Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Handhaben eines Fadenendes an einer Spinneinheit einer Ringspinnmaschine nach einem Erfassen des Fadenendes auf einer Spule unter Verwendung einer Fadenende-Erfassungsvorrichtung, wobei die Vorrichtung zum Handhaben eines Fadenendes ein Saugrohr (9) mit einem Saugmund (90) umfasst, das der Spinneinheit zuordenbar ist, wobei das Saugrohr (9) mit einer Unterdruckquelle verbunden ist, wobei das Saugrohr (9) an einem Positioniersystem montiert ist, um den Mund (90) des Saugrohrs (9) zu einer Streckanordnung der Spinneinheit zum Wiederaufnehmen des Spinnvorgangs zu führen, wobei das Positioniersystem ein Stützteil (5) umfasst, das auf einer Vertikalführung (6) linear versetzbar montiert ist, und das Positioniersystem gekennzeichnet ist durch einen Horizontalarm (7), der um eine Vertikalachse (R) herum an dem Stützteil (5) schwenkbar montiert ist, wobei das Saugrohr (9) auf dem Horizontalarm (7) montiert und in einer Horizontalrichtung (C+-C-) linear versetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Handhaben eines Fadenendes nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützteil (5) mit einem Antrieb für eine vertikale Linearbewegung gekoppelt ist, der durch einen Drehschrittmotor ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Handhaben eines Fadenendes nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Horizontalarm (7) durch das Mittelteil des Horizontalarms (7) an dem Stützabschnitt (5) montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Handhaben eines Fadenendes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Horizontalarm (7) mit einem Antrieb (70) gekoppelt ist, der an dem Stützteil (5) montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Handhaben eines Fadenendes nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (70) des Horizontalarms (7) durch einen Linearschrittmotor oder durch einen Drehschrittmotor mit Umsetzung der Drehbewegung in eine Linearbewegung ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Handhaben eines Fadenendes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Saugrohr (9) mit einem Führungselement (92) in einem hinteren Teil entfernt von dem Mund des Saugrohrs (9) versehen ist, wodurch das Führungselement (92) auf einer Linearführung (8) auf dem Horizontalarm (7) verschiebbar montiert und mit einem Antrieb (12) für die Linearbewegung des Saugrohrs (9) in der Horizontalrichtung gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Handhaben eines Fadenendes nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (92) mit einem Seitenträger (920) versehen ist, der an einem Zweig eines Zahnriemens (10) befestigt ist, wobei der Riemen (10) an einer Seitenfläche des Horizontalarms (7) gelegen und an dem hinteren Ende des Horizontalarms (7) um eine angetriebene Getrieberolle (11) herum gewickelt ist, die auf einer Abtriebswelle des Antriebs (12) montiert ist, wodurch an dem vorderen Ende des Horizontalarms (7) der Zahnriemen (10) um eine frei drehbare Getrieberolle (12) gewickelt ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Handhaben eines Fadenendes nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (12) der linearen Horizontalbewegung des Saugrohrs (9) durch einen Drehschrittmotor ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Handhaben eines Fadenendes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein hinterer Teil des Saugrohrs (9) mit einem Saugeinlass einer Saugstrahlpumpe verbunden ist, wobei die Saugstrahlpumpe mit einer Druckluftquelle (93) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Handhaben eines Fadenendes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine mechanische Fadengreifvorrichtung mit einem Antrieb gekoppelt und eine Steuerung in dem Saugrohr (9) angeordnet ist und/oder dadurch, dass eine Fadenschneidvorrichtung mit einem Antrieb gekoppelt ist und die Steuerung in dem Saugrohr (9) angeordnet ist.
- Ringspinnmaschine, aufweisend eine Reihe von Spinneinheiten, die jeweils eine Streckanordnung aufweisen und einen Serviceroboter, der entlang der Reihe von Spinneinheiten reversibel bewegbar angeordnet ist, wobei der Serviceroboter mit einer Vorrichtung zum Handhaben des Fadenendes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 versehen ist.
- Verfahren zum Handhaben eines Fadenendes mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 an der Spinneinheit einer Ringspinnmaschine nach dem Erfassen des Fadenendes auf einer Spule unter Verwendung einer Fadenende-Erfassungsvorrichtung und dem Ansaugen des Fadenendes in einen Mund (90) eines Saugrohrs (9), wobei der Mund (90) des Saugrohrs (9) das Fadenende zu einer Streckanordnung der Spinneinheit zum Wiederaufnehmen des Spinnvorgangs zurückführt, wobei das Saugrohr (9) an einem Positioniersystem montiert ist, um den Mund (90) des Saugrohrs (9) zu einer Streckanordnung der Spinneinheit zum Wiederaufnehmen des Spinnvorgangs zu führen, wobei das Positioniersystem ein Stützteil (5) umfasst, das auf einer Vertikalführung (6) linear versetzbar montiert ist, und das Positioniersystem ein Horizontalarm (7) ist, der um eine Vertikalachse (R) herum an dem Stützteil (5) schwenkbar montiert ist, wobei das Saugrohr (9) auf dem Horizontalarm (7) montiert und in einer Horizontalrichtung (C+-C-) linear versetzbar ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Mund (90) des Saugrohrs (9) durch eine vertikale Linearbewegung (C+-C-), eine horizontale Linearbewegung (A+-A-) und/oder ein Schwenken um die vertikale Achse (R) herum in einer horizontalen Ebene (B+-B-) gleichzeitig mit allen drei Bewegungen oder gleichzeitig mit wenigstens zwei Bewegungen und anschließend der restlichen Bewegung oder nacheinander mit einzelnen Bewegungen einer beliebigen der drei Bewegungen bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während der Bewegung des Mundes (90) des Saugrohrs (9) das Fadenende in das Saugrohr (9) gesaugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, nachdem das Fadenende zu der Streckanordnung zurückgeführt wurde, der Faden in dem Saugrohr (9) durch eine Fadenschneidvorrichtung geschnitten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, nachdem das Fadenende zu der Streckanordnung zurückgeführt wurde, das Saugrohr (9) in eine Ruhestellung zurückgebracht wird.
