    c. adjacent anchoring devices (3) are connected to one another exclusively by means of at least one connecting element (22), in particular in a form-fitting manner or exclusively in a form-fitting manner.
  3. Arrangement according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the anchoring devices (3) are set horizontally beside one another in a pit (17) as prefabricated parts separate from one another, and in that the space above them is filled up as far as the surface of the earth and/or is provided with a traffic surface (26), in particular a paved surface (27) or an asphalt surface.
  4. Arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that
    a. each anchoring device (3) includes struts which are surrounded by a hardened filling material, in particular concrete (18), and/or in that
    b. each anchoring device (3) has a plurality of struts (5), of which the direction of longitudinal extent is oriented perpendicular to the barrier post (1) and in the direction of the fixing end (4), and/or in that
    c. the struts are arranged in the manner of a framework and/or in that the struts form a framework, and/or in that
    d. the struts are connected to the receiving element (19) firmly, in particular in a form-fitting manner and/or integrally.
  5. Arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that
    a. the receiving element (19) is formed as a sleeve, and/or in that
    b. the receiving element (19) is formed as a steel sleeve which has a height in the range from 500 mm to 700 mm, in particular of 600 mm, and/or in that
    c. the receiving element (19) is formed as a steel sleeve which has a wall thickness in the range from 20 mm to 40 mm, in particular of 25 mm, or in the range from 40 mm to 60 mm.
  6. Arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that
    a. each anchoring device (3) has an external frame in a plane perpendicular to the barrier post (1), and/or in that each anchoring device (3) has a base plate (16) in a plane perpendicular to the barrier post (1), and/or in that
    b. each anchoring device (3) has an external frame in a plane perpendicular to the barrier post (1), and/or in that each anchoring device (3) has a base plate (16) in a plane perpendicular to the barrier post (1), wherein the frame and the base plate (16) together form a trough, which is filled with a material, in particular concrete, which is already hardened as a prefabricated part during the production of the anchoring device (3), and/or in that
    c. each anchoring device (3) has an external frame and struts in a plane perpendicular to the barrier post (1), and/or in that each anchoring device (3) has a base plate (16) in a plane perpendicular to the barrier post (1), also having struts (5), wherein the frame and/or the struts (5) have a vertical height in the range from 100 mm to 200 mm, in particular of 150mm, and/or in that
    d. each anchoring device (3) has an external frame and struts (5) in a plane perpendicular to the barrier post (1), and/or in that each anchoring device (3) has a base plate (16) in a plane perpendicular to the barrier post (1), also having struts (5), wherein the frame and/or the struts (5) have a vertical height which is more than eight times, in particular more than ten times, smaller than the vertical height of the barrier post (1).
  7. Arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that
    a. at least one barrier post (1) is not hollow or in that all the barrier posts (1) are not hollow, and/or in that
    b. at least one barrier post (1) is circularly cylindrical with a diameter in the range from 120 mm to 150 mm, in particular in the range from 130 mm to 140 mm, in particular of 130 mm, or in the range from 200 mm to 300 mm, in particular of 250 mm, or in that all the barrier posts (1) are circularly cylindrical with a diameter in the range from 120 mm to 150 mm, in particular in the range from 130 mm to 140 mm, in particular of 130 mm, or in the range from 200 mm to 300 mm, in particular of 250 mm, and/or in that
    c. at least one barrier post (1) is made of steel or in that all the barrier posts (1) are made of steel.
  8. Arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that
    a. the barrier devices are the same, and/or in that
    b. the anchoring devices (3) are roughened on the upper side or have an anti-slip coating.
  9. Arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that
    a. at least one of the anchoring devices (3) is substantially plate-like, and/or in that
    b. at least one of the anchoring devices (3) is substantially plate-like and has a length in the range from 1500 mm to 2800 mm, in particular of 2000 mm, and a width in the range from 1000 mm to 1400 mm, in particular of 1200 mm, and/or in that
    c. the spacing of the barrier devices adjacent to the barrier posts lies in the range from 1000 mm to 1400 mm, in particular is 1200 mm.
  10. Arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the prefabricated part is a part which has been produced by using a hardenable material, for example concrete.
  11. Method for producing an arrangement of a plurality of barrier devices, in particular an arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 10, wherein each barrier device has at least one anchoring device (3), to which a respective fixing end (4) of a barrier post (1) is or can be fixed, and wherein each anchoring device (3) is formed as a prefabricated part, in particular a prefabricated concrete part, and the anchoring devices (3) have coupling elements, specifically openings (25), for coupling at least one connecting element (22) for the form-fitting and re-detachable connection of adjacent barrier devices, and wherein a pit is produced in the ground and a plurality of anchoring devices (3) are set in the pit, in particular horizontally beside one another, characterized by the further step of connecting respectively adjacent anchoring devices underground, wherein each anchoring device has a receiving element, into which the fixing end of the barrier post can be inserted such that it can be removed again non-destructively, by means of at least one connecting element, which is U-shaped and has two, in particular mutually parallel, legs, wherein one leg is inserted from above into the opening of one of the anchoring devices and the other leg is inserted from above into the opening of an adjacent anchoring device.
  12. Method according to Claim 11, characterized in that
    a. the space between the anchoring devices (3) and/or at least part of the space above the anchoring devices (3) and above the interspaces is filled with a filling material, or in that
    b. the space between the anchoring devices (3) and/or at least part of the space above the anchoring devices (3) and above the interspaces is filled with a filling material, wherein the filling material does not contain a hardenable material, and/or in that the filling material does not contain liquid concrete and/or in that the filling material consists of or contains excavated material which has been excavated during the production of the pit (17), and/or in that the filling material contains gravel or ballast or sand.
  13. Method according to Claim 11 or 12, characterized in that
    a. a traffic surface (26) that can in particular be driven over, in particular a paved surface (27) or an asphalt surface, is produced above the anchoring devices (3) and above the preferably filled interspaces between the anchoring devices (3), or in that
    b. a traffic surface (26), in particular a paved surface (27) or an asphalt surface, is produced above the anchoring devices (3) and above the preferably filled interspaces between the anchoring devices (3), wherein the traffic surface (26) rests directly on the anchoring devices, or in that
    c. a traffic surface (26), in particular a paved surface (27) or an asphalt surface is produced above the anchoring devices (3) and above the preferably filled interspaces between the anchoring devices (3), wherein the traffic surface (26) rests directly on the filling material.
  14. Method according to one of Claims 11 to 13, characterized in that
    a. the pit (17) is excavated with a depth in the range from 400 mm to 800 mm, in particular with a depth of 600 mm, and/or in that
    b. the pit (17) is excavated in such a way that it has a flat horizontal base, and/or in that
    c. no foundation, in particular no concrete foundation, is produced in the pit (17), and/or in that
    d. no concrete is used except for the production of the anchoring devices (3) as prefabricated parts.
