Die Adapterhülse 2 hat den Anschlag 8 erreicht, das männliche Registerelement 6 ist herabgedrückt, das weibliche Registerelement ist immer noch um 180° gegenüber dem männlichen Registerelement 6 verschoben. Darüber hinaus ist es denkbar, lediglich die weiblichen Registerelemente in irgendeiner Form verschieblich auszuprägen. Die Anschläge können anders dargestellt werden als in den vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispielen. So ist es beispielsweise möglich, Stifte in den Zylinderkern einzubringen, welche die Funktion des Anschlages übernehmen. Vorteilhaft ist es hierbei, die Anschlagsfläche dieser Stifte größer auszugestalten als die der bisher verwendeten Registerstifte, um die Druckwirkung, welche bei der Kollision des Adapters mit diesen Stiften auftritt, geringer auszugestalten als den Kollisionsdruck, der bisher bei den Kollisionen mit den Registerstiften anfällt. Die Einstellung der Winkellage des Zylinderkerns und der Adapterhülse zueinander kann natürlich auch vorgenommen werden, indem der Zylinderkern gegenüber der Adapterhülse gedreht wird. Dies ist ohne weiteres möglich, da ja gerade der Zylinderkern bei Rotationsdruckmaschinen drehbar ausgestaltet ist. Auch die Anbringung des männlichen Registerelementes an dem Adapter oder einer weiteren Hülse sowie des weiblichen Registerelementes an dem Zylinderkern ist in gewissen Anwendungsfällen vorteilhaft. Ganz besonders eingeschränkt sind die in den vorliegenden Zeichnungen vorgenommenen Darstellungen der Erfindung in Bezug auf den Zylinderkern und die Adapterhülse. Bereits in der einleitenden Beschreibung wurde erwähnt, dass unter dem Begriff Zylinderkern eben auch bereits eine Einheit aus einem Grunddorn und einer Adapterhülse verstanden werden kann.   1. Printing plate cylinder (1) of a flexographic printing press,
