Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine chromfreie Zusammensetzung zur Vorbehandlung von Aluminiumoberflächen, ein entsprechendes Verfahren sowie ein entsprechend vorbehandeltes Bauteil oder Band.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik sind zwar Verfahren zur Vorbehandlung von Aluminiumoberflächen bekannt, durch welche sich eine gute Lackhaftung auf Aluminiumoberflächen erzielen lässt. Hierbei kommen jedoch häufig chromhaltige Behandlungslösungen zum Einsatz. Chrom ist mittlerweile aufgrund seiner Toxizität sowie Umweltschädlichkeit als Bestandteil von Behandlungslösungen unerwünscht.
  • Obgleich Verfahren zur chromfreien Vorbehandlung von Aluminiumoberflächen bereits aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt sind - verwiesen sei hier insbesondere auf die US 2007/231496 A1 , die US 2009/214883 A1 sowie die US 5 919 318 A -, führen diese bislang bei einigen Anwendungen nicht zu zufriedenstellenden Ergebnisse hinsichtlich der Lackhaftung, insbesondere wenn verschiedenste Aluminiumlegierungen den Einsatz einer einzigen Vorbehandlungslösung erfordern.
  • Daher war es die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine chromfreie Zusammensetzung zur Vorbehandlung von Aluminiumoberflächen sowie ein entsprechendes Verfahren bereitzustellen, welche/s die vorgenannten Nachteile vermeidet und insbesondere die Lackhaftung auf verschiedenen Aluminiumoberflächen verbessert, insbesondere auf Legierungen, welche Variationen der Serien 1000 - auch weichgeglüht -, 2000, 4000 und 5000 sowie der Serie 8000 nach DIN EN 573-3 darstellen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, ein Konzentrat nach Anspruch 9, ein Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 sowie ein Bauteil oder Band nach Anspruch 14.
  • Die abhängigen Ansprüche geben dabei vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung wieder.
  • Im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung ist unter "wässrig" zu verstehen, dass mehr als 50 Gew.-% des enthaltenen Lösemittels Wasser ist.
  • Mit "chromfreier Zusammensetzung" ist gemeint, dass zu deren Herstellung nur Rohstoffe eingesetzt werden, die Chrom höchstens als Verunreinigung im ppm-Bereich enthalten.
  • Unter einer "Aluminiumoberfläche" soll eine solche Oberfläche verstanden werden, welche zumindest zum Teil aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung besteht.
  • Der Begriff "Hexafluorozirkoniumsäure" soll neben der Hexafluorozirkoniumsäure selbst auch ihre einfach sowie zweifach deprotonierte Form mitumfassen. Entsprechendes gilt für "Hexafluorotitansäure".
  • Der Begriff "Phosphat" soll neben Orthophosphat auch Pyrophosphat, Polyphosphat sowie jeweils alle einfach oder mehrfach protonierten Formen mitumfassen. Der Begriff "Molybdat" soll neben Molybdat selbst auch seine einfach oder zweifach protonierte Form mitumfassen.
  • Der Begriff "organisches Polymer" soll auch organische Copolymere sowie Gemische von organischen Polymeren und/oder Copolymeren mitbeinhalten.
  • Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine wässrige, chromfreie Zusammensetzung zur Vorbehandlung von Aluminiumoberflächen, welche mindestens eine wasserlösliche Phosphorverbindung, mindestens eine wasserlösliche Zirkoniumverbindung, mindestens eine wasserlösliche Titanverbindung und mindestens eine wasserlösliche Molybdänverbindung enthält, wobei der Gehalt an Phosphorverbindung im Bereich von 15 bis 50 mg/l (berechnet als Phosphor), der Gehalt an Zirkoniumverbindung im Bereich von 400 bis 600 mg/l (berechnet als Metall), der Gehalt an Titanverbindung im Bereich von 85 bis 400 mg/l (berechnet als Metall) und der Gehalt an Molybdänverbindung im Bereich von 40 bis 150 mg/l (berechnet als Metall) liegt, und wobei die wässrige Zusammensetzung einen pH-Wert (bei Raumtemperatur) im Bereich von 2,0 bis 5,0 aufweist.
  • Bevorzugt liegt dabei der Gehalt an Phosphorverbindung im Bereich von 25 bis 40 mg/l (berechnet als Phosphor), der Gehalt an Zirkoniumverbindung im Bereich von 450 bis 540 mg/l (berechnet als Metall), der Gehalt an Titanverbindung im Bereich von 200 bis 400 mg/l (berechnet als Metall), und der Gehalt an Molybdänverbindung im Bereich von 60 bis 130 mg/l (berechnet als Metall).
  • Besonders bevorzugt liegt dabei der Gehalt an Phosphorverbindung im Bereich von 30 bis 38 mg/l (berechnet als Phosphor), der Gehalt an Zirkoniumverbindung im Bereich 470 bis 520 mg/l (berechnet als Metall), der Gehalt an Titanverbindung im Bereich von 350 bis 380 mg/l (berechnet als Metall), und der Gehalt an Molybdänverbindung im Bereich von 80 bis 125 mg/l (berechnet als Metall).
  • Es sollen jedoch explizit auch sämtliche Unterkombinationen der vorgenannten Bereiche, bevorzugten Bereiche und besonders bevorzugten Bereiche für die einzelnen Gehalte mitumfasst sein, beispielsweise die Kombination des Gehalts an Phosphorverbindung im Bereich von 15 bis 50 mg/l, des bevorzugten Gehalts an Zirkoniumverbindung im Bereich von 450 bis 540 mg/l, des besonders bevorzugten Gehalts an Titanverbindung im Bereich von 350 bis 380 mg/l und des Gehalts an Molybdänverbindung im Bereich von 40 bis 150 mg/l.
  • Bevorzugt liegen die Verhältnisse der einzelnen Gehalte an Phosphorverbindung, Zirkoniumverbindung, Titanverbindung und Molybdänverbindung im Bereich von (0,04 bis 0,40) zu (1,4 bis 5,8) zu 1,0 zu (0,10 bis 1,4), besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von (0,06 bis 0,25) zu (1,4 bis 3,5) zu 1,0 zu (0,15 bis 0,9) und ganz besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von (0,08 bis 0,12) zu (1,4 bis 1,5) zu 1,0 zu (0,20 bis 0,40) (normiert auf den Gehalt an Titanverbindung).
  • Auch hier sollen explizit sämtliche Unterkombinationen der vorgenannten bevorzugten, besonders bevorzugten und ganz besonders bevorzugten Bereiche für die einzelnen Verhältnisse mitumfasst sein, beispielsweise die Kombination (0,04 bis 0,40) zu (1,4 bis 3,5) zu 1,0 zu (0,20 bis 0,40).
  • Vorzugsweise enthält die wässrige Zusammensetzung freies Fluorid, wobei der Gehalt an freiem Fluorid im Bereich von 40 bis 100 mg/l, bevorzugt im Bereich von 60 bis 80 mg/l liegt, und der Gesamtgehalt an Fluor im Bereich von 1 bis 2 g/l, bevorzugt im Bereich von 1,4 bis 1,8 g/l liegt.
  • Der Gehalt an freiem Fluorid wird dabei potentiometrisch mittels einer fluoridsensitiven Elektrode bei Raumtemperatur bestimmt, der Gesamtgehalt an Fluor destillativ nach Seel sowie potentiometrisch.
  • Bevorzugt umfasst die mindestens eine Zirkoniumverbindung dabei Hexafluorozirkoniumsäure und die mindestens eine Titanverbindung Hexafluorotitansäure. Besonders bevorzugten ist die mindestens eine Zirkoniumverbindung dabei Hexafluorozirkoniumsäure und die mindestens eine Titanverbindung Hexafluorotitansäure.
  • Bei der mindestens einen Phosphorverbindung handelt es sich vorzugsweise um Phosphat. Bei der mindestens einen Molybdänverbindung handelt es sich vorzugsweise um Molybdat. Besonders bevorzugt ist die mindestens eine Phosphorverbindung Phosphat und die mindestens eine Molybdänverbindung Molybdat.
  • Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die mindestens eine Zirkoniumverbindung Hexafluorozirkoniumsäure, die mindestens eine Titanverbindung Hexafluorotitansäure, die mindestens eine Phosphorverbindung Phosphat und die mindestens eine Molybdänverbindung Molybdat.
  • Vorzugsweise weist die wässrige Zusammensetzung einen pH-Wert (bei Raumtemperatur) im Bereich von 3,0 bis 4,0 auf. Des Weiteren weist die wässrige Zusammensetzung vorzugsweise Freie-Säure-Punkte im Bereich von 3,9 bis 4,5 und Gesamtsäurepunkte von nicht mehr als 25 auf.
  • Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist die wässrige Zusammensetzung einen pH-Wert (bei Raumtemperatur) im Bereich von 3,0 bis 4,0, Freie-Säure-Punkte im Bereich von 3,9 bis 4,5 und Gesamtsäurepunkte von nicht mehr als 25 auf.
  • Zur Bestimmung der Freie-Säure-Punkte werden dabei 25 ml der wässrigen Zusammensetzung in einem geeigneten Gefäß mit 100 ml destilliertem Wasser verdünnt und mit ca. 5 ml einer 25 %-igen Kaliumfluoridlösung sowie 5 Tropfen einer Phenolphthaleinlösung versetzt. Mit 0,1 M Natronlauge wird dann bis zum Farbumschlag nach rot, d.h. auf pH 8,6 titriert. Das Volumen in ml der bei der Titration verbrauchten Natronlauge ergibt so die Freie-Säure-Punkte.
  • Hingegen werden zur Bestimmung der Gesamtsäurepunkte 25 ml der wässrigen Zusammensetzung in einem geeigneten Gefäß mit 100 ml destilliertem Wasser verdünnt und mit 5 Tropfen einer Phenolphthaleinlösung versetzt. Mit 0,1 M Natronlauge wird dann bis zum Farbumschlag nach rot, d.h. auf pH 8,6 titriert. Das Volumen in ml der bei der Titration verbrauchten Natronlauge ergibt so die Gesamtsäurepunkte.
  • Die wässrige Zusammensetzung enthält bevorzugt insgesamt nicht mehr als 1 mg/l, besonders bevorzugt nicht mehr als 0,5 mg/l und ganz besonders bevorzugt nicht mehr als 0,1 mg/l an organischem Polymer. Die Gegenwart von organischen Polymeren, insbesondere von Polyacrylsäure, kann sich nämlich nachteilig auf die erzielte Lackhaftung auswirken.
  • Vorzugsweise enthält die wässrige Zusammensetzung nicht mehr als 300 mg/l, besonders bevorzugt nicht mehr als 100 mg/l an Aluminium. Aluminium wird bei der Herstellung der wässrigen Zusammensetzung nicht zugesetzt, gelangt jedoch über die chemische Reaktion zwischen zu behandelnder Aluminiumoberfläche und Behandlungslösung in letztere.
  • Vorzugsweise enthält die wässrige Zusammensetzung insgesamt nicht mehr als 20 mg/l, besonders bevorzugt nicht mehr als 10 mg/l der Elemente As, Ba, Cd, Co, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sb, Sn, Sr, V und Ce.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich zudem auf ein Konzentrat, aus dem durch Verdünnen mit Wasser, und gegebenenfalls Einstellen des pH-Wertes mit einer geeigneten Säure oder Base die erfindungsgemäße wässrige Zusammensetzung erhältlich ist.
  • Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist auch ein Verfahren zur chromfreien Vorbehandlung von Aluminiumoberflächen, bei dem eine gegebenenfalls gereinigte und gespülte Oberfläche, welche zumindest zum Teil aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung besteht, mit der erfindungsgemäßen wässrigen Zusammensetzung in Kontakt gebracht und dann gegebenenfalls gespült und/oder getrocknet wird.
  • Bei besagter Oberfläche handelt es sich insbesondere um die Oberfläche eines Bauteils oder eines Bandes.
  • Vorzugsweise besteht die Oberfläche zum überwiegenden Teil, besonders bevorzugt ausschließlich oder nahezu ausschließlich aus Aluminium oder mindestens einer Aluminiumlegierung.
  • Geeignete Aluminiumlegierungen sind insbesondere Aluminium-Magnesium-Legierungen wie die der Serie 5000 und Aluminium-Magnesium-Silizium-Legierungen wie die der Serie 2000.
  • Das Inkontaktbringen der Oberfläche mit der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung kann durch Tauchapplikation sowie durch Spritzapplikation erfolgen.
  • Sowohl bei der Tauchapplikation als auch bei der Spritzapplikation wird die Oberfläche bevorzugt für 4 bis 10 Sekunden bei 45 bis 60 °C, besonders bevorzugt für 5 bis 7 Sekunden bei 50 bis 55 °C, mit der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung in Kontakt gebracht.
  • Vorzugsweise wird die Oberfläche derart mit der wässrigen Behandlungslösung in Kontakt gebracht, dass eine Phosphorauflage (berechnet als P2O5) im Bereich von 8 bis 17 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 10 bis 15 mg/m2, eine Zirkoniumauflage im Bereich von 1 bis 6 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 1 bis 2 mg/m2, eine Titanauflage im Bereich von 7 bis 19 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 11 bis 16 mg/m2, und eine Molybdänauflage im Bereich von 6 bis 18 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 9 bis 14 mg/m2, auf der Oberfläche resultiert. Die Auflagen werden hierbei mittels Röntgenfluoreszenzanalyse (RFA) bestimmt.
  • Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform handelt es sich bei der Oberfläche um die Oberfläche eines Bandes, wobei die Oberfläche für 5 bis 10 Sekunden bei 50 bis 55 °C in die wässrige Zusammensetzung getaucht wird.
  • Vorteilhafterweise wird die Oberfläche zunächst alkalisch oder alkalisch und sauer gereinigt, dann gründlich, bevorzugt in mehreren Stufen, mit Wasser gespült und in die wässrige Zusammensetzung getaucht.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich außerdem auf ein Bauteil oder Band mit einer Oberfläche, welche zumindest zum Teil aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung besteht, wobei das Bauteil oder Band mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren erhältlich ist und gegebenenfalls lackiert wurde.
  • Die Oberfläche des Bauteils oder Bandes weist dabei vorzugsweise eine Phosphorauflage (berechnet als P2O5) im Bereich von 8 bis 17 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 10 bis 15 mg/m2, eine Zirkoniumauflage im Bereich von 1 bis 6 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 1 bis 2 mg/m2, eine Titanauflage im Bereich von 7 bis 19 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 11 bis 16 mg/m2, und eine Molybdänauflage im Bereich von 6 bis 18 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 9 bis 14 mg/m2 auf.
  • Insbesondere bei Lacksystemen auf Basis einer Polyester-Melaminharz-Kombination kann mit der vorliegenden Erfindung eine Verbesserung der Lackhaftung erzielt werden.
  • Im Folgenden wird die vorliegende Erfindung anhand von erfindungsgemäßen sowie Vergleichsbeispielen erläutert. Der Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung soll hierdurch allerdings in keiner Weise eingeschränkt werden.
  • Beispiele
  • Es wurden die aus Tab. 1 ersichtlichen erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen B1 bis B6 sowie die nicht erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen VB1 bis VB4 wie folgt hergestellt.
  • Zunächst wurde eine wässrige, saure Lösung einer Phosphorverbindung hergestellt. Zu dieser wurde festes Ammoniumheptamolybdat gegeben und gelöst. Anschließend wurde noch mit Zirkonflourid- und Titanflourid-Verbindungen, welche sich ebenfalls in wässriger Lösung befanden ergänzt. Tabelle 1:

  • Sodann wurde jeweils ein zuvor alkalisch gereinigtes Aluminiumblech für 5 Sekunden bei 50 °C in die entsprechende Zusammensetzung getaucht, gespült und getrocknet.
  • Die Auflagen an Phosphor (als P2O5), Zirkonium, Titan und Molybdän wurden jeweils mittels Röntgenfluoreszenzanalyse (RFA) bestimmt (siehe Tab. 2).
  • Anschließend wurden die Bleche mittels eines 30 µm-Rakels mit einer Polyaminoharz-Kombination beschichtet. Der Lack wurde sodann für 45 Sekunden bei 250 °C (max. Temperatur der Bleche: 224 °C) im Ofen eingebrannt, so dass eine Lackschichtdicke von 7 µm erhalten wurde.
  • Um die Lackhaftung auf dem jeweiligen Aluminiumblech zu ermitteln, wurde zum einen ein T-Bend-Test nach DIN EN 13523-7 und zum anderen ein Gitterschnitt-Test nach DIN EN ISO 2409 durchgeführt. Dabei wurden die aus Tab. 2 ersichtlichen Lackenthaftungswerte ermittelt.
  • Je niedriger der entsprechende Wert war, desto besser war die Lackhaftung. Tabelle 2:

  • Die im Vergleich zu den nicht-erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen VB1 bis VB3 deutlich niedrigere Lackenthaftung (verbesserte Lackhaftung) ist bei den erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen B1 bis B6 sowohl im T-Bend-Test als auch im Gitterschnitt-Test klar zu erkennen. B1 und B2 liefern dabei die besten Ergebnisse.

Claims (15)

  1. Wässrige, chromfreie Zusammensetzung zur Vorbehandlung von Aluminiumoberflächen dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine wasserlösliche Phosphorverbindung, mindestens eine wasserlösliche Zirkoniumverbindung, mindestens eine wasserlösliche Titanverbindung und mindestens eine wasserlösliche Molybdänverbindung enthält, wobei der Gehalt an Phosphorverbindung im Bereich von 15 bis 50 mg/l berechnet als Phosphor, der Gehalt an Zirkoniumverbindung im Bereich von 400 bis 600 mg/l berechnet als Metall, der Gehalt an Titanverbindung im Bereich von 85 bis 400 mg/l berechnet als Metall und der Gehalt an Molybdänverbindung im Bereich von 40 bis 150 mg/l berechnet als Metall liegt, und wobei die wässrige Zusammensetzung einen pH-Wert bei Raumtemperatur im Bereich von 2,0 bis 5,0 aufweist.
  2. Wässrige Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehalt an Phosphorverbindung im Bereich von 25 bis 40 mg/l, bevorzugt im Bereich von 30 bis 38 mg/l berechnet als Phosphor, der Gehalt an Zirkoniumverbindung im Bereich von 450 bis 540 mg/l, bevorzugt im Bereich von 470 bis 520 mg/l berechnet als Metall, der Gehalt an Titanverbindung im Bereich von 200 bis 400 mg/l, bevorzugt im Bereich von 350 bis 380 mg/l berechnet als Metall, und der Gehalt an Molybdänverbindung im Bereich von 60 bis 130 mg/l, bevorzugt im Bereich von 80 bis 125 mg/l berechnet als Metall liegt.
  3. Wässrige Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verhältnisse der einzelnen Gehalte an Phosphorverbindung, Zirkoniumverbindung, Titanverbindung und Molybdänverbindung im Bereich von 0,04 bis 0,40 zu 1,4 bis 5,8 zu 1,0 zu 0,10 bis 1,4, bevorzugt im Bereich von 0,06 bis 0,25 zu 1,4 bis 3,5 zu 1,0 zu 0,15 bis 0,9 und besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von 0,08 bis 0,12 zu 1,4 bis 1,5 zu 1,0 zu 0,20 bis 0,40 normiert auf den Gehalt an Titanverbindung liegen.
  4. Wässrige Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie freies Fluorid enthält, der Gehalt an freiem Fluorid im Bereich von 40 bis 100 mg/l, bevorzugt im Bereich von 60 bis 80 mg/l liegt, der Gesamtgehalt an Fluor im Bereich von 1 bis 2 g/l, bevorzugt im Bereich von 1,4 bis 1,8 g/l liegt, die mindestens eine Zirkoniumverbindung Hexafluorozirkoniumsäure umfasst, bevorzugt ist, und die mindestens eine Titanverbindung Hexafluorotitansäure umfasst, bevorzugt ist.
  5. Wässrige Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wässrige Zusammensetzung einen pH-Wert im Bereich von 3,0 bis 4,0, Freie-Säure-Punkte im Bereich von 3,9 bis 4,5 und Gesamtsäurepunkte von nicht mehr als 25 aufweist.
  6. Wässrige Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie insgesamt nicht mehr als 1 mg/l, bevorzugt nicht mehr als 0,5 mg/l und besonders bevorzugt nicht mehr als 0,1 mg/l an organischem Polymer enthält.
  7. Wässrige Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie nicht mehr als 300 mg/l, bevorzugt nicht mehr als 100 mg/l, an Aluminium enthält.
  8. Wässrige Zusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie insgesamt nicht mehr als 20 mg/l, bevorzugt nicht mehr als 10 mg/l der Elemente As, Ba, Cd, Co, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sb, Sn, Sr, V und Ce enthält.
  9. Konzentrat dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass daraus durch Verdünnen mit einem geeigneten Lösemittel, bevorzugt mit Wasser, und gegebenenfalls Einstellen des pH-Wertes mit einer geeigneten Säure oder Base eine wässrige Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 erhältlich ist.
  10. Verfahren zur im Wesentlichen chromfreien Vorbehandlung von Aluminiumoberflächen dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine gegebenenfalls gereinigte und gespülte Oberfläche, welche zumindest zum Teil aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung besteht, mit einer wässrigen Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 in Kontakt gebracht und dann gegebenenfalls gespült und/oder getrocknet wird.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche mit der wässrigen Zusammensetzung derart in Kontakt gebracht wird, dass eine Phosphorauflage berechnet als P2O5 im Bereich von 8 bis 17 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 10 bis 15 mg/m2, eine Zirkoniumauflage im Bereich von 1 bis 6 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 1 bis 2 mg/m2, eine Titanauflage im Bereich von 7 bis 19 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 11 bis 16 mg/m2, und eine Molybdänauflage im Bereich von 6 bis 18 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 9 bis 14 mg/m2, auf der Oberfläche resultiert.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der Oberfläche um die Oberfläche eines Bandes handelt und die Oberfläche für 5 bis 10 Sekunden bei 50 bis 55 °C in die wässrige Zusammensetzung getaucht wird.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche zunächst alkalisch oder alkalisch und sauer gereinigt, dann gründlich, bevorzugt in mehreren Stufen, mit Wasser gespült und in die wässrige Zusammensetzung getaucht wird.
  14. Bauteil oder Band mit einer Oberfläche, welche zumindest zum Teil aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit einem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13 erhältlich ist und gegebenenfalls lackiert wurde.
  15. Bauteil oder Band nach Anspruch 14 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seine Oberfläche eine Phosphorauflage berechnet als P2O5 im Bereich von 8 bis 17 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 10 bis 15 mg/m2, eine Zirkoniumauflage im Bereich von 1 bis 6 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 1 bis 2 mg/m2, eine Titanauflage im Bereich von 7 bis 19 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 11 bis 16 mg/m2, und eine Molybdänauflage im Bereich von 6 bis 18 mg/m2, bevorzugt im Bereich von 9 bis 14 mg/m2 aufweist.
