Claims (6)
- Cylindre de plaque de pression (1) d'une machine d'impression par flexographie,

- Cylindre de plaque de pression selon la revendication 2, l'élément de registre (6, 10, 11) étant en liaison fonctionnelle avec un élément de ressort (9) qui exerce une force de rappel, de façon à ce que l'élément de registre (6, 10, 11) se déplace par complémentarité de forme vers la contre-pièce, lorsque le coeur de cylindre (3) et le manchon (2) se trouve dans leur position de consigne l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Cylindre de plaque de pression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, le coeur de cylindre (3) étant constitué d'un mandrin de base logé de manière rotative.
- Cylindre de plaque de pression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, le coeur de cylindre (3) étant constitué d'un mandrin de base, qui est sollicité avec un ou plusieurs manchons adaptateurs.
- Procédé d'équipement d'un cylindre de plaque de pression d'une machine d'impression par flexographie,
dans lequel un manchon (2) est enfilé sur un coeur de cylindre (3) dans la direction axiale (z) jusqu'à ce qu'il atteigne sa position finale au niveau d'une butée (8) du coeur de cylindre (3) dans la direction axiale (z),
dans lequel le manchon (2) est déplacé dans la direction périphérique (ϕ) par rapport au coeur de cylindre (3) jusqu'à ce que le coeur de cylindre (3) et le manchon (2) se trouvent dans leur position de consigne l'un par rapport à l'autre,
dans lequel le coeur de cylindre (3) comprend un élément de registre et le manchon (2) comprend une contre-pièce à cet élément de registre, l'élément de registre étant articulé de manière mobile au niveau du coeur de cylindre (3) ou al contre-pièce au manchon (2) de façon à ce que à ce que, entre l'élément de registre et la contre-pièce, une complémentarité de forme apparaisse lorsque le coeur de cylindre (3) et le manchon (2) se trouvent dans leur position de consigne l'un par rapport à l'autre.
