    b. la fosse (17) est creusée de manière à présenter un fond plat horizontal et/ou en ce que
    c. aucune fondation, en particulier aucune fondation de béton, n'est réalisée dans la fosse (17), et/ou en ce que
    d. aucun bétonnage n'est effectué à l'exception de la fabrication des dispositifs d'ancrage (3) en tant que pièces préfabriquées.
