Claims (13)

  1. Rolle zum Führen eines Bogens (101) durch Reibung, wobei die Rolle (1) aufweist:
    - eine Kontaktfläche (2), die dazu vorgesehen ist, mit dem Bogen (101) in Kontakt zu sein, wobei die Kontaktfläche (2) im Ganzen eine Umdrehungsform aufweist, wenn die Rolle (1) ruht,
    - einen mittleren Abschnitt (6), der konfiguriert ist, um die Rolle (1) mechanisch mit einem sich drehenden Antriebselement zu verbinden, und
    - einen Verformungsabschnitt (10), der zwischen der Kontaktfläche (2) und dem mittleren Abschnitt (6) liegt, wobei der Verformungsabschnitt (10) konfiguriert ist, um sich spannkräftig zu verformen, wenn die Rolle (1) den Bogen (101) durch Reibung führt, wobei der Verformungsabschnitt (10) mindestens eine Kerbe (12) umfasst, die sich ausgehend von der Kontaktfläche (2) zum mittleren Abschnitt (6) hin erstreckt, wobei die Kerbe (12) so eingerichtet ist, dass der Verformungsabschnitt (10) mindestens ein spannkräftig verformbares Segment (16) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verformungsabschnitt eine äußere Krone (18) und mehrere Verbindungselemente (11.1) umfasst, die den mittleren Abschnitt (6) und die äußere Krone (18) mechanisch verbinden, und mindestens eine Kerbe, die sich derart durch die äußere Krone hindurch erstreckt, dass sie die äußere Krone mindestens einmal unterbricht, und dadurch, dass jedes Verbindungselement (11.1) eine Speiche für die Rolle (1) bildet.
  2. Rolle nach Anspruch 1, wobei mehrere Verbindungselemente (11.1) durch Federblätter gebildet sind.
  3. Rolle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, Aussparungen (11.2) umfassend, die jeweils zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Verbindungselementen (11.1) liegen.
  4. Rolle nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kontaktfläche (2) im Ganzen die Form eines Zylinders besitzt.
  5. Rolle nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Anzahl von Kerben (12) größer oder gleich zwei, beispielsweise gleich sieben ist.
  6. Rolle nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Kerben (12) gleichmäßig um den mittleren Abschnitt (6) herum verteilt sind.
  7. Rolle nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei mindestens eine Kerbe (12) so konfiguriert ist, dass der Schnitt der Kerbe (12) mit der Kontaktfläche (2) ein geradliniges und zur Drehachse (X2) der Kontaktfläche (2) paralleles Segment bildet.
  8. Rolle nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei mindestens eine Kerbe (12) so konfiguriert ist, dass der Schnitt der Kerbe (12) mit der Kontaktfläche (2) ein zur Drehachse (X2) der Kontaktfläche (2) schräges Segment bildet.
  9. Rolle nach Anspruch 8, wobei sich mindestens eine Kerbe (12) parallel zu einer Ebene (P12) erstreckt, die das schräge Segment einschließt.
  10. Rolle nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, mindestens zwei Scheiben (19) umfassend.

Transportvorrichtung, um Bogen (101) durch Reibung zu transportieren, beispielsweise Kartonbogen, die dazu vorgesehen sind, faltbare Schachteln herzustellen, wobei die Transportvorrichtung (100) einen Anschlag (102) und mehrere Rollen (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche umfasst, wobei die Rollen (1) derart geneigt sind, dass sie jeden Bogen (101) führen und am Anschlag (102) ausrichten.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, mindestens zwei Paare von Rollen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 umfassend, wobei jedes Paar von Rollen eine obere Rolle und eine untere Rolle einschließt, die derart einander zugewandt eingerichtet sind, dass sie einen Bogen (101) einklemmen, wobei die Transportvorrichtung (100) weiter ein sich drehendes Antriebselement umfasst, das mit dem mittleren Abschnitt (6) mindestens einer der Rollen (1) von jedem Paar von Rollen (1) so fest verbunden ist, dass das sich drehende Antriebselement auf mindestens eine der Rollen (1) von jedem Paar von Rollen (1) ein Drehmoment übertragen kann.
