Claims (9)

  1. Procédé de remplacement de plaques d'impression sur un cylindre,
    avec les étapes du pivotement :
    - premier pivotement du cylindre (3) dans un premier sens (7), pour lequel une première plaque d'impression (5) est démontée de la surface périphérique (4) du cylindre (3),
    - deuxième pivotement du cylindre (3) dans un deuxième sens (8) opposé, pour laquelle une deuxième plaque d'impression (6), remplaçant la première plaque d'impression (5) est montée sur la surface périphérique (4) du cylindre (3),
    et avec les étapes de l'ouverture :
    ouverture d'un premier dispositif de blocage (9) et libération d'un bord avant (5a) de la première plaque d'impression (5),
    ouverture d'un deuxième dispositif de blocage (10) et libération d'un bord arrière (5b) de la première plaque d'impression (5),
    le premier dispositif de blocage (9) et le deuxième dispositif de blocage (10) étant tous deux ouverts avant le premier pivotement du cylindre (3),
    caractérisé en ce
    que le premier dispositif de blocage (9) et le deuxième dispositif de blocage (10) restent tous deux ouverts dans la deuxième direction pendant un pivotement intermédiaire, ayant lieu entre le premier et le deuxième pivotement.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le premier dispositif de blocage (9) et le deuxième dispositif de blocage (10) restent tous deux ouverts pendant le premier pivotement.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le premier dispositif de blocage (9) et le deuxième dispositif de blocage (10) restent tous deux ouverts pendant la période entre le premier pivotement et le deuxième pivotement.

    que le premier dispositif de blocage (9) est fermé avant le deuxième pivotement.

    - un premier clapet anti-retour (21) déverrouillable dans une première conduite pneumatique (17) allant au premier dispositif de verrouillage (9),
    - un deuxième clapet anti-retour (22) déverrouillable dans une deuxième conduite pneumatique (18) allant au deuxième dispositif de verrouillage (10),
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé
    par la liaison du premier clapet anti-retour (21) à la deuxième conduite pneumatique (18), via une première ligne de commande (23), servant au déverrouillage.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé
    par la liaison du deuxième clapet anti-retour (22) à une troisième conduite pneumatique (19), via une deuxième ligne de commande (24), servant au déverrouillage.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7,
    caractérisé
    par l'agencement du premier et du deuxième clapet anti-retour (21, 22) à l'intérieur (3b) du cylindre (3).
