Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Fassadenkonstruktion, vorzugsweise einer vorgehängten hinterlüfteten Fassadenkonstruktion. Die Fassadenkonstruktion weist eine Unterkonstruktion aus Tragprofilen auf. Die Unterkonstruktion ist vor einer Gebäudewand angeordnet und ortsfest im Boden und/oder in der Gebäudewand verankert. Die Fassadenkonstruktion weist stranggepresste Fassadenplatten aus keramischem Material, vorzugsweise aus Tonmaterial, auf. Die Fassadenplatten sind über Plattenhalter an der Unterkonstruktion befestigt. An allen oder nur einigen der Tragprofile der Unterkonstruktion sind die Plattenhalter angeordnet. Die Plattenhalter sind unmittelbar oder über separate Träger an den Tragprofilen befestigt. Die Plattenhalter weisen Aufnahmen auf, die zur Befestigung, d.h. Halterung der Fassadenplatten mit Randbereichen der Fassadenplatten in Eingriff sind.
- Solche Fassadenkonstruktionen sind in der
EP 1 878 847 A2 , derEP 2 186 966 A2 und derDE 10 2007 037 566 A1 beschrieben. Die Fassadenplatten sind bei diesen Konstruktionen jeweils im Querformat angeordnet, d.h. mit ihrer Strangpressrichtung horizontal verlaufend. Die Plattenhalter weisen jeweils H-förmige Aufnahmen auf, d.h. Doppelaufnahmen, bestehend aus einer nach unten offenen U-Aufnahme und einer nach oben offenen U-Aufnahme. Die U-Aufnahmen bilden in der Fassadenkonstruktion einen Eingriff mit den unteren und oberen Rändern der Fassadenplatten. - Um eine rüttelfeste Anordnung der Fassadenplatten zu erhalten, werden in der Praxis in den vertikalen Fugen zwischen horizontal benachbarten Fassadenplatten vertikale Fugenprofile eingesetzt. Bei den bekannten Fugenprofilen handelt es sich in der Regel um Bauteile aus Federblech mit einem im Wesentlichen Ω-förmigen Querschnitt mit abgewinkelten Fußschenkeln. Sie werden im vertikalen Fugenprofil zwischen der Frontseite des Tragprofils und der Rückseite der Fassadenplatten angeordnet, um durch ihren Hintergriff der vertikalen Ränder der im Fugenbereich benachbarten Fassadenplatten eine rüttelfeste Anordnung der Fassadenplatten zu erhalten. Derartige Fugenprofile sind in der
EP 1 878 847 A2 gezeigt. Anstelle von solchen Fugenprofilen ist es auch möglich, unmittelbar in den U-förmigen Aufnahmen der Plattenhalter Federelemente anzuordnen. Solche Federelemente als elastische Klammern in den U-förmigen Aufnahmen der Plattenhalter sind in derEP 1 878 847 A2 beschrieben. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Fassadenkonstruktion zu entwickeln, die konstruktiv einfach und kostengünstig eine rüttelfeste Anordnung der Fassadenplatten ermöglicht.
- Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe mit dem Gegenstand des Hauptanspruchs 1.
- Der Hauptanspruch 1 sieht eine Fassadenkonstruktion, vorzugsweise als vorgehängte hinterlüftete Fassadenkonstruktion ausgebildet, vor. Die Fassadenkonstruktion weist eine Unterkonstruktion aus Tragprofilen auf. Es kann sich hierbei um eine Mehrzahl identischer Tragprofile, aber auch um unterschiedliche Tragprofile handeln, mit denen die Unterkonstruktion hergestellt wird, und zwar derart, dass die Unterkonstruktion vor einer Gebäudewand angeordnet und ortsfest im Boden und/oder in der Gebäudewand verankert ist.
- Bei den Fassadenplatten handelt es sich um Fassadenplatten mit Falzen und/oder stranggepresst ausgebildet. Die Fassadenplatten sind vorzugsweise aus keramischem Material, z.B. Tonmaterial ausgebildet. Die Fassadenplatten sind über Plattenhalter an der Unterkonstruktion befestigt. Vorzugsweise weisen die Fassadenplatten Falze auf.
- Die Falze erstrecken sich vorzugsweise entlang gegenüberliegender Außenkanten der Fassadenplatten. Die Falzlängserstreckung entspricht daher der
- Längserstreckung dieser Kanten. Die Falze bilden vorzugsweise die Randbereiche dieser Kanten.
- Alle oder nur einige der Tragprofile, die die Unterkonstruktion bilden, weisen Plattenhalter auf. Die Plattenhalter sind unmittelbar oder über separate Träger an den Tragprofilen, vorzugsweise lösbar, befestigt. Die Plattenhalter weisen Aufnahmen auf, die zur Befestigung der Fassadenplatten mit Randbereichen der Fassadenplatten in Eingriff sind.
- Ein wesentliches Lösungsmerkmal ist, dass neben den Plattenhaltern Andruckelemente vorgesehen sind. Es handelt sich um Andruckelemente, die verdeckt hinter den Fassadenplatten an der Unterkonstruktion, vorzugsweise lösbar befestigt, angeordnet sind. Die Andruckelemente sind jeweils nur einer Fassadenplatte zugeordnet, und zwar derart, dass die Andruckelemente jeweils an der Rückseite der zugeordneten Fassadenplatte in einem Bereich angreifen, der mit Abstand von den mit ihren Aufnahmen an der Fassadenplatte angreifenden Plattenhaltern angeordnet ist. Die zugeordnete Fassadenplatte wird durch das Andruckelement in Richtung zur Frontseite hin im Sinne einer rüttelfesten Aufnahme der Fassadenplatte federnd beaufschlagt. Es kann vorgesehen sein, dass jeder Fassadenplatte nur ein solches Andruckelement zugeordnet ist. Es sind jedoch auch Ausführungen möglich, bei denen einer Fassadenplatte mehrere solcher Andruckelemente zugeordnet sind und somit die mehreren Andruckelemente die jeweilige Fassadenplatte in Richtung zur Frontseite hin im Sinne einer rüttelfesten Aufnahme der Fassadenplatte federnd beaufschlagen. Die rüttelfeste Aufnahme der Fassadenplatte ergibt sich insbesondere dadurch, dass die Fassadenplatte in den vorzugsweise U-förmigen Aufnahmen der Plattenhalter federnd in eine Anlage mit dem frontseitigen Schenkel der U-Aufnahme hin beaufschlagt wird.
- Konstruktiv und fertigungstechnisch vorteilhafte Ausführungen des Andruckelementes bei hoher Funktionssicherheit sind insbesondere möglich, wenn vorgesehen ist, dass das Andruckelement eine Druckfedereinrichtung aufweist. Es kann z.B. vorgesehen sein, dass die Druckfedereinrichtung einen Andruckfederbügel zum Zusammenwirken mit der Rückseite der zugeordneten Fassadenplatte aufweist. Der Andruckfederbügel wirkt mit der Außenseite des Federbügels mit der Rückseite der Fassadenplatte zusammen. Der Andruckfederbügel kann bei besonderen Ausführungen eine Riffelung an der Außenseite aufweisen.
- Was die Befestigung der Andruckelemente betrifft, kann vorteilhafterweise vorgesehen sein, dass das Andruckelement einen Befestigungsabschnitt aufweist, über den das Andruckelement an einem Tragprofil der Unterkonstruktion befestigt ist, vorzugsweise an einem Tragprofil an dem ein oder mehrere der Plattenhalter befestigt ist bzw. sind. Es kann hierzu vorgesehen sein, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt mittels einer Schraubverbindung und/oder einer Nietverbindung und/oder einer Klemmverbindung und/oder einer in einem Schlitz des Tragprofils formschlüssig eingreifenden Einsteckeinrichtung an dem Tragprofil befestigt ist.
- Die Fassadenplatten können in Hochformat oder in Querformat eingesetzt werden unter Ausbildung einer Hochformat-Fassadenplattenkonstruktion bzw. einer Querformat-Fassadenkonstruktion.
- Was den Querformat-Einsatz der Fassadenplatten betrifft, kann vorzugsweise vorgesehen sein, dass die Fassadenplatten mit Falzen und/oder stranggepresst ausgebildet sind, und dass die Fassadenkonstruktion als Querformat-Fassadenkonstruktion ausgebildet ist, in der die Fassadenplatten mit ihrer Falzlängserstreckung und/oder Strangpressrichtung horizontal ausgerichtet sind, und dass die Plattenhalter mit ihrer vorzugsweise U-förmigen Aufnahme an den oberen und unteren horizontalen Rändern der Fassadenplatten angreifen.
- Was den Hochformat-Einsatz der Fassadenplatten betrifft, kann vorzugsweise vorgesehen sein, dass die Fassadenplatten mit Falzen und/oder stranggepresst ausgebildet sind, und dass die Fassadenkonstruktion als Hochformat-Fassadenkonstruktion ausgebildet ist, in der die Fassadenplatten mit ihrer Falzlängserstreckung und/oder Strangpressrichtung vertikal ausgerichtet sind, und dass die Plattenhalter mit ihrer vorzugsweise U-förmigen Aufnahme an gegenüberliegenden vertikalen Rändern der Fassadenplatten angreifen, und dass an den Fassadenplatten jeweils mindestens ein Gewichtsabstützhalter, vorzugsweise am unteren horizontalen Rand der Fassadenplatte mit einer vorzugsweise L-förmigen
- Aufnahme angreift, wobei der Gewichtsabstützhalter an einem der Tragprofile, an denen die Plattenhalter unmittelbar oder über separate Träger befestigt sind, oder an einem weiteren Tragprofil der Unterkonstruktion vorzugsweise lösbar befestigt ist.
- Der Angriff der U-förmigen und L-förmigen Aufnahmen an dem Rand der Fassadenplatte kann als ein mehrseitiges Umgreifen mit Anliegen oder auch nur als ein einseitiges Anliegen ausgebildet sein.

Fig. 1 zeigt eine erste Ausführung einer Fassadenkonstruktion 1 undFig. 2 eine zweite Ausführung einer Fassadenkonstruktion 1. Übereinstimmend handelt es sich jeweils um eine Fassadenkonstruktion mit Fassadenplatten 12, die an einer Unterkonstruktion 4 vor einer Gebäudewand 11 angeordnet sind. Die Fassadenplatten 12 sind jeweils stranggepresste, im Grundriss rechteckige Platten aus keramischem Material. Die Platten sind im Grundriss rechteckig und weisen in Strangpressrichtung SPR verlaufende parallele Langlöcher 12l auf. Die Langlöcher 12l sind in der Längsmittelebene der Platten mit identischem gegenseitigem Abstand über die Grundrissfläche der Platte gleichmäßig verteilt angeordnet. Die Fassadenplatten 12 sind in der Fassadenkonstruktion derFig. 1 und2 jeweils so angeordnet, dass sie jeweils mit ihrer Frontseite unter Ausbildung einer gemeinsamen Frontebene F miteinander fluchten. - Nun zu den Unterschieden der beiden Ausführungen in den
Figuren 1 und2 :
In der inFig. 1 dargestellten ersten Ausführung der Fassadenkonstruktion 1 sind die Fassadenplatten 12 im Querformat angeordnet, d.h. die Fassadenplatten 12 sind in der Fassadenkonstruktion so angeordnet, dass ihre Strangpressrichtung SPR horizontal angeordnet ist. Im Unterschied dazu sind in der inFig. 2 dargestellten zweiten Ausführung der Fassadenkonstruktion die Fassadenplatten 12 in Hochformat angeordnet, d.h. die Fassadenplatten 12 sind in dieser Fassadenkonstruktion so angeordnet, dass ihre Strangpressrichtung SPR vertikal angeordnet ist. Die Fassadenplatten 12 sind in den beiden Ausführungen der Fassadenkonstruktion identisch ausgestaltet. Sie sind lediglich inFig. 1 in Querformat und inFig. 2 in Hochformat, d.h. um ihre Hochachse um 90° gedreht angeordnet. - Bei der ersten Fassadenkonstruktion in
Fig. 1 ist die Unterkonstruktion 4 durch vertikale Tragprofile 41 gebildet. An den Tragprofilen 41 sind in vertikalen Reihen Plattenhalter 13 befestigt. Die Plattenhalter 13 weisen jeweils eine H-Aufnahme 13h auf. In die H-Aufnahmen 13h greifen jeweils in vertikaler Linie angeordnete Fassadenplatten 12 mit ihren der Aufnahme zugewandten hinteren Falzrändern ein. Die hinteren Falzränder sind gegenüber der vorderen Frontseite der Fassadenplatte nach hinten in Richtung Gebäudewand 11 versetzt. Die Fassadenplatten 12 inFig. 1 weisen jeweils an ihrem oberen Rand einen einzigen Kopffalz 12ko auf; dieser ist in der hinteren Ebene ausgebildet. An ihrem unteren Rand weisen die Fassadenplatten jeweils einen längeren Fußfalz 12fl in einer vorderen Ebene und einen kürzeren Fußfalz 12fk in der hinteren Ebene auf. In die untere Aufnahme der H-Aufnahme 13h greift der Kopffalz 12ko der unteren Fassadenplatte 12 ein. In die obere Aufnahme greift der hintere kurze Fußfalz 12fk der oberen Fassadenplatte 12 ein, wobei der längere Fußfalz 12fl die H-Aufnahme 13h frontseitig abdeckt. - Die Fassadenplatten 12 werden in der Fassadenkonstruktion in
Fig. 1 über die Plattenhalter 13 also dadurch gehalten, dass Plattenhalter 13 jeweils am oberen Rand und am unteren Rand mit ihren H-Aufnahmen 13h angreifen, und zwar am oberen Rand der Fassadenplatte mit der unteren Aufnahme der H-Aufnahme und am unteren Rand der Fassadenplatte mit der oberen Aufnahme der H-Aufnahme. - Wie in
Fig. 1 erkennbar, sind zwischen horizontal benachbarter Fassadenplatten vertikale Fugen VF ausgebildet. In diese Fugen greifen Fugenprofile 18 ein. Die Fugenprofile 18 sind als Federblechprofile mit einem im wesentlichen Ω-förmigem Querschnitt mit abgewinkelten Fußschenkeln ausgebildet. Das Fugenprofil 18 ist zwischen der Frontseite des Tragprofils 41 und der Rückseite der über die Fuge horizontal benachbarten Fassadenplatten angeordnet. Das Fugenprofil 18 erstreckt sich entlang der Längsmittelachse des Tragprofils 41 über mehrere horizontale Reihen der Fassadenplatten. Das Fugenprofil 18 beaufschlagt die Fassadenplatten so, dass sie in den Aufnahmen 13h der Plattenhalter 13 in Richtung zur Frontseite der Fassadenkonstruktion gedrängt werden und an der Innenseite des frontseitigen Schenkels der U-Aufnahmen der Plattenhalter 13 in Anlage kommen. Damit sorgt das Fugenprofil 18 für eine rüttelfeste Anordnung der Fassadenplatten in den Plattenhaltern 13. - Bei den in der Ausführung in
Fig. 1 eingesetzten Plattenhaltern 13 sind in den Aufnahmen der Plattenhalter bügelförmige Edelstahlfedern 13f aus Stahlblech integriert, die in zugeordnete rückwärtige Nuten in den Fassadenplatten eingreifen und damit ein Ausheben der Fassadenplatten verhindern. Derartige Edelstahlfedern 13f in Aufnahmen von Plattenhaltern sind z.B. in derEP 1 878 847 A2 beschrieben. Bei der inFig. 2 dargestellten zweiten Ausführung der Fassadenkonstruktion - es handelt sich wie gesagt um eine Hochformat-Fassadenkonstruktion - ist die Unterkonstruktion 4 durch horizontale Tragprofile 42 gebildet. An den Tragprofilen 42 sind Plattenhalter 13 in horizontalen Reihen befestigt. Die Plattenhalter 13 sind gleich aufgebaut wie die Plattenhalter inFig. 1 . Sie weisen H-Aufnahmen 13h mit darin integrierten bügelförmigen Edelstahlfedern 13f auf. Insbesondere bei diesem Einsatz der Plattenhalter 13 in der Hochformat-Fassadenkonstruktion können bei besonderen Ausführungen in den H-Aufnahmen in beiden Aufnahmen bügelförmige Edelstahlfedern 13f angeordnet sein, um den eingreifenden Falzrand zu halten. Die Plattenhalter 13 greifen mit ihren H-Aufnahmen an den vertikalen Seitenrändern der in Hochformat angeordneten Fassadenplatten 12 an. Hierbei greifen die jeweils hinteren Falzränder der Fassadenplatten in die Aufnahmen der Plattenhalter 13 ein. Der Eingriff der seitlichen Falzränder inFig. 2 erfolgt in die H-Aufnahmen der Plattenhalter 13 in entsprechender Weise wie der Eingriff der oberen und unteren Falzränder bei der Querformat-Fassadenkonstruktion inFig. 1 . Vorzugsweise handelt es sich bei den horizontalen Tragprofilen 42 inFig. 2 um identische Bauteile wie bei den vertikalen Tragprofilen 41 derFig. 1 , wobei diese inFig. 2 lediglich in horizontaler Anordnung, d.h. um 90° um die Hochachse gedreht angeordnet sind. Auch bei den Plattenhaltern 13 inFig. 2 handelt es sich vorzugsweise um Plattenhalter, die identisch ausgebildet und an den Tragprofilen 42 identisch angeordnet sind wie die Plattenhalter 13 inFig. 1 . Hinsichtlich der Funktion unterscheiden sich die Plattenhalter 13 in der Fassadenkonstruktion inFig. 2 jedoch von den Plattenhaltern 13 in der Fassadenkonstruktion inFig. 1 . InFig. 2 tragen die Plattenhalter 13 lediglich die Windlasten, da sie mit ihren Aufnahmen lediglich seitlich an den vertikalen Rändern der Fassadenplatten angreifen. - Zur Abstützung der Gewichtslasten sind in der Hochformat-Fassadenkonstruktion in
Fig. 2 separate Winkelhalter 19 mit L-winkelförmiger Aufnahme an den Tragprofilen 42 angebracht. Die Befestigung der Winkelhalter 19 an den Tragprofilen 42 erfolgt wie inFig. 2 gezeigt über eine Schrauben- oder Nietverbindung an der Frontseite des Tragprofils 42 außerhalb der Langlochbefestigungsreihen, in denen die Winkelhalter 19 über Nietverbindung befestigt sind. Die Fassadenplatten 12 lagern mit ihrem unteren Rand auf den Winkelhaltern 19 auf. Der freie L-Schenkel der L-winkelförmigen Aufnahme der Winkelhalter 19 untergreift hierfür den unteren Rand der Fassadenplatten 12, vorzugsweise ohne frontseitig vorzustehen (sieheFiguren 5 ). - Wie in den
Figuren 5 gezeigt, kann der am unteren Rand der Fassadenplatte 12 angreifende Winkelhalter 19 durch einen Falz verdeckt werden, der durch einen unteren Einschnitt 12a am unteren Rand dieser Fassadenplatte gebildet ist und zusätzlich durch einen Falz, der durch einen oberen Einschnitt 12b am oberen Rand der unten angrenzenden Fassadenplatte 12 gebildet ist. Der Stützhalter 19 greift dabei zwischen dem unteren horizontalen Rand der oberen Fassadenplatte und dem oberen horizontalen Rand der unten angrenzenden Fassadenplatte ein. Frontseitig wird dabei der Winkelhalter 19 durch den Falz verdeckt, der durch den unteren Einschnitt 12a am unteren horizontalen Rand und durch den oberen Einschnitt 12b am oberen horizontalen Rand der Fassadenplatte jeweils als vorderer Falz ausgebildet ist. - Der Winkelhalter 19 kann wie in
Fig. 5c gezeigt, bei gegenüberFig. 2 abgewandelten Ausführungen, auch abgekantet, d.h. im weitesten Sinne mit U-förmigem Querschnitt ausgebildet sein und in eine in den unteren Rand der Fassadenplatte 12 eingeschnittene Nut eingreifen. Der untere Rand der Fassadenplatten kann im weitesten Sinne mit einem vorderen Falz und einem hinteren Falz ausgebildet sein und der Winkelhalter 19 den hinteren Falzrand umgreifen. - Bei gegenüber
Fig. 2 abgewandelten Ausführungen kann auch der obere Rand der Fassadenplatten 12 mit einer vergleichbaren Nut bzw. mit einem vorderen Falz und einem hinteren Falz ausgebildet sein (sieheFigur 5d ). Der Winkelhalter 19 kann an seiner Unterseite eine Abkantung aufweisen und in entsprechender Weise in den unteren Rand der Fassadenplatten eingreifen, d.h. in die Nut eingreifen oder den hinteren Falz umgreifen. Alternativ kann für den Eingriff in den oberen Rand der Fassadenplatten 12 auch ein separater oberer Stützhalter vorgesehen sein, der separat an dem Tragprofil 42 befestigt ist. Der Stützhalter kann hierfür mit im wesentlichen L-förmigem Querschnitt mit einer Abkantung an seiner Unterseite ausgebildet sein. - Zur rüttelfesten Anordnung der Fassadenplatten 12 in den H-Aufnahmen 13h der Plattenhalter 13 sind in der Hochformat-Fassadenkonstruktion in
Fig. 2 anstelle der inFig. 1 verwendeten Fugenprofile 18 jeweils verdeckt hinter den Fassadenplatten 12 angeordnete Andruckelemente 28 vorgesehen. Die Andruckelemente 28 wirken jeweils einzeln mit einer Fassadenplatte 12 zusammen, d.h. ein separates Andruckelement 28 je Fassadenplatte 12. Die Andruckelemente 28 sind aus Federblech ausgebildet. Sie weisen einen Federbügel 28f und einen Befestigungsabschnitt 28b auf. Das Andruckelement 28 ist zwischen der Frontseite des Tragprofils 42 und der Rückseite der Fassadenplatte 12 angeordnet und wirkt mit der Außenseite des Federbügels 28f auf die Rückseite der Fassadenplatte 12 ein und beaufschlagt die Fassadenplatte in Richtung zur Frontseite der Fassadenkonstruktion. Die Andruckelemente 28 sind mit ihrem Befestigungsabschnitt 28b in der inFig. 2 dargestellten Fassadenkonstruktion an dem Trägerprofil 42 befestigt, und zwar über eine Nietverbindung in einem Langloch der Langlochreihe, in der auch die Plattenhalter 13 befestigt sind. - Die Befestigung der Andruckelemente 28 erfolgt in den Langlöchern der Langlochreihe 42l, die im Tragprofil ausgebildet ist. In derselben Langlochreihe 42l sind auch die Plattenhalter 13 befestigt, und zwar in gleicher Weise wie die Andruckelemente 28. In gleicher Weise sind auch bei der Fassadenkonstruktion in
Fig. 1 die Plattenhalter 13 in der entsprechenden Langlochreihe 41l im Tragprofil 41 befestigt. Es handelt sich um eine Befestigung wie bekannt aus derEP 2 186 966 A2 . - Die in
Fig. 4 dargestellte abgewandelte Ausführung des Andruckelements 28 weist im Unterschied zu dem inFig. 2 eingesetzten Andruckelement 28 einen Befestigungsabschnitt auf, der als Klemmlasche ausgebildet ist. Die Klemmlasche wirkt zur Befestigung mit dem für die jeweilige Position ausgewählten Langloch der Schräglanglochreihe 42l in dem Profilträger 42 zusammen, und zwar unter Ausbildung einer Klemmverbindung. Hierfür weist die Klemmlasche, wie in der Einzeldarstellung inFig. 4 dargestellt, eine schräge Endkante auf, in der eine Z-Abkantung ausgebildet ist. Die Schräge der Endkante entspricht dem Neigungswinkel des Langlochs der Langlochreihe. In der Klemmstellung greift die Z-Abkantung in das Langloch ein und wird auf Anschlag eingeschoben, sodass die Z-Abkantung den Abschnitt des Tragprofils hinter dem Langloch hintergreift. Das Andruckelement 28 in den unterschiedlichen Ausführungen derFig. 3 und4 kann auch bei der inFig. 1 dargestellten Querformat-Fassadenkonstruktion eingesetzt werden, und zwar befestigt an dem Tragprofil 41 in entsprechender Weise wie vorangehend für die Fassadenkonstruktion derFig. 2 beschrieben. Das Andruckelement 28 kann so das Fugenprofil 18 ersetzen oder zusätzlich zu dem Fugenprofil 18 eingesetzt werden. -

Claims (7)
- Fassadenkonstruktion, vorzugsweise vorgehängte hinterlüftete Fassadenkonstruktion,- mit einer aus Tragprofilen (41,42) gebildeten Unterkonstruktion (4), die vor einer Gebäudewand (11) angeordnet und ortsfest im Boden und/oder in der Gebäudewand (11) verankert ist,- mit Fassadenplatten (12) mit Falzen und/oder stranggepresst, vorzugsweise aus keramischem Material, z.B. Tonmaterial, die über Plattenhalter (13) an der Unterkonstruktion (4) befestigt sind,- wobei an allen oder nur einigen der Tragprofile (41, 42) die Plattenhalter (13) angeordnet sind, indem die Plattenhalter (13) unmittelbar oder über separate Träger an den Tragprofilen (41, 42), vorzugsweise lösbar, befestigt sind und die Plattenhalter (13) Aufnahmen (13h) aufweisen, die zur Befestigung der Fassadenplatten (12) mit Randbereichen der Fassadenplatten (12) in Eingriff sind,dadurch gekennzeichnet,- dass Andruckelemente (28) verdeckt hinter den Fassadenplatten (12) an der Unterkonstruktion (4) abgestützt angeordnet sind; und- dass die Andruckelemente (28) jeweils nur einer Fassadenplatte (12) zugeordnet sind derart, dass die Andruckelemente (28) jeweils an der Rückseite der zugeordneten Fassadenplatte (12) in einem Bereich, der mit Abstand zu den mit ihren Aufnahmen (13h) an der Fassadenplatte (12) angreifenden Plattenhaltern (13) angeordnet ist, angreifen und die zugeordnete Fassadenplatte (12) in Richtung zur Frontseite (F) hin im Sinne einer rüttelfesten Aufnahme der Fassadenplatte (13) federnd beaufschlagt ist.
- Fassadenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Andruckelement (28) eine Druckfedereinrichtung aufweist. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Druckfedereinrichtung einen Andruckfederbügel (28f) zum Zusammenwirken mit der Rückseite der zugeordneten Fassadenplatte (12) aufweist. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Andruckelement (28) einen Befestigungsabschnitt (28b) aufweist, über den das Andruckelement (28) an einem Tragprofil (41, 42) der Unterkonstruktion (4) befestigt ist, vorzugsweise an einem Tragprofil (41, 42), an dem ein oder mehrere der Plattenhalter (13) befestigt ist bzw. sind. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Befestigungsabschnitt (28b) mittels einer Schraubverbindung und/oder Nietverbindung und/oder einer Klemmverbindung und/oder einer in einem Schlitz (41l, 42l) des Tragprofils (41, 42) formschlüssig eingreifenden Einsteckeinrichtung an dem Tragprofil befestigt ist. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,- dass die Fassadenplatten (12) mit Falzen und/oder stranggepresst ausgebildet sind, und- dass die Fassadenkonstruktion als Querformat-Fassadenkonstruktion ausgebildet ist, in der die Fassadenplatten (12) mit ihrer Falzlängserstreckung und/oder Strangpressrichtung (SPR) horizontal ausgerichtet sind, und- dass die Plattenhalter (13) mit ihrer vorzugsweise U-förmigen Aufnahme (13h) an den oberen und unteren horizontalen Rändern (12ko, 12fk) der Fassadenplatten (12) angreifen. - Fassadenkonstruktion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,- dass die Fassadenplatten (12) mit Falzen und/oder stranggepresst ausgebildet sind, und- dass die Fassadenkonstruktion als Hochformat-Fassadenkonstruktion ausgebildet ist, in der die Fassadenplatten (12) mit ihrer Falzlängserstreckung und/oder Strangpressrichtung (SPR) vertikal ausgerichtet sind, und- dass die Plattenhalter (13) mit ihrer vorzugsweise U-förmigen Aufnahme (13h) an gegenüberliegenden vertikalen Rändern der Fassadenplatten (12) angreifen, und- dass an den Fassadenplatten (12) jeweils mindestens ein Gewichtsabstützhalter (19), vorzugsweise am unteren horizontalen Rand der Fassadenplatte (12) mit einer vorzugsweise L-förmigen Aufnahme angreift, wobei der Gewichtsabstützhalter (19) an einem der Tragprofile (41, 42), an denen die Plattenhalter (13) unmittelbar oder über separate Träger befestigt sind, oder an einem weiteren Tragprofil der Unterkonstruktion (4) vorzugsweise lösbar befestigt ist.
