Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication assurée contre les infiltrations de surfaces de paroi étanches à l'eau en matériaux à base de ciment, en particulier de parois, de constructions en béton armé, comprenant :
    - l'application, de préférence sur toute la surface, d'un matériau d'étanchéité (12) sur le côté interne d'un coffrage perdu (30), en particulier des étançonnements, par exemple une paroi en pieux forés, ou sur la paroi d'une excavation,
    - la disposition d'une armature (16) devant le côté interne (14) ou la paroi pourvu(e) du matériau d'étanchéité (12), caractérisé par
    - l'application d'un promoteur d'adhérence (18) sur le matériau d'étanchéité (12) avant l'installation de l'armature (16) ou à travers l'armature (16), par
    - la mise en place d'un coffrage interne (20) par
    - le remplissage d'un matériau à base de ciment dans l'espace creux de coffrage (22) formé par le côté interne (14) ou la paroi et le coffrage interne (20) et par
    - le fait de laisser durcir le matériau avec formation d'un assemblage solide entre le promoteur d'adhérence (18) se trouvant sur le matériau d'étanchéité (12) et le matériau à base de ciment.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, le matériau d'étanchéité (12) étant appliqué sous forme de bandes d'étanchéité.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, les bandes d'étanchéité étant placées avec un recouvrement et par exemple collées ou soudées au niveau du joint.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 2 ou 3, les bandes d'étanchéité étant pourvues d'un revêtement, d'un contrecollage ou analogue en une polyoléfine thermoplastique, FPO/TPO.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, le matériau d'étanchéité (12) étant à base de FPO/TPE, d'ECB, de PVC, d'EPDM, d'EVA, de PE ou analogue.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le promoteur d'adhérence (18) étant appliqué par pulvérisation.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le promoteur d'adhérence (18) étant une dispersion, une émulsion, une suspension ou une solution constituée par une base polymère, à base d'acrylate, de bitumes, de ciments ou d'autres substances.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la surface du matériau d'étanchéité (12) étant nettoyée pour éliminer les souillures, de préférence au moyen d'un liquide, en particulier de l'eau, avant l'application du promoteur d'adhérence (18).
