Claims (15)

  1. Système à vide (40), en particulier système de spectrométrie de masse, comprenant :
    une pompe à vide (44), en particulier une pompe à vide turbomoléculaire et/ou à débit partagé, comportant un rotor de pompe (48) disposé dans un carter de rotor (26), et
    une chambre à vide (42) qui peut être évacuée au moyen de la pompe à vide et qui est entourée par un carter de chambre (28),
    le carter de rotor (28) et le carter de chambre (26) étant formés d'un seul tenant par un corps de carter (20),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le corps de carter (20) est une pièce extrudée.
  2. Système à vide (40) selon la revendication 1,
    dans lequel
    une ouverture (46) est ménagée dans le corps de carter (20) entre le rotor de pompe (48) et la chambre à vide (42).
  3. Système à vide (40) selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    dans lequel
    au moins deux cavités (30, 32) cylindriques, en particulier cylindriques circulaires, orientées parallèlement sont formées dans le corps de carter (20), le rotor de pompe (30) est disposé dans une première des cavités (30) et la chambre à vide (42) est formée dans une seconde des cavités (32),
    en particulier, le corps de carter comprend une troisième cavité cylindrique, en particulier cylindrique circulaire,
    un autre rotor de pompe et/ou une autre chambre à vide est prévu(e) dans la troisième cavité cylindrique.
  4. Système à vide (40) selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel
    le rotor de pompe (48) est disposé enfiché dans le carter de rotor (28).
  5. Système à vide (40) selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel
    la pompe (44) comprend un élément de base de pompe (56) fixé au corps de carter (20).
  6. Système à vide (40) selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel

  8. Système à vide (40) selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, le système à vide (40) comprenant au moins une seconde chambre à vide (42) qui est également formée dans le corps de carter (20).
  9. Système à vide (40) selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel
    la chambre à vide (42) est disposée radialement et/ou axialement par rapport au rotor de pompe (48) au voisinage de celui-ci, et/ou
    le carter de rotor et le carter de chambre et/ou des cavités cylindriques, en particulier cylindriques circulaires, qui y sont respectivement prévues sont de taille différente dans leurs sections transversales, de préférence avec une différence de taille d'au moins 20 %.
  10. Système à vide (40) selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, dans lequel
    une cavité (30) cylindrique, en particulier cylindrique circulaire, pour le rotor de pompe (48) et une cavité (32) cylindrique, en particulier cylindrique circulaire, pour la chambre à vide (42) sont refermées par un couvercle commun (66).
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'un système à vide (40), en particulier d'un système de spectrométrie de masse et/ou d'un système à vide selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    dans lequel
    le système à vide (40) comprend une pompe à vide (44), en particulier une pompe à vide turbomoléculaire et/ou à débit partagé, comportant un rotor de pompe (48) qui est disposé dans un carter de rotor (26), et une chambre à vide (42) qui peut être évacuée au moyen de la pompe à vide et qui est entourée par un carter de chambre (28),
    le carter de rotor (26) et le carter de chambre (28) sont formés d'un seul tenant par un corps de carter (20),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le corps de carter (20) est fabriqué par extrusion.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11,
    dans lequel
    le rotor de pompe (48) est enfiché dans le carter de rotor (26).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12,
    dans lequel
    une ouverture (36) est ménagée dans le carter de chambre (28), et un élément fonctionnel est inséré à travers ladite ouverture (36) dans la chambre à vide (42).
  14. Procédé selon l'une au moins des revendications 11 à 13,
    dans lequel
    une ouverture (46) reliant l'intérieur du carter de rotor (26) à la chambre à vide (42) est ménagée dans le corps de carter (20).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14,
    dans lequel
    l'ouverture (46) est réalisée au moyen d'un outil d'enlèvement de copeaux à engagement par l'arrière.
