Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft primär eine Mischung, die geeignet ist im No-Bake-Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kernen und Formen für die Gießereiindustrie eingesetzt zu werden, und ein Reaktionsgemisch umfassend eine solche Mischung und einen Säurehärter (d.h. eine Katalysatorsäure). Ferner betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Mischung sowie eine Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Gießform oder eines Kerns. Die Erfindung betrifft auch eine Gießform oder einen Kern zur Herstellung von Metallkörpern sowie ein Kit umfassend eine erfindungsgemäße Mischung und bestimmte Säurehärter. Zudem betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung einer erfindungsgemäßen Mischung als kalthärtendes Bindemittel und die Verwendung solcher Mischungen oder Reaktionsgemische in einem No-Bake-Verfahren zur Herstellung von Metallkörpern.
