Claims (9)

  1. Tintenstrahlaufzeichnungsvorrichtung (1) mit:
    einer Vielzahl von Schreibköpfen (22), die jeweils eine Düse (221n) aufweisen, die dafür ausgebildet ist Tinte auszugeben, und einen Tintenströmungswegbereich (222), der dafür ausgebildet ist, mit der Düse (221n) in Verbindung zu stehen;
    einem Tintenspeicher (31), der dafür ausgebildet ist, der Vielzahl von Schreibköpfen (22) zuzuführende Tinte zu speichern;
    einer Tintentemperatureinstellvorrichtung (25), die dafür ausgebildet ist, eine Temperatur der in dem Tintenspeicher (31) gelagerten Tinte innerhalb eines vorbestimmten Temperaturbereichs einzustellen;
    einem Tintenzirkulationsweg, der durch den Tintenspeicher (31) und einen gemeinsamen Tintenströmungswegbereich (304a) läuft, der dafür ausgebildet ist, mit dem Tintenströmungswegbereich (222) der Vielzahl von Schreibköpfen (22) in Verbindung zu stehen, und der dafür ausgebildet ist, in dem Tintenspeicher (31) gespeicherte Tinte zirkulieren zu lassen;
    einer Flüssigkeitszufuhrvorrichtung (27), die dafür ausgebildet ist, einen Flüssigkeitszufuhrvorgang durchzuführen, um zu bewirken, dass die Tinte in dem Tintenzirkulationsweg in einer vorgegebenen Flüssigkeitszufuhrrichtung fließt, und dass die Tinte in dem Tintenspeicher (31) in dem Tintenzirkulationsweg zirkuliert;
    einer ersten Tintentemperaturerfassungsvorrichtung (24a), die dafür ausgebildet ist, eine Tintentemperatur der Tinte in dem Tintenzirkulationsweg zu erfassen, direkt bevor sie in den Tintenspeicher (31) fließt;
    einer Bestimmungsvorrichtung (41), die dafür ausgebildet ist zu bestimmen, ob die von der ersten Tintentemperaturerfassungsvorrichtung (24a) erfasste Temperatur innerhalb des vorgegebenen Temperaturbereichs liegt oder nicht;
    einer Flüssigkeitszufuhrsteuervorrichtung (41), die dafür ausgebildet ist zu bewirken, dass die Flüssigkeitszufuhrvorrichtung (27) den Flüssigkeitszufuhrvorgang derart durchführt, dass die Temperatur der Tinte in dem Tintenzirkulationsweg nahe einer vorgegebenen Zieltemperatur liegt, die innerhalb des vorgegebenen Temperaturbereichs liegt; und
    wobei die Flüssigkeitszufuhrsteuervorrichtung (41) dafür ausgebildet ist zu bewirken, dass die Flüssigkeitszufuhrvorrichtung (27) den Flüssigkeitszufuhrvorgang durchführt, wenn die Bestimmungsvorrichtung (41) bestimmt, dass die Temperatur außerhalb des vorgegebenen Temperaturbereichs liegt.
  2. Tintenstrahlaufzeichnungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, mit einer zweiten Tintentemperaturerfassungsvorrichtung (24b), die dafür ausgebildet ist, eine Tintentemperatur der Tinte in dem Tintenspeicher (31) oder eine Tintentemperatur direkt nach dem Ausfließen aus dem Tintenspeicher (31) in dem Tintenzirkulationsweg zu erfassen,
    wobei die Bestimmungsvorrichtung (41) dafür ausgebildet ist zu bestimmen, ob ein Unterschied zwischen einer von der ersten Tintentemperaturerfassungsvorrichtung (24a) erfassten Temperatur und einer von der zweiten Tintentemperaturerfassungsvorrichtung (24b) erfassten Temperatur gleich oder kleiner als ein vorgegebener Referenzunterschied ist oder nicht, und
    wobei die Flüssigkeitszufuhrsteuervorrichtung (41) dafür ausgebildet ist zu bewirken, dass die Flüssigkeitszufuhrvorrichtung (27) den Flüssigkeitszufuhrvorgang durchführt, wenn die Bestimmungsvorrichtung (41) bestimmt, dass der Unterschied größer als der Referenzunterschied ist.
  3. Tintenstrahlaufzeichnungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, mit einer Aufzeichnungssteuervorrichtung, die dafür ausgebildet ist zu bewirken, dass die Vielzahl von Schreibköpfen (22) einen Aufzeichnungsvorgang durchführen, um ein Bild auf einem Aufzeichnungsmedium (P) aufzuzeichnen, indem Tinte an das Aufzeichnungsmedium (P) abgegeben wird, wenn die Bestimmungsvorrichtung (41) bestimmt, dass die Temperatur innerhalb des vorgegebenen Temperaturbereichs liegt.
  4. Tintenstrahlaufzeichnungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 3, mit einer zweiten Tintentemperaturerfassungsvorrichtung (24b), die dafür ausgebildet ist, eine Tintentemperatur der Tinte in dem Tintenspeicher (31) oder eine Tintentemperatur direkt nach dem Ausfließen aus dem Tintenspeicher (31) in dem Tintenzirkulationsweg zu erfassen,
    wobei die Bestimmungsvorrichtung (41) dafür ausgebildet ist zu bestimmen, ob ein Unterschied zwischen einer von der ersten Tintentemperaturerfassungsvorrichtung (24a) erfassten Temperatur und einer von der zweiten Tintentemperaturerfassungsvorrichtung (24b) erfassten Temperatur gleich oder kleiner als ein vorgegebener Referenzunterschied ist oder nicht, und
    wobei die Aufzeichnungssteuervorrichtung (41) dafür ausgebildet ist zu bewirken, dass die Vielzahl von Schreibköpfen (22) den Aufzeichnungsvorgang durchführen, wenn die Bestimmungsvorrichtung (41) bestimmt, dass die Temperatur innerhalb des vorgegebenen Temperaturbereichs liegt und dass der Unterschied gleich oder kleiner als der Referenzunterschied ist.
  5. Tintenstrahlaufzeichnungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 3 oder 4, mit einer Vielzahl von Kopftemperaturerfassungsvorrichtungen (23), die jeweils dafür ausgebildet sind, die Temperatur eines Abschnitts eines jeden der Vielzahl von Schreibköpfen (22) zu erfassen, wobei die Temperatur des Abschnitts der Tintentemperatur in dem Tintenströmungswegbereich (222) entspricht,
    wobei die Aufzeichnungssteuervorrichtung (41) dafür ausgebildet ist zu bewirken, dass die Vielzahl von Schreibköpfen (22) den Aufzeichnungsvorgang durchführen, indem sie ein Antriebssignal ausgibt, bei welchem zumindest ein Parameter aus Spannungsamplitude und Spannungsanlegungsdauer gemäß der von jeder der Vielzahl von Kopftemperaturerfassungsvorrichtungen (23) erfassten Temperatur korrigiert ist.
  6. Tintenstrahlaufzeichnungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Flüssigkeitszufuhrsteuervorrichtung (41) dafür ausgebildet ist zu bewirken, dass die Flüssigkeitszufuhrvorrichtung den Flüssigkeitszufuhrvorgang durchführt, so dass eine Flüssigkeitszufuhrmenge an Tinte pro vorgegebener Zeiteinheit schrittweise ansteigt, wenn der Unterschied zwischen einer von der ersten Tintentemperaturerfassungsvorrichtung (24a) erfassten Temperatur und der vorgegebenen Zieltemperatur größer wird.
  7. Tintenstrahlaufzeichnungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    wobei der Tintenzirkulationsweg einen ersten abzweigenden Strömungswegbereich aufweist, der zwischen dem gemeinsamen Tintenströmungswegbereich (304a) und dem Tintenspeicher (31) in der Flüssigkeitszufuhrrichtung angeordnet und dafür ausgebildet ist zu bewirken, dass der gemeinsame Tintenströmungswegbereich (304a) und der Tintenspeicher (31) miteinander durch den Tintenströmungswegbereich (222) der Vielzahl an Schreibköpfen (22) verbunden sind,
    und einen zweiten abzweigenden Strömungswegbereich, der zwischen dem gemeinsamen Tintenströmungswegbereich (304a) und dem Tintenspeicher (31) in der Flüssigkeitszufuhrrichtung angeordnet und dafür ausgebildet ist zu bewirken, dass der gemeinsame Tintenströmungswegbereich (304a) und der Tintenspeicher (31) miteinander nicht durch den Tintenströmungswegbereich (222) der Vielzahl an Schreibköpfen (22) verbunden sind,
    wobei die Tintenstrahlaufzeichnungsvorrichtung (1) eine Umschaltvorrichtung (345) aufweist, die in einem Bereich zwischen dem gemeinsamen Tintenströmungswegbereich (304a) und der Vielzahl von Schreibköpfen (22) in der Flüssigkeitszufuhrrichtung angeordnet und dafür ausgebildet ist, den ersten abzweigenden Strömungswegbereich zu öffnen oder zu schließen, und eine Umschaltsteuervorrichtung (41), die dafür ausgebildet ist, den ersten abzweigenden Strömungswegbereich mit Hilfe der Umschaltvorrichtung (345) zu schließen, während der Flüssigkeitszufuhrvorgang durchgeführt wird, um Tinte in dem Tintenzirkulationsweg zirkulieren zu lassen.
  8. Tintenstrahlaufzeichnungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, mit einer Entlüftungsvorrichtung (60), die in dem Tintenzirkulationsweg angeordnet und dafür ausgebildet ist, Luft aus der Tinte zu entfernen.
  9. Tintenstrahlaufzeichnungsvorrichtung (1) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Komponente, aus welcher der Tintenzirkulationsweg besteht, Metall ist.
