispositif de reconnaissance (208), où le dispositif de reconnaissance (208) est conçu
    ∘ pour la détection d'une caractéristique d'identification de la carte de données (106), et
    ∘ pour l'établissement d'une nomenclature individuelle pour la carte de données (106) respective pour le document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) en fonction de la caractéristique d'identification détectée,
    dans lequel la carte de données (106) présente une caractéristique d'identification, qui définit le type de document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) sous forme de livret, où la carte de données (106), le corps de livret de passeport (104), une ébauche de livret de passeport et/ou le document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) sont transportés individuellement entre les dispositifs, où une association de la carte de données (106) respective, du corps de livret de passeport (104), de l'ébauche de livret de passeport et/ou du document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) a lieu avec la nomenclature individuelle établie par le dispositif de reconnaissance.
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'une carte de données avec une languette souple pour un document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) sous forme de livret, où le document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) présente une couverture (102) ainsi qu'un corps de livret de passeport (104) comprenant une carte de données (106), plusieurs pages doubles (108), une page de garde (110) et une bande collée (112), où la carte de données (106) présente une languette (120) souple reliée avec la carte de données (106) le long d'un bord, où la carte de données (106) est cousue ensemble avec la languette (120) souple, les doubles pages (108), la page de garde (110) et la bande collée (112) à l'aide d'une couture (114), et où la couverture (102) est collée avec une page intérieure (126) à plat avec une page extérieure (124) de la page de garde (110), où le procédé présente les étapes suivantes :
    - la fourniture de la carte de données (106),
    - la mise en place de la carte de données (106) dans le réceptacle de l'unité de traitement (206), où un dispositif de maintien et de transport (900) pour la carte de données (106) est en prise sur un bord de la carte de données (106) et met la carte de données (106) en place dans le réceptacle,
    - la fourniture de la bande sans fin (220),
    - la découpe de la bande sans fin (220) en une languette (120),
    - le dépôt de la languette (120) sur la carte de données (106), où la languette (120) et la carte de données (106) se superposent dans une zone de superposition (121) de sorte que la languette (120) apposée sur la carte de données (106) dépasse au-dessus de la surface de la carte de données (106), où la languette (120) est tenue par un dispositif de maintien et de transport (224) pour la languette (120) au niveau d'un bord longitudinal et est disposée dans le réceptacle,
    - la liaison par complémentarité des formes et/ou des matières de la carte de données (106) avec la languette (120) dans la zone de superposition (121).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel la languette (120) et la carte de données (106) sont reliées par un soudage aux ultrasons dans la zone de superposition (121)
    et/ou
    dans lequel, après la liaison de la languette (120) et de la carte de données (106), il se produit un lissage de la zone de superposition (121), notamment par un procédé ultrasonore, où éventuellement le lissage comprend le traitement du bord de la languette rapportée sur la carte de données (106), où le bord est en particulier biseauté ou arrondi.
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 12, dans lequel la bande sans fin est mise en place par un dispositif d'amenée et est découpée à la longueur nécessaire par un dispositif de découpe,
    et/ou
    dans lequel, avant ou après la découpe de la bande sans fin (220), il y a un scellement des bords de la languette (120), notamment, par un soudage aux ultrasons,
    et/ou
    dans lequel une caractéristique de sécurité est rapportée dans la languette (120),
    et/ou
    dans lequel, après la liaison de la languette (120) avec la carte de données (106), il y a un contrôle de qualité de la carte de données (106), notamment, après le contrôle de la qualité, il y une détection d'une caractéristique d'identification prévue sur la carte de données (106).
  14. Procédé de fabrication d'un document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) sous forme de livret, où le document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) présente une couverture (102) ainsi qu'un corps de livret de passeport (104) comprenant une carte de données (106), plusieurs pages doubles (108), une page de garde (110) et une bande collée (112), où la carte de données (106) présente une languette (120) souple reliée avec la carte de données (106) le long d'un bord, où la carte de données (106) est cousue ensemble avec la languette (120) souple, les doubles pages (108), la page de garde (110) et la bande collée (112) à l'aide d'une couture (114), et où la couverture (102) est collée avec une page intérieure (126) à plat avec une page extérieure (124) de la page de garde (110), où le procédé présente les étapes suivantes
    - la fabrication de la carte de données (106) avec la languette souple à l'aide d'un procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13,
    - la mise en place de la page de garde (110),
    - la mise en place de la bande collée (112) sur le côté extérieur (124) de la page de garde (110),
    - la mise en place des doubles pages (108),
    - la mise en commun de la carte de données (106), des doubles pages (108) et de la page de garde (110),
    - la couture de la languette (120), des doubles pages (108), de la page de garde (110) et de la bande collée (112) le long d'une couture (114) pour faire un corps de livret de passeport (104),
    - la mise en place d'une couverture (102) pour le document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100),
    - la reliure de la feuille modèle (110) avec la couverture (102) pour faire une ébauche de livret de passeport et le pliage de l'ébauche de livret de passeport,
    - la finition de l'ébauche de livret de passeport pour donner un document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100), où notamment la forme extérieure du document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100) est élaborée.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel le document d'identité, de valeur ou de sécurité (100), présente notamment la carte de données (106), une puce avec une zone de mémoire sécurisée, où des données spécifiques à la personne et/ou au document sont stockées dans la zone de mémoire sécurisée de la puce.
