Claims (12)
- Emballage dépliable à partir d'un état plat plié jusqu'à une forme de compartiment polygonal et formant un anneau (8, 38) fermé de manière circonférentielle, comprenant des parois latérales verticales (10) qui sont reliées les unes aux autres par des coins du compartiment polygonal formés conjointement, dans lequel les parois latérales (10) présentent dans leur extension verticale une division en une paroi latérale (10) inférieure et une autre supérieure, et- sur des bords supérieurs (12) des parois latérales inférieures (10) sont insérées dans au moins deux ou plusieurs zones d'angles (24) des barres d'appui (14) qui s'étendent dans l'angle,- les barres d'appui (14) présentent des brides de serrage (20) formées sur leur bord intérieur et extérieur (16, 18) et qui s'étendent à partir d'un plan des barres dans une direction vers le haut et vers le bas,- les brides de serrage (20) dirigées vers le bas délimitent entre elles un canal d'insertion suivant l'extension de la barre d'appui (14), dans lequel sont insérées les parois latérales inférieures (10) dépliées à partir d'un état plat plié jusqu'à une forme de compartiment formant un anneau fermé (8, 38), et qui se trouvent en-dessous du plan des barres et sont reliées les unes aux autres sur cet angle formé conjointement,- les brides de serrage (20) dirigées vers le haut délimitent entre elles un canal d'insertion suivant l'extension de la barre d'appui (14), dans lequel sont insérées les parois latérales supérieures (10) dépliées à partir d'un état plat plié jusqu'à une forme de compartiment formant un anneau fermé (8, 38), et qui se trouvent au-dessus du plan des barres et sont reliées les unes aux autres sur cet angle formé conjointement,- dans lequel la mesure en longueur et la forme de compartiment des parois latérales (10) qui se trouvent en-dessous et au-dessus du plan des barres se correspondent de telle sorte que les parois latérales (10) disposées les unes au-dessus des autres et reliées les unes aux autres par les barres d'appui (14) forment un emballage conjoint avec des surfaces extérieures planes formées respectivement conjointement, caractérisé en ce que les brides de serrage (20) formées sur leur bord intérieur et extérieur (16, 18) présentent respectivement une distance par rapport à des brides de serrage (20) adjacentes disposées sur le même côté du bord intérieur ou extérieur (16, 18) et les brides de serrage (20) formées de manière opposée sur les bords intérieur et extérieur (16, 18) sont disposées respectivement de manière décalée les unes par rapport aux autres.
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage avec les parois latérales inférieures (10) est ajusté dans une partie de fond (4).
- Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que sur les parois latérales supérieures (10) de l'emballage est disposée une partie de couvercle (40).
- Emballage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que sur le côté supérieur de la partie de couvercle sont appliqués des éléments antidérapants (42).
- Emballage selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les barres d'appui (14) présentent des rainures (26) avec des exclusions de matériau (30) ou des fragilisations de matériau.
- Emballage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que des brides de serrage (20), adjacentes, situées au niveau d'une rainure (26) sur le bord extérieur (18) et formant un angle sont reliées les unes aux autres par une charnière de feuillard (28).
- Emballage selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des brides de serrage (20) formées sur le bord intérieur (16) s'élancent plus haut au-dessus de la barre d'appui (14) que les brides de serrage (20) formées sur le bord extérieur (18).
- Emballage selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les brides de serrage (20) présentent des nervures de raidissement (32).
- Emballage selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les brides de serrage (20) présentent, sur leur côté intérieur en regard de la barre d'appui (14), des nez de serrage ou barbillons (34) qui font saillie de la surface environnante des brides de serrage.
- Emballage selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales (10) sont fabriquées en carton ondulé.
- Emballage selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les brides de serrage (20) présentent un façonnage qui permet au canal d'insertion (22) de s'évaser par rapport aux portions plus profondes au niveau de son extrémité d'insertion formant une ouverture d'introduction.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un emballage comprenant des parois latérales (10) divisées dans leur extension verticale selon les étapes de procédé suivantes :- mise en place d'un anneau (8, 38) de parois latérales (10) qui est fermé de manière circonférentielle à partir d'un état plat plié jusqu'à une forme de compartiment polygonal comprenant des parois latérales verticales (10),- insertion, sur des bords supérieurs (12) des parois latérales (10) dans au moins deux ou plusieurs zones d'angles (24), de barres d'appui (14) qui s'étendent dans l'angle, dans lequel sont utilisées en outre des barres d'appui (14) qui présentent des brides de serrage (20) formées sur leur bord intérieur et extérieur (16, 18) et qui s'étendent à partir d'un plan des barres dans une direction vers le haut et vers le bas, les brides de serrage (20) dirigées vers le bas délimitent entre elles un canal d'insertion suivant l'extension de la barre d'appui (14), dans lequel sont insérées les parois latérales inférieures (10) qui se trouvent en-dessous du plan des barres et sont reliées les unes aux autres sur cet angle formé conjointement, les brides de serrage (20) dirigées vers le haut délimitent entre elles un canal d'insertion suivant l'extension de la barre d'appui (14), dans lequel sont insérées à l'étape de procédé suivante les parois latérales supérieures (10) qui se trouvent au-dessus du plan des barres et sont reliées les unes aux autres sur cet angle formé conjointement,- insertion d'un anneau (8, 38) de parois latérales (10), qui est fermé de manière circonférentielle et qui a été au préalable déplié à partir d'un état plat plié jusqu'à une forme de compartiment polygonal comprenant des parois latérales verticales (10), dans le canal d'insertion formé par les brides de serrage (20) dirigées vers le haut , dans lequel la mesure en longueur et la forme de compartiment des parois latérales (10) qui se trouvent en-dessous et au-dessus du plan des barres se correspondent de telle sorte que les parois latérales (10) disposées les unes au-dessus des autres et reliées les unes aux autres par les barres d'appui (14) forment un emballage conjoint avec des surfaces extérieures planes formées respectivement conjointement, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage fabriqué selon la procédé est formé selon une des revendications précédentes 1 à 11.
