Claims (8)
- Procédé pour l'acheminement de pièces de linge vers un dispositif de traitement de linge, notamment vers une calandre, dans lequel un dispositif d'écartement (12) muni de pinces d'écartement (41) pour le maintien de zones de coin voisines d'un bord transversal de la pièce de linge étire le bord transversal et la pièce de linge est alors étalée et la pièce de linge étalée est déposée avec le bord transversal avant étiré sur un convoyeur d'acheminement (17) ou une barre de dépôt, chaque pince d'écartement (14) présentant une mâchoire de pince (41), caractérisé en ce que les zones de coin maintenues par les pinces d'écartement (14) sont déplacées à travers les pinces d'écartement (14) jusqu'aux points de coin les plus extérieurs des zones de coin avant le dépôt de la pièce de linge sur le convoyeur d'acheminement (17) ou sur la barre de dépôt alors que les mâchoires de pince (41) sont fermées.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les zones de coin de la pièce de linge respective sont déplacées à travers les pinces d'écartement (14) jusqu'à ce que leurs points de coin les plus extérieurs (43) aient atteint une zone de serrage des pinces d'écartement (14) ou se trouvent au moins à proximité de la zone de serrage et/ou les zones de coin sont déplacées à travers les pinces d'écartement (14) pendant l'étirement du bord transversal avant de la pièce de linge, ce déplacement des coins ou des zones de coin de la pièce de linge à travers les pinces d'écartement (14) étant de préférence arrêté avant que le bord transversal avant de la pièce de linge ne soit complètement étiré.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la zone de serrage de chaque pince d'écartement (14) est formée entre deux rouleaux de serrage voisins, notamment cylindres (45, 46), parmi lesquels un rouleau de serrage ou cylindre (46) est entraîné de manière commandée de façon ciblée afin de déplacer la zone de coin respective de la pièce de linge (40) à travers les pinces d'écartement (14), notamment afin de la transporter à travers les pinces d'écartement (14).
- Procédé selon revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, pour ouvrir et/ou fermer chaque pince d'écartement (14), l'un des rouleaux de serrage, notamment cylindres (45, 46), de préférence un rouleau de serrage ou cylindre (45) pouvant tourner librement, est pivoté par rapport au rouleau de serrage ou cylindre (46) entraînable qui lui est associé.
- Dispositif pour l'acheminement de pièces de linge vers un dispositif de traitement de linge, notamment vers une calandre, comprenant un convoyeur d'acheminement (17) pour le transport de pièces de linge étalées dans une direction d'acheminement vers le dispositif de traitement de linge, éventuellement vers une barre de dépôt associée au convoyeur d'acheminement, et un dispositif d'écartement (12) présentant des pinces d'écartement (14) déplaçables transversalement à la direction d'acheminement (10) pour l'étalement et le dépôt ultérieur de la pièce de linge sur le convoyeur d'acheminement (17) ou sur la barre de dépôt associée à celui-ci, chaque pince d'écartement (14) présentant une mâchoire de pince (41), caractérisé en ce que les pinces d'écartement (14) présentent des organes de sollicitation pour déplacer ou transférer les zones de coin de la pièce de linge respective maintenues par celles-ci alors que les mâchoires de pince (41) sont fermées.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que, pour la formation des organes de sollicitation, chaque pince d'écartement (14) présente une paire de cylindres (45, 46) pour serrer respectivement une zone de coin ou un coin de la pièce de linge, parmi lesquels au moins un cylindre (46) peut être entraîné en rotation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un entraînement rotatif (15) est associé au cylindre (46) pouvant être entraîné en rotation de chaque pince d'écartement (14), de préférence un entraînement rotatif (50) faisant tourner le cylindre (46) sur une plage angulaire réglable.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'un des deux cylindres (45, 46), de préférence un cylindre (45) pouvant tourner librement, peut pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement (48) s'étendant transversalement à son axe de rotation pour ouvrir et/ou fermer la pince d'écartement respective (14).
